Amazing Sunday carvery. Great variety of meat and veg. Extremely friendly staff. Very reasonably priced for what you Get. Would highly recommend to any one in the area

Called in for drinks on a busy Sunday morning. Had to queue for a longish time but the drinks were served promptly by the friendly, helpful staff. Seating is available both inside (light and airy) and outside and tables were cleared and cleaned as soon as the customers left. As I said, they were busy but, even though, we were only having drinks there was no pressure on us to 'drink up and go'. Dog friendly as well.

£2 for a can of Coke on our first day of hols. I appreciate we are in a coat of living crisis and businesses have to make a living but in my opinion that’s massively overpriced. I doubt it cost them more than 25p a can to buy but even with all the overheads a 800% price hike is daylight robbery! Such a shame as dog friendly and near where we were staying as a family of six so would have been ideal for drinks/snacks/meals all week but never returned.

Discovered by accident this little cafe soon became a firm favourite to visit whilst on holiday. Friendly staff, lovely food at a reasonable price!

Had the Sunday carvery with the family. It was a really pleasant surprise. Food was full of flavour, good variety of meats, lots of veg and great roast potatoes. Also excellent value for money too which is a real bonus these days. Staff were really nice and everyone from granny to little ones enjoyed their lunch so will definitely be back.

Title says it all really eh. We had some chips and coffee which were ok. But let down by long wait on a warm day and a breakfast with no heat in it whatsoever :-(

This was my first visit. I had a takeaway small roast. The portions were huge! Everything was really lovely and tasty. My only criticism was that even at 12 the service on the food counter was a little slow. I can imagine later on the queue being too slow, especially for the elderly. My dad would not be able to stand for that long . It was good value though and I would return.

We always go here for our carvery, I can guarantee nobody leaves hungry! They had a choice of turkey, pork, beef brisket or gammon and they don't scrimp on the meat! the staff are always super friendly and welcoming and I think the portion sizes for the price of £14.95 per adult is amazing

we were in bristol for the balloon festival but due to weather it was cancellrd so we decided to visit weston for the day we got there at 8.15 and decided to have breakfast.lets just say that the "chef" only knows one way to cook and that is OVER. The fried eggs were the best ive had in a long time that is where the complements end the bacon was so hard you could resole your shoes with it it was totally inedible the sausages were brown on one side and pink everywhere else hash browns rock hard it seems to me that it was all precooked and microwaved to serve it has to be the worst attempt at a breakfast that ive ever had the misfourtune of ordering it was not just me all 4 of us had the same problems. in defence of the waitress she did tell the chef and offered us more bacon but after the way the chef glared at us we decided against this and got some money knocked off the bill

Went here for a Sunday carvery lunch and it was excellent. Beautifully cooked, very tasty and great value. There were some lovely desserts for afters. The staff were very helpful and friendly, with a special mention for team member, Rachel.

We dropped in on these guys with a group of 14 kids and 12 adults for breakfasts On Sunday morning! Such a shame we use this cafe on a regular basis with our dog , we have coffee usually. Today we decided to come early & have a cooked breakfast as we'd seen others having a few weeks ago! It was not to be sadly, apparently cooked breakfast have stopped now until the summer as its not a good seller? We did have a bacon sandwich, which was a good portion & tasted lovely, but while we were sat at least 10 people came and went without buying because they wanted a cooked breakfast. This cafe is in such a prime position on Weston front, next to many attractions, it's hard to believe it's not busy enough to have this. The cafe is bright airy & good space between tables & the staff are so helpful, they even brought water & biscuits for our dog! There is another 'dog' fruendly cafe a bit further along the front which will take the trade I'm sure. Shame, this is spotlessly clean & easy access with a dog section. Toilets are clean and a good disabled loo too! Please bring back the cooked breakfast?!

This is simply a beech front cafe but it is clean, tidy, and the food is well presented and of a high standard. Weston has many cafes, this one is better than most.

I saw the website by chance when browsing what had happened to the Tropicana over the last few years. The photos of the food on the site looked so inviting that I thought the reality would never live up to that standard, but it did.

Would definitely go back to this cafe, situated on the beach front at Weston. The staff were attentive and friendly. It was very busy and they were honest about the 40 minute wait for food; however, it was definitely worth the wait! The fish was very fresh and perfectly cooked. I really enjoyed the whitebait - part of the sharing platter. They also serve great coffee, so a really nice experience overall.

Lovely relaxing cafe in a prime location which is right on the seafront promenade with welcoming staff.

We were a group of 16 out for lunch. We told them of our visit, tables were ready for us on arrival. Orders very quickly served, hot and freshly cooked. Highly recommend for your day by the sea.

Came here for a family Xmas meal and the service was a little slow and a bit unorganised but that was made up by great food and probably the best meal I have had over the Xmas period

The meals are reasonable prices and lots to choose from, the staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble, food is to die for menu's for all times of the day. Set in Tropicana in Weston and after a nice walk along the prom on a cold day a great stop for hot chocolate and crumpets.

Went here twice now on the day it was so good. First called in for morning coffee and then returned for lunch. The staff from Manager down to pot wash were fantastic. Made me a special Smoked Salmon and Avocado sandwich and my mother in law had the special stew. Food was excellent and the staff a credit to the place. Was so happy we called in. During our weekend in Weston Super Mare we went to breakfast every morning. a fantastic breakfast. delicious coffee and friendly staff. I can recommend it.

Friendly, helpful staff and good food. The cafe is on the seafront so ideal for tourists, but many local people use it regularly too, which is an indication of the consistently good service and food. At busy times, you may have to wait a while for your food.

We came here for a late breakfast - 3 adults & 3 children of different ages. The staff were friendly, polite, helpful & very accommodating. The cafe itself is always clean & very accessible for disabled people. We always come here for food when we're in Weston & always receive the same excellent service.

Popped in for drinks Saturday afternoon with my husband and 3 grandchildren. Staff were friendly and we were brought our drinks quite quickly. However, on visiting the toilets there was no way I would have considered eating there. They smelt terrible and condition was disgusting. To me this says a lot about an establishment if toilets are left in this state... yuk!!!! Maybe they need to do regular inspections to avoid losing trade

We popped into this café after looking at reviews, and seeing how good it supposedly was. So on a Friday lunch ordered 2 coffees and 2 sandwiches. Was told on ordering hot food was about 30 minutes but sandwiches were quicker. So after 40 mins and finished our coffees we asked were our food was. After we had been ignored by 3 members of staff, we were finally informed that there were only 3 in the kitchen and sandwiches didn't take priority over hot food. We hadn't asked for any priority but only wanted to know how much longer we would have to wait. We did get a complimentary coffee but in all nearly an hour for 2 sandwiches. Food was of average quality and price but not worth the wait. Toilets are new but on this visits the gents looked like a war zone water tepid and only 1 dryer. So all in all if you walked to here from south beach parking walk on a little further for a better experience.

I popped into The Bay to grab some lunch which is situated within the Tropicana building, slap bang in the middle of the sea front in Weston super Mare. The choice was good and the staff were very friendly. Polished my meal off with a lovely cool pint of larger, which is on tap here. I would highly recommend a visit here if you are in the area!!

This cafe is situated at the Tropicana site. My wife and I along woth two grandchildren drove the 40 minutes to Weston only to spend another 35 minutes waiting for a breakfast and a couple of rolls. The time was 9am and the place was quiet, no excuses for delay where offered. Food was average but the tea cold as this was served within 5 minutes. Take sandwiches next time.

Very nice and cheap place. Pancakes are super tasty. The portion of 3 of them is very big! I can truly recommend it.

We had coffee here in the morning and were so impressed by the friendly, helpful staff, ease of access - one of our party was in a wheelchair - and menu that we went back mid-afternoon for lunch. Between us we had Fish and Chips, Scampi and Chips and the Seaside Sharing Platter (Fish goujons, whitebait, scampi with tartare sauce and chunky chips.) All the fish was good quality, lightly battered, cooked to order and presented with care on round slate plates- simple enough food but very few cafes or restaurants manage to achieve this consistently. Chips and perfectly cooked peas - again so often they are under or over done - deserve a mention too. It was also nice to see staff so supportive towards young children, families, mobility and visually impaired customers and the elderly.

We stopped here for lunch on a Saturday and found the toilets clean the table clean the food excellent and good quality and very impressed.

We only had ice cream from this cafe on two occasions, but the ice cream here is delicious, and very good value for money, in comparison with some establishments we visited. Would highly recommend.

Nice airy café, part of the Tropicana, right on the edge of the beach. Super tasty milkshakes. My burger was ok, although it was served jsut with chips, nothing else, not even a lettuce leaf.

A quiet Friday lunchtime in June and we ordered 3 fish and chips from a friendly cashier. We chatted outside and before long our food was with us by two happy waitresses, plus a biscuit for the dog. The presentation was brilliant on a slate plate and the tartare sauce was creamy swirled across the plate. The peas were as if they were just out the pod, the fish was white and mosit and the chips were really yummy all for just £7.95. This cafe even offered an alcoholic beverage and cream with our coffee. Can't praise the brilliant service and food enough sitting outside in the sunshine.
