Just simply superb!! Called here as my car was in for an MOT at 08:30 nearby. The place opens at 08:30 but the staff came out at 08:20 and said I could come and sit inside. Obviously I was the first person to arrive and was asked for my drinks order straightaway by a lovely and efficient young lady. When she came back with my pot of tea for one £2:30 my breakfast order was taken. Now I know that many people say "your eyes are bigger than your belly" well on this occasion they were totally correct. I opted to have:- The Big Barn Breakfast, 2 x eggs, 2 x bacon, 2 x sausages, tomato, baked beans, mushrooms & toast (either white bread or granary). Oh my god when it arrived it was just amazing and like a true Olympian I worked myself into the task at hand and slowly but surely managed to eat the lot. I think I left one piece of white toast as I literally was a bursting point by then. I can only comment how I found and I saw an excellent establishment with a friendly team who worked well together and produced a simply superb breakfast. Mt total bill for a pot of tea and big barn breakfast was £12:80 and so I put a tip on top as it was just so worth it. I had a perfect breakfast which has set me up for the day. Thank you I will be back again.

I have been coming to Sweetpeas for many years. The food is excellence with a good choice at a very reasonable prices. The service is outstanding & Amir & Monica always run a very good cafe & never fail to impress. I recommend the cooked breakfast & the carrot cake is the best I have ever tasted. The atmosphere is great & there are always happy customers to be found. The cafe is very busy & I would suggest booking a table at weekends when it is especially busy. Added bonus is the free car parking in the garden centre car park. An excellent cafe worth going out of your way to visit!

We came here for Sunday lunch last weekend. It was for my birthday. We booked a table in advance as I thought it would be busy. It was. The pub is beautiful and in a lovely setting. The car park was rammed. We ordered roast lamb and roast pork. It took a long time for the food to come, and once it did, it was luke warm. We also ordered a side of cauliflower cheese. That was also on the cold side and was not amazing. Our roasts were tasty. The lamb was a generous portion. The pork, not so much. I ordered the Baileys tiramisu for pudding. It was very nice. The service was friendly and welcoming. The prices were on the high side, I thought.
