The best restaurants serving British food in Brasted, Chevening and Sundridge Sevenoaks South East

We had an early family Xmas bash, 16 adults of which the majority are vegetarians or vegans. The food served up was absolutely first class- there was not one complaint. Everything was just excellent. The service was fast and attentive- just couldn’t be faulted in anyway. On top of that there was a great selection of beers and quite a few 0.0 options for those driving. Thank you to all the staff at the Stanhope.

Came here for work and was really happy with the meal, I had a steak sandwich with chips and it was really tasty the steak was cooked just right and the dripping sauce was delicious

Vibrant, but loud ambience. Staff very, very friendly and helpful. Giant Yorkshire puddings and an average roast. Would definitely go again!

We recently hosted a retirement lunch for a colleague at the George & Dragon. The food was lovely, the room upstairs is perfect for events, and the staff were so friendly and helpful! All the attendees had a great time - thank you!

The food was good, and I would have given four stars, but I have knocked one off for the dirty floor in the restaurant. No excuse for that. Should have been properly cleaned between lunch and evening service. And the problem extends beyond this, if this low standard of cleanliness is apparent in the restaurant, what's the state of the kitchen?
