Went here for Mother’s Day meal the staff were extremely friendly and helpful would recommend for a special occasion

The ambience of this pub is great, would recommend for drinks. Service was friendly, unfortunately food let it down. Food was bland and dry, portion sizes were minimal in comparison to other pubs/restaurants. We ordered 5 different mains and all of them were a disappointment. Bathrooms are impeccable and very nice. Decorated beautifully.

Huge special thanks to Danny this evening who delivered outstanding service to our party of 17 people, nothing was too much trouble, had a smile on his face all night. Food was fantastic and enjoyed by all. Wonderful evening celebrating a family 60th wedding anniversary. Highly recommended, look forward to our next visit.

DOG FRIENDLY!!!! me and my family were out for mothers day and didn't have lunch booked. We called so many places and were fully booked but luckily this place said they had a table in the beautiful garden so we snatched it!!! All staff welcoming and friendly they couldnt do anymore for us. Food was amazing!!! Nice roast dinner!! Highly recommend this place

Honestly, it was terrible. I've never been before and definitely won't be back. The staff are all very nice but there clearly isn't enough of them. We had to wait so long to be served drinks, take our order, each course etc. They brought our mains when they hadn't cleared our starters. We would have had more drinks but no one ever appeared to take our order. They brought desserts without spoons, when we asked for spoons they only brought 2 spoons for 4 desserts. Then, the audacity of being told our time was up, our table was needed for the next booking, when the service had been so slow so that's why we were still there, appalling. The staff are clearly all very rushed and harassed, I feel sorry for them. The saffron sauce that comes with the seabass was so strong and over the top it was inedible. The roast beef was horrid, over cooked and tough. The vegetables were very discoloured and had clearly been sitting under the hot lamp too long. And the cauliflower cheese was tiny for the cost. Awful, never again.

Absolutely fantastic lunch. One of the best roasts we’ve ever had (the trio sharer), and the lemon tart was divine! Brilliant service (a huge shout out to the wonderful Molly!) and will definitely be back. Michelin-star-level food in a warm and cosy setting. 10/10

A large gastro pub with a massive garden which is great in the summer. Food is always tasty and Molly who served us in the conservatory was lovely as always. They have plenty of food choice and good selection of drinks.

We met up with family for a lunch and wasn't disappointed, plenty of Choices, good service, very clean etc lovely staff, eager to help. Will definitely go again.

I have been going to the White Hart for several years and was always greeted with a lovely atmosphere and very nice staff, fortunately that hasn't changed. Unfortunately the food has gone terribly downhill, the last 2 visits have been awful, burn to a singer, l feel very disappointed as its a place I will not be eating for a while until they get the Chef's that can cook

Fried eggs not fully cooked, the whites were clear and runny... Gammon was ok. Chips nice and chunky but didn't taste like nice potatoes were used. Service slow but one poor lady only serving and looked very busy. Hard to recommend.

My first visit to The White Heart with the family, we all enjoyed the evening, food and service was great, special shoutout to Danny, thank you we will definitely be visiting again and would recommend.

Great food, unfortunately I can't say the same about the beer. Good food needs a nice wine or ale, plenty of choice on the wine menu but absolutely no ale at all, just fizzy chemical "beer". A shame when we have two very good breweries locally.

All three courses, excellent and a good choice . Service was discreet but attentive, together with a warm, friendly atmosphere. Parking next to the venue and plentiful. All-around great lunch .

Just enjoyed a delicious meal with friends, made all the more enjoyable with the promotion running this week!! The pub was busy - presumably with people taking advantage of the 40% off mains voucher but the poor front of house staff were run off their feet. Credit has to go to Gareth and Will who did not stop for breath at all. They managed to juggle all the tables and ensure that everyone was served in a timely manner - how they achieved this I don't quite know but well done and thank you. My friends both had fillet steak which looked as though it was cooked to perfection and I had the beef and Malbec pie which was delicious. Would definitely recommend this pub but hope there are more staff on duty next time it is this busy.

We had lunch today at the White Hart with our friends and little girl. The food was delicious & the staff were very welcoming. The service was quick but not rushed and the overall atmosphere was lovely. Lisa, the manager, was very friendly and very good with our little girl. Would highly recommend a stop for lunch ! :) thank you all !

Delicious meal tonight on our first visit; super fast, friendly and efficient service from Gareth and Tasha. Large pub restaurant with plenty of room, a varied menu and open fires. We'll be back

Food was lovely but the service made the experience better - our waiter Dan was friendly, chatty but not intrusive and went out of his way to help as well as answer all our questions. Our empty plates were cleared quickly but without feeling we were rushed and we only had to look at Dan for him to come over and help. He must have had more than just us to deal with but made us feel as if we were the only ones. I'd highly recommend going for the food and hopefully the other waiters are as good (or at least nearly) as good as Dan :)

I have lived in Sundridge for 19 years and have been in and out of this place over that period of time, on one occasion recently I noticed Danny was working there and I knew Danny from a previous hotel he worked at, Dan is very friendly and attentive and really looked after us for the evening, it was like being at a friends house to eat, great food, great service, great ambience.

Came here for work and was really happy with the meal, I had a steak sandwich with chips and it was really tasty the steak was cooked just right and the dripping sauce was delicious

Stood at the be at for nearly 10 minutes just wanting a drink, nobody was serving a man was standing next to us waiting to order food as well as he'd been sitting at his table for ages waiting to be served, will definitely not be going back

We have met here on several occasions and we absolutely love it here. Service is very good and we spend time chatting with family so it is a lengthy dinner duration....but it suits us. The menu choices are very varied and we enjoyed our choices on our recent visit. The ambiance is very welcoming and the furniture comfortable. We will be back for our next reunion.

Had a lovely lunch with Molly as our waitress. She was very smiley and friendly and made us feel welcome. We had the chicken and mozzarella sandwich, which was delicious.

Really lovely birthday lunch for my nanny Pam who was 92. An idiot, I forgot to punch in my registration number, and got a parking ticket, please remember to do that. Thankfully the lovely staff at the restaurant wrote off my ticket. I phoned them 1st to say Help I didn’t know I should’ve registered. So a double thank you firstly for a fabulous lunch and secondly for writing off my parking ticket. We will be back. Xx

The pub is beautifully presented and cozy with the fires on during winter. The staff are extremely helpful and the food delicious. We have never had a bad meal and the menu has something for everyone and a reasonable price.

We had a lovely Sunday roast today at the white hart. We have been several times before and love it there. Our experience today was made even better having Molly as our server. She was so happy, friendly and chatty. We had our cockapoo, who is also called Molly, with us so it must of been ment to be! We will 100% be back for another roast soon and to hopefully see Molly again too!

Great welcoming service Good food

Usually one of our favourite places. Ordered the new mushroom risotto today, I did notice the mention of dates on the menu but was very surprised and disappointed for it to be so sweet. No mushroom flavour and certainly not to my taste. Staff very understanding and replaced it for me.

Good food, good atmosphere, good service and tonight a great jazz evening with a fantastic saxophonist.

My son and his girlfriend treated me to a birthday lunch at The White Hart in Westerham, and we had a wonderful experience. I had the sirloin Roast dinner, which was absolutely delicious, but what really made our visit special was Molly, our waitress. She was fantastic, attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever being intrusive. Her warm and professional service added a lovely touch to our celebration. Thank you, Molly, for helping make my birthday so enjoyable! We’ll definitely be back.

We stopped by but immediately welcomed by the manager, given a table no problem. Ollie introduced us to what was vegetarian on the menu and the food was delicious. The toilets were clean which is important to me and I wholeheartedly recommend going here with friends I’d like to impress as well as a date night.

From the warm welcome to the excellent food and service The White Hart cannot be beaten. Even though it was busy our waitress spent time explaining dishes and making recommendations.

The food is a level above typical pub grub, it costs a little more but is so worth paying for, as it's more on par with restaurant quality. The service and atmosphere make this place worth repeat visits. We'll be coming back soon

The White Hart pub provided the perfect setting for a festive reunion with old friends. The warm, cosy atmosphere was complemented by the friendly staff, who made us feel right at home. The Christmas meal was a hit with everyone

Considering we'd booked in September for a Christmas meal for 8 people in mid December, we were disappointed with the pokey table we'd been allocated.

Excellent Sunday Lunch. Visited with my wife’s 91 year old mother to celebrate her birthday. Service was great. My roast beef lunch was excellent and beautifully presented. A shame that the look of the WW2 pub, frequented by Biggin Hill fighter pilots, has been mostly lost though.

We were 4 old friends meeting up for a relaxed lunch. Molly was very helpful and did not try to rush us as we had lots of gossip to catch up on. Lovely atmosphere and food a very enjoyable afternoon

Superb service food and atmosphere

Despite receiving 3 messages to remind me prior to arrival that I had a booking, it could not be found when we arrived! Consequently we were given a table by the entrance where the door was frequently being opened. When I asked for a table further into the restaurant I was told they were all booked. By the time we left after 3 hours four tables had not been used.Treated very much like walk ins. I asked for a gluten free menu and was told there wasn't one! Fortunately another waitress brought a kindle to the table to check gluten free. The restuarant is lovely, beautifully presented for Christmas and 3 out of the 4 meals were very good. Attention to detail was missing, eg no spoons with coffee and then forgotten about.

Lovely staff, amazing food and so nice to have the open fireplace crackling away in this cold weather.

The only problem was how cold it was inside.

Our waiter Danny B was very friendly and helpful. I had a butternut squash wellington which was very nice. Could have done with a couple more potatoes and some more gravy! And thought the wine was overpriced. But the restaurant itself was nice and cosy with the fires going and we all enjoyed our visit!

The restaurant looks nice and cosy, but Rut was busy and quite noisy- not a relaxing experience. Service is pleasant enough but very rushed. The roast was disappointing- potatoes hard in the middle and not crunchy, and beef was quite tough. An average pudding. I won’t be returning.

Lovely Sunday lunch in a gorgeous country pub. We booked a table in advance for a large group if friends for a reunion. Danny B was our waiter and was attentive, chatty and happy to share recommendations. Mist of us went for the Sunday roast sharer which was good value for money and really tasty!

Went for a Sunday lunch and was seated at a cramped table in a hallway next to an ornate barred window. The roast beef was very over done and tough, the rest of the food was quite good and the mini dessert with coffee was a great idea. We were pointedly told by the waiter that service was not included on the bill and they preferred service to be paid in cash. Took ages to pay. Won’t go back. Cost £35 each with no wine, only had one coke and a Guinness.

Really nice pub, sat in the bar area by the fire which was super cosy, food was great had the Diablo pizza and dirty burger, service was fast and friendly, especially Tasha on the bar!

Great pub /restaurant The food was good and staff are friendly The service was very slow though even to get drink orders but would return as may of been just a bad night Burger was small and hardly any chips the roast is very good and the pan fried prawns are good not many vegetarian options and the one they did have which someone wanted they didn’t have any

Was looking for somewhere to stop by for an evening meal after a day at Chessington. Location and reviews suggested The White Hart was the place to try, so we called ahead before leaving to resetve a table. I can confirm it did not disappoint. It's a lovely, well maintained ex country inn turned into a gastro pub. It was busy, which was a good sign, creating a good atmosphere. The staff and service could not be faulted. It was a tough choice however I had the linguine with scallops, where as other family members had the chateau briand and a margherita pizza. All feedback was very positive. It was a real shame they di not have room to stay anymore. I can fully recommend the detour if you are in the area. Incidentally, the M25 was stacked with congestion and with the detour route running parallel even with the stop, our ETA was only 30 mins later.

I had.made the booking as part of a historical visit to the area as my husband is interested in WWIi aviation (Spitfires etc) We knew the pub was a famous watering hole for pilots based at Biggin Hill. I had booked the Wine and Dine experience Menu. When we arrived we were seating in a tiny corner table where we could hardly move, there was no mention of the specific experience menu by the serving team so we ended up choosing off the only menu that was available. If we had booked this experience I would have expected the serving team to have known and offered it. We were able to move to a slightly better table, however the service was poor, the food I had (mushrooms to start and the Paranzella salad) wasn’t great although my husband has scallops and pork belly which he enjoyed. The atmosphere was pretty non- existent. The only ‘nod’ to its past was a few artifacts (unlabelled) in a cabinet, a copy of the famous signatures on the blackout blind, (again no information about it) and the odd photo donning the walls. We were hugely disappointed as we were expecting more of a tribute to its past. We will not be returning.

So dissapointed, travelled a long way. We were looking forward to visiting this historic pub of Second World War fame. So little of the memorabilia left not even labeled. Food ok except my wife's which very poor. Sorry won't be back.

We had booked a table online. On arrival they said they couldn't find out booking, but sat us down on a table for four. Waited for our host to arrive. But! She was already seated in another part of the restaurant waiting for us, A fiasco to say the least.

Danny B and a lady with a trans Atlantic accent looked after our party of 6 admirably. Both were polite and professional throughout, even laughing at some poor jokes. Most of those present were returning customers. All of the meals and drinks were delivered in a timely manner. The food was very good. Many thanks for an enjoyable visit.

First time back after the remodel, place looks amazing!! It was a pleasure having Jamie as our host with the most again!!! Highly recommend yum!!

Dreadful. If I could score zero I would. Where do I start. Only one person serving at the bar, tables full of empty glasses, no one clearing anything away. Current staff rushing around like crazy or having open disagreements with managers in the middle of the restaurant. No toilet paper in ladies toilets. This is an overpriced restaurant and bar with total lack of investment in people. Food poor. Apparently went through a huge refit but seems to have skimped on loo roll and staff. If you like your beer make sure they fill the glass up! Save your money and go somewhere else.

The White Hart has now become a restaurant and it is misleading to call it a ‘country pub’. Went today for a drink with four friends and all tables laid for dinners, only perches for four people at the bar, were refused permission to sit at many empty tables. Felt very unwelcome. What a change from its famous Battle of Britain history as pub escape for the brave pilots of Biggin Hill. Woul not recommend as a Brasted pub, go to the Stanhope!!
