The best restaurants serving British food in Ryde North East Isle of Wight South East

We popped in for a quick coffee and the service was excellent. We saw lots of orders come out of the kitchen and they looked very good value for money. Covid restrictions and hygiene being carefully followed

Have been here many times as it's been here a long time, so very popular with tourists and local people alike!! The food is normal cafe food, but very nice!! We had a fry up but it's never greasy!! Good view of the pier and the sea too! Never have to wait long either!!

My first stop on the Isle of Wight. Absolutely cracking place. The cheapest beer I had all trip. The staff were excellent easy to chat to and very helpful. The decor (apart from the Halloween stuff) is pretty straight forward- my only little whinge would be there are a few large tables rather than lots of little ones. On the good side it makes people sit together and chat, who knows who you will meet? The Guinness was excellent

Day visit to Ryde and found the lunchtime dining very welcoming and comfortable. The food was plentiful and enjoyable with a good selection to choose from. Service was timely and very pleasant.

Amazing roast dinner and dessert! Lovely staff, very kind, helpful, and understanding. We are coming back again for sure!!! Really recommend this little gem, can’t believe it wasn’t more packed! We spilt gravy everywhere and staff were very helpful to help my friends who burnt themselves, and moved us tables so we could get a clean start! Staff were amazing ❤️

Lovely little cafe serving all you need for lunch! Burgers, sandwiches, chips, coffee, etc along with some lovely flavours of ice cream, extensive options, and lovely homemade cakes.

Visited during the Car Festival. Just a basic bar in a large building serving in plastic cups. Cheaper than expected.
