Really perfect Staff was really nice Food was perfect, especially the beef fillet with good portion. To be discovered

Unfortunately, our takeaway experience was more like an I’m A Celebrity eating challenge. The fish, such as it was, was over cooked and the batter almost inedible. A shame because up to now the food had been very good.

Really good fish and chips fish was coated in a light crispy batter. The service was really good would recommend a visit.

On one of my walks and stumbled across. Perfect and classic country pub with good food. Will come again!

Rooms a bit tired but the staff service & food where excellent well worth a visit

Dropped in for lunch on way back from a day out. We hadn’t booked, but were seated swiftly in the garden. Can honestly say this is one of the best pizzas I have ever eaten, and I have had a lot of pizza! Salad and fries also lovely and fresh. Even though it’s a 40 minute drive from our house, we will visit again just for the pizza!
