I love these place to have a great sandwich, toastie or a wrap. They have other options, good hot drinks and a very good price.

Absolutely beautiful!!!! I was seated immediately on a Saturday just as they opened at 12. The food came out fast and was served hot and fresh. I had the sea bass which was cooked perfectly, a nice crisp to the skin. The flavours were amazing. I would definitely recommend. I also had a choux bun for dessert which was a rich chocolaty delight!! The atmosphere was calming and relaxed and they had a great wine list. The South African Chenin blanc was superb!! The pricing was fair especially for Whalley and the menu had some very appealing dishes I’m wanting to try. Thank you guys, I will definitely be returning!

Dirty dancing bottomless brunch. Brill entertainment, super quick with the drinks, but the food is poor but this didn't put us off as you're kinda paying paying for the drink

My wife and I came across this quaint tea shop quite by chance, as it is on the outskirts of the village and laid back from the road behind a small cobbled forecourt. On entering we found it contained eight tables and quite busy for a Saturday afternoon. We ordered coffees and sandwiches which were made to order and absolutely delicious.I shall definitely return and tell my friends about it.Im not certain of the opening hours,so will need to check before I return.I thoroughly recommend it.

We had a superb meal on Thursday splashing out on full 8 courses and extremely glad we did. We added the wine flight and again it was wonderful. I couldn’t pick one course over any others, they were all amazing. Dining in the Ribble Valley you are spoilt for choice, but the atmosphere and service from start to finish and the portion size was spot on, and we are sure to be back. And it’s all very fairly priced too. We were also very lucky enough to have Nigel Haworth himself cooking for us, as we were told he often does, and he even had a chat with a few tables after service including ours which was a genuine treat, topping off brilliant evening. Such a nice man and an amazing restaurant .

Poor. They got my order wrong and a manager? Simply came over said something about a confusing order and took it way (implying it was my fault!) they brought it back later and the chips were raw. There was no atmosphere at all. It was expensive for what it was. My pie was not good at all.
