The best restaurants serving British food in Riverside Liverpool North West

I have lost count of my lunchtime visits to Burnt Orange at Camp and Furnace! Consistently delicious, fresh and hearty food, with great portion sizes too. The team are always friendly and welcoming, making every visit extra lovely. Will be back again, and recommend to everybody!

Great Bistro in the trendy rope walks in central Liverpool. Lots of exposed brick & wood, great cooking, interesting menu with a separate vegan menu available. We had a great time.

Genuinely one of the nicest breakfasts I've had in a long time. I had the brink veggie brekkie which was a decent portion, hot, two good bits of halloumi and lots of toast. My partner had the big brink brekkie which had beautiful crispy bacon, two high quality sausages and was a nice big portion. The food was amazing and affordable, the staff there are so friendly and your money is going towards a fantastic cause and space!!

He oído cosas buenas sobre este lugar. No hay quejas sobre la comida, sin embargo el servicio y el precio no eran buenos. No me importa pagar £ 9 por un sándwich, sin embargo £ 3 por una lata de coca es ridículo, los precios de las bebidas necesitan revisión! Le pregunté si podía devolver esto ya que pagué por él antes de devolverlo, el personal fue bastante grosero al respecto.

Every time I come into this cafe the price for the same order is always different. The women who runs it seems to just charge you what she decides on the day. It’s overpriced and the food isn’t all that. On one occasion there was actually a hair in my tuna sandwich which she tried to justify saying it was a fluff fibre?? When I insisted it was a hair (because it was) the women then turned rude towards me. I didn’t have time to wait for another sandwich and requested my money back to which she threw it on the counter and sighed at me!! :/ nothing like good customer service Ay.. all in all I no longer work in the area and thankfully i will not be visiting here again :)

Great bar ,dog friendly both inside and in the beer garden They have football on all the time and a nice choice of ale.

Nice bar which was clean and tidy, good selection of beers and spirits, poll table and dart board, we got half a beer and a bottle of bud and it was £7.05 which isn't cheap

Quick lunch with nice parsnip soup, sandwiches with pastrami and home made chutney, sandwich with chicken (not Pulled as in the menu and without mango salsa). The lady serving is was great, interested, helpfull and ever so sweet for our girls! We like the place!

As someone who needs to eat Gluten free, I love here. Loved the Liverpool local and the gluten free lager

Wanted pie and chips and this is where we ended up. Absolutely phenomenal pie and chips it turned out to be. Slightly more than we wanted to pay but worth it I guess. Can’t comment on service as ordered on app and it was delivered to table. Would highly recommend. Food of very high quality.

Outstanding. Haddock dinner, cod dinner, sausage dinner & scampi dinner with curry sauce. All fresh, piping hot and served quickly. Great service. Probably the best fish and chips we’ve had anywhere in the country. You can tell that this place prides itself on the quality of its ingredients. Well worth it
