I've been a fan of Simon Drake since the early 90s, when secret cabaret was on late night Channel 4. Thanks to my partner for taking me tonight (01/11/2024) to see Mr drake live. Absolutely fantastic performance's by everyone, the haunted cellar tour was a good bit of fun too. Everyone working the bar, cloakroom, food service etc- all did a great job. The house itself has plenty to see. Was also fortunate to meet Simon and chat with him 3-4 times during the night, came across as someone who really appreciates his fans as well as genuinely loving what he does. Would recommend and will most certainly be going again.

What a lovely visit to this establishment today. My pal and I, had a lovely breakfast with coffee. The place was packed at 8.30am on a Sunday, but we managed to get a table for 2. We are both from the manor, even though I moved down to Bournemouth 23 years ago, it still feels like home. We couldn’t eat all of the breakfast, as there was so much of it. Lovely service also, and Austin the owner is a diamond. We shall be back soon. Thank you

If you are looking for specialty coffee, you found it. The barristas make great espresso. My wife enjoyed her cappucino. I had the Racer from Rwanda. Bought a pack to brew at home.

I had a delicious falafel baguette today from The Guildable Manor stand at the University of Exeter. The gentleman serving was excellent - very friendly, efficient and entertaining! Highly recommend to anyone visiting!

I eat here at least 3 times a week for lunch an the food is always top quality along with the craić with the staff. Omar is a very friendly and welcoming proprietor and is always on hand to chat or suggest whet to have. Amazing atmosphere and hopefully the new style currently being done will only enhance the already amazing place....

Absolutelly amazing food and the staff was amazing. With all the people marching in and out, they managed to have a happy face anytime and the servicr was impecable. Good job to all of them.

Al llegar había una larga cola que acepté. Sin embargo, llegando al frente, la cola era solo para la barra de ensaladas. Cuando finalmente pude pedir un sándwich, pedí lo mismo que el tipo que tenía delante. Su respuesta “no servimos ese tipo de pan”. Todavía estoy confundido.
