A place with such a bad service that it doesn't even deserve one star. Besides, they sell coffee more expensive than other places, but on the other hand, they try to sell a badly made coffee almost by a force. When you object, they say the problem is with the customer. Although my home is far from this place, I came here today just to have a good coffee as I love the taste of coffee in this place. But when I saw their sarcastic and bad behavior today, I regret that I came. Although I specifically stated when placing my latte order, I "I want it extra hot and without foam". The lady who makes the coffee, she made it opposite what I've asked. When I said I didn't want it that way, she said she was a bartender for 10 years. She also told me that the coffee "I drank every day" was something impossible to make. 🤔 And she laughed sarcastically. When I said why are you laughing, she said it's fun for her. Unbelievable ! It's true, they piss you off by not making the order you gave them and they make fun of it. I found this behavior really ugly. The only place I will never go to again... I just want to ask, If it's impossible, why are you taking this order? Besides, why would I ask you to do something impossible to make? You can be a bartender for 10 years, but you don't listen to the customer. You don't care what they want. As far as I can see, 10 years has created a self-conceit in you, not a good experience. Also, I bought the coffee which you said was impossible, from Black Sheep Coffee place a little further ahead, from a smiling bartender, and drank it. It's a pity really. I only condemn you for your behavior today. Because you ruined my day. You may not care about me by just reading one customer, but one customer equals ten customers. You lost ten customers today. Me and my friends whom I have recommended and sent before. Of course, if a situation is your concern!!!

No puedo escribir una crítica para decir cómo son las cervezas / comida o el personal como el pub cerró para siempre el sábado 1 calle de febrero. Lo visité el día 2 sin darme cuenta de que había cerrado. Vergüenza ya que el exterior se ve muy bien.

Es mejor evitarlo. Personal del bar extremadamente grosero. Nos ladraron para “desplazarnos” mientras estábamos parados en la barra. Cuando llamamos a este comportamiento, el tipo detrás de la barra actuó como si no supiera que estaba siendo grosero y entendiera que estábamos locos. ¡Muy raro! Pero no volvería a entrar.

La comida estaba realmente deliciosa, la atención del personal fue muy amable y la higiene del lugar era muy buena. Recomendable para ir con amigos.

We stopped in mid afternoon for a quick bite. It was fine and that's about all I would say. It did the job and wasnt expensive.

No nos alojamos en el Holiday Inn, que está conectado a esta pu, pero optó por comer aquí, ya que el menú es bueno con un montón de opciones. Nos atendió Oligerd y él era excelente. La comida era genial que teníamos la intención de tener 3 platos, pero terminó con 2 platos. Tuvimos Pan de Ajo como Entrada y estábamos muy llenos antes de que llegara el principal. La próxima vez esperaríamos por un plato principal, ya que los postres se veían muy bien. Sin duda volveremos cuando nos alojamos en la zona y esperamos que Oligerd está sirviendo como él es servicial y amable.

Perfectly situated down the street from Euston train station, we enjoyed some cold pints outside in the warm weather. Letting life pass by on the street next to us, it tasted very good. Stepping inside for seconds, one could enjoy also a nicely decorated interior as well as the pretty front facing the street.

Pub tradicional decente con una bulliciosa multitud nocturna. Buena variedad de cervezas y un servicio amable. Y suficientes asientos y mesas para los que los quieran.

I used to live in Kilburn and visit here often, however now this place is a total joke. Starting from the service with no eye contact very arrogant staff. Then it’s the portion size that really does it. My wife ordered and said other customers were complaining of how much chips they got, to my surprise when I got home I counted 10 chips, this has to be day light robbery I did not think it would be that bad. Most chippys you would get a bag of chips or at least they fill up the box. They try to fill up the box with salad and a piece of naan bread so you think you are getting value for money. I only go there because I like the Shish Kofte, but enough is enough that’s my last visit for sure.

Visited here on Friday afternoon past for drinks and again on Saturday evening for dinner. The customer service is excellent, great choice of drinks and food. Food is freshly cooked. Great atmosphere. Certainly recommend.

Superb healthy and sustaining food either for lunch or a snack. I use Pret a Manger outlets in many different towns and find them consistently good
