At present they have some great veggie options. Today I had cauliflower cheese croquettes, also the teriyaki broccoli (which I ordered without chilli). The food was absolutely delicious, really tasty. Worth every penny (though not cheap - what is, nowadays?!)

Best cinnamon square I have ever tasted! We purchase yearly for a birthday and will continue to do so as they are delicious.

Great place, really nice service and the food was scrumptious. The only miss was that we didn't get our Yorkies. We were quite happy to miss out as the portions are big and the team sorted something else for us. Also, I would love to see some special beer that is not everywhere else, but I appreciate I might be a special case customer.

Unfortunately the pub has been neglected in recent times. The toilets are a disgrace and they need completely refurbishing. The general area appears to be in need of a good clean. The staff are friendly & there are a choice of beers available. There are better places in the area

Dreadful food - I do not know what has happened to the Pub - empty and no atmosphere - we have been regulars for the past 5-6 years and the food has always been good. I had pie of the day which normally comes in a white metal enamel dish and all homemade filling with a lovely fluffy pastry top - last night we had a pie that looked like it had come from the local chip ship and all mushy inside, chips in a large round plate and all gravy smothered over them - my wife's ham, egg & chips was tasteless and dreadful - Very disappointing indeed and we will certainly be giving this a wide birth - Not sure what has happened, seems a lot of new faces. Perhaps the Pub has been sold!!
