A lovely find! This cafe is a lovely place to get sandwiches and healthier alternatives to eat. They offer a huge variety of sandwiches, jacket potatoes, toasties, salads and more. The food was a reasonable price and the staff work so hard behind the counter. The food was lovely!

Since retiring in September 2024, I have been coming here pretty much everyday to chill out on the Market Square. For my taste, the coffee is my favourite of all the chains as it takes me back to Italy taste wise – strong and flavourful. There is often a queue because every coffee is made from beans through to the cup, which is well worth waiting for. The current team are superb; very friendly and efficient. There are so many regulars, and they know them all! Their cakes are also one-offs, most reflecting Italian food. Could not recommend more highly.

This place has character and the locals are friendly, just making my way around st neots picking out the best ones. I like this place albeit one little issue is I always get the same middle aged barmaid with grey hair hanging in her eyes ..you need a barmaid refurb definitely not a Brucey bonus one should be leaving the bar work to younger pretty girls a hot blooded man wants to see please.

Staying at the Premier Inn for 3 nights so the Crown was a natural choice to eat as it was next door to the hotel. We had a meal on our first night, which was ok, breakfast this morning, which again was ok and Sunday roast this evening. The roast dinner was lukewarm and our additional order of cauliflower cheese had been forgotten until we questioned where it was, but the server removed this from our bill as it eventually arrived half way through eating our meal. We did tell the server about the lukewarm food when our plates were cleared and he apologised and said he would advise the chef. There seemed to be a lack of staff as there were just two servers to book people in, take orders, serve meals, clear tables etc. Through no fault of the staff there were children who thought the restaurant was a playground and were running around doing handstands and acrobatics.

Selected to visit this pub to watch live football whilst in St Neots recently. There are at least two screens, a pool table, fruit machine and the venue hosts live music typically (although it’s unclear during COVID times). To that end, it’s a regular local pub with a predictable array of beers on tap and classic features. The drinks are well priced, though.
