ordered some food for collection, it was very quick and the waitress was very nice and friendly, despite the fact it was near 10pm! Food was so nice, definitely going to come back :)

I ordered a Singapore Laksa having eaten it half way through the bowl then I found hair from the noodle soup, had to pull it out of my mouth, I immediately STOPPED eating and raised a concern to the waiter, he was being very apologetic, but the owner was shouting at the waiter for raising the concern. Waiter came back apologised again and asked me to pay the full price, which I DID. That was the treatment I got, so best of luck.

Visitamos el restaurante el miércoles pasado pero estaba cerrado. Google y tripadvisor. dice su abierto. Algunos números de teléfono. probado era en la web y fueron los números válidos. Hemos visitado antes cuando la dirección antigua. Por eso quería ir allí aunque no estaba seguro de que están abiertos o no. . Había un aviso pequeño en la puerta diciendo que están cerradas. Mientras estuvimos allí unos más otros clientes vinieron y tuvimos que dar la vuelta. Al menos deberían haber. dijo que para que la gente no cierra aquí. . Muy decepcionada. . . .

Lovely meal in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere with proper white table cloth service, as it should be. Ghurka's Inn is tucked just off the main street. The menu covers Indian and traditional Nepali cuisine, particularly fresh and home made. Even the papadums and condiments were a bit special. Prices are excellent considering the top quality. My wife has been coming here for years so I was glad to see what the fuss is about. 🙏

One of my two favourite Indian restaurants, the other being Yatri in King's Cross. The food at Bengal Bertie's is simply amazing AND for London reasonably priced! Love this restaurant!

Had fun cooking the bulgogi on the grill that tasked great and the food came out fast for the prepared dishes we’d ordered.

This place serves the best mutton rolls about my wife just ordered 16 of them and within 2 hours 8 are already gone. Shes an animal. We also had their THALI on a Friday which had a great array of dishes and a great introduction to Sri Lankan food

Poor customer service. No idea what they are doing. Ordered 55 pounds of food refused to give and throw away as 20 pounds was Scottish notes. A legal tender in the UK. Complete illiterates rather throw away order than accept. Used to order regularly. Never again. Have no idea of customer service or how to run a business.

Great value BYO curry house in Tooting. BYO places are becoming more of a rarity in this area, so it was great to find somewhere still offering it. Yes, the decor is old fashioned, but you don't come here looking for good decor, you come here for a delicious feast and that's what we got. Lovely flavours, decent portion sizes and excellent value. Can't go wrong!

From the moment we walked in the owner welcomed us with the warmest smile and took such exceptional care of us throughout the entire meal. went above and beyond to help us choose the perfect dishes, offering insightful recommendations that absolutely hit the mark. professionalism was matched genuine kindness and friendly demeanor, making us feel completely at home. The food was outstanding, attention to detail and personal touch really stood out. We asked for a surprise dish, and totally delivered with a creative, delicious option that blew us away! ability to balance impeccable service with warmth and humor is something great! We left feeling not only satisfied but truly grateful for and we’ll definitely be returning — not just for the food, but for the amazing service. Highly recommend!
