amazing place, delicious food, was clean and nice, people were very kind and quick, not expensive and lots of food for your money, couldn’t recommend more!! 10/10 would definitely come back!!

Yer what ? Tâm is really nice, I did not cause any international incident by asking for no sugar (ie no traditional caramel) on my whole steamed sea-bass (£11) June 2019. So there it was, delicately steamed with some raw red chili rings for the yin yang counter balance of the pale “cooling” fish flesh, a sprig or two of fresh coriander and some spring onion slivers. I was prepared and almost looking forward to playing the reflexive host, offering the fish cheeks to the revered guest, filleting at the table with the serving fork and spoon, but it was a magnificent hillock of whole skin-on fillets! I cannot remember if the sea bass head was symbolically shaped with the greenery, but I understood the carved cucumber fish tail, fanned out flat, a charming old school touch. I then realised that we already do the post- marinade hack that Ms Nigella Lawson does with beef, so the greenery and chili were bruised into the light soy dressing underneath flesh down, and each half slice of sea-bass dipped quickly before serving. Steamed jasmine rice was £2. Here is where I learned another thing. White cool summer rolls are really served with the rich sticky hoi sin sauce with a sprinkle of peanuts. When I went to Pho and Bun in Shaftsbury Avenue I thought that this was a Lonely Planets style switch by that owner. Anyway, I was at home enough to go to their sauces bar beside the kitchen and choose the thin, orangey fish sauce dip with garlic nubs instead. We had two knife-fresh carrot juices and one jasmine tea. The front of house guy showed he was used to contactless payment which may serve you well, and I paid £25 all in. Preposterous value, when a singular scallop starter in No. Fifty Cheyne asks for £19.50 How marvellous it must be along the Mekong with numerous river fish to choose from.

I went with my partner to this place the other evening. I had passed by many times and it is always empty so we decided to give it a try. Inside this place is terribly boring and has a cold atmosphere, it was almost empty. The staff didn't speak English well so it was difficult to communicate. We were not impressed with the food either. Our chicken satay starters smelled and tasted like chicken that has been off for a day or so. The mains portions were rather small and came without rice. The pork with lemongrass was nice, but the prawns in sweet and sour sauce were completely tasteless. I gave the feedback nicely when we left and the woman just smiled. So now I understand why that place is empty. Unless they change the taste, quality, portion size of the food ; and change the deco, it will remain the same liveless place it is now.

Went to Tam for a casual dinner last week and had a great experience. No frills and simple, and the food was delicious and fresh. Very reasonably priced beer too! Will definitely be going back.

Rarely have I encountered such brazenly rude and spiteful "customer service". After two items we ordered failed to arrive, we asked for the food to be brought out. They first insisted the food had been provided, which they then admitted was false. They had promised to provide the food, which I followed up on after waiting a further half an hour. This was when I was told that I would have to pay, again, for the food that had never arrived. At this point, I was so angry that my appetite completely died, much like my aspirations to ever eat from this place again. I'm almost in disbelief that such inequality could happen in a legal business establishment. Formerly a loyal customer, Never Again.

Good food and good price. Seems pretty fresh. Restaurant usually quiet as it seems more popular for takeaways. Not a great ambience inside but simple dining it’s good. Recommend the sea bass.

I was surprised by this tiny place in Peckham. It was nice. We had big portions and it was affordable, the waiter was so friendly. 👍 come to visit this place I recommend.

Had the pork chop, steamed sea bass and chicken cashew nut rice and a coke. Paid 22.50£. Food tasted fresh and authentic. Will come back again

We were welcomed by a big smile in an empty place, I still wonder why, customer service was excellent, fresh ingredient, gigantic bowl of phô for 7£, and it seems that they solely live on delivery, so I recommend it at 100%

I wonder if the restaurant was empty but for another couple on a Friday night due to non-stop comings and goings by Uber and Deliveroo drivers - great that they're inundated with orders but it's really quite distracting! Otherwise, food is very good - fresh and tasty, waiter was nice and all good value.

Really tasty Vietnamese food!The place doesn't look like much from the outside but the quality of their food is excellent! We especially loved the pork with chilli and lime and salt and peppered squid. Will definitely come again!

The freshest best most delicious warming fragrant delicate meaty flavoursome pho clarified consomme. So delicious. I love Tam. I always need some extra fish sauce but that's just me. Love this place and it's my to go pho place in the world. Great for digestion, pure and dieting. But filling and wholesome. I can taste and tell the 12 hours of cooking this delish pho (fuf) soup! xoxoxo. Do you make Banh Mi?

Noodle salads are delicious, we have been twice and good both times. Also had summer rolls which were nice. They have a high chair for babies. Staff were friendly.

Excellent service, friendly waiter and the food tasted great, they even held off on the chilli at my request.
