Great and very friendly service and really good and tasty Indian food. The chat bombs as an appetizer were awesome. Chicken and paneer were also delicious. We really had a good time and can only recommend the restaurant.

This wasn't just the best Indian food, but some of the best food I've ever had.

Had an absolutely wonderful meal. Order a couple of appetizers and lamb biryani and all we're cooked incredibly. The meat was tender and seasoning was flavorful. Will be back next time we are in London.

The Lamb Angara was sensational - best lamb curry I’ve had in London. The packaging is reason for losing a star. Combination of paper bag, unsecured lid, and rain nearly ruined my parka, though thankfully it was restored to new by the cleaners nearby.

Taste of the food was ok, but portions are very small for the high prices. I also got a beer instead of a coca cola (how do you mess that up wheb we are the only ones in the restaurant?) . Hygiene was really bad as the floor was slippery from all the grease. Restaurant was really devoid of any atmosphere. They have the same song playing over and over, which is really annoying. I suspect this restaurant mostly lives off delivery, since the restaurant was mostly empty and they have delivery drivers constantly coming in through the front door which further kills the atmosphere. Was looking for an authentic Indian restaurant but I was really disappointed.

Nothing crazy but good. A bit expensive for what we had in the plates

Visited this restaurant tonight with two others for a 9 PM dinner. The experience started off a bit shaky as it took 15 minutes for anyone to take our drink orders, and it was noticeable that the place was understaffed. However, once we ordered both food and drinks, the drinks arrived promptly, followed by the mains. Unfortunately, the timing was off as the rice came 10 minutes after the curries, by which time we were already halfway through our meal. The food itself was okay but not outstanding. The butter chicken was decent, and the lamb chops could have been better seasoned. The saag aloo, however, was a disappointment—it was so overly spicy that it felt like a completely different dish! For a meal for three, including four soft drinks and one beer, the total came to £129, which felt steep given the overall experience. With a few improvements, this place could become a hidden gem, but I wouldn’t rush back anytime soon.

Really recommend Kari Gosi. One of the best curries I have had in a while. Delicious coconut flavour, made with chicken thighs.

Pedí a Mumbai Delight muchas veces cuando vivía por la zona. Cada vez que recibía mi cheque, ordenaba la entrega desde aquí. Lo esperaba cada mes y la cantidad de alegría que sentía al saber que podría comer de Mumbai Delight era inconmensurable. Cuando mi novio me visitaba en Londres, nos traía curry, arroz y naan de aquí y veíamos películas juntos. Este restaurante, a pesar de que nunca llegué a ver el restaurante físicamente (aunque lamentablemente un pájaro decidió dejar que se rompiera en mí mientras caminaba allí) , ha jugado un papel enorme en mi último año de universidad. La comida de calidad y deliciosa como esta tiene que probarse al menos una vez en la vida. Su menú es colorido y único para otros restaurantes indios. Por favor, hágase un favor y visite. No te arrepentirás.

Ordered take away from here. Quite an expensive curry in comparison to other similar restaurants, and unfortunately, the flavour and quality were incredibly average and not worth the price. Happy to pay extra for a great dish, sadly was not that case here.

Our first time going here & definitely the last, food was overpriced and service was outrageous, staff were rude & ignorant, definitely not a place i’d recommend unless you want to be disappointed, waiting over an hour for the food for it to be below average,just another money making restaurant that doesn’t care about the paying customers. My nan wasn’t happy.

Mumbai Delight has brought taste of Mumbai to London. If one is interested in authentic Indian cuisine with natural ingredients, Mumbai Delight is an automatic choice. Staff are very generous and out of box helpful. Food quality is good and dining experience is promising.

Mumbai Delight in London was a fantastic experience for my family and me. The kids absolutely loved it, which is always a big win. The food was exceptional, with the sauces and flavors perfectly on point—exactly what we were hoping for. It's not always easy to find a place that pleases both adults and kids, but Mumbai Delight hit the mark. The combination of great food, warm service, and a welcoming atmosphere made it a memorable evening for all of us. Despite trying other places, this one really stood out, and I’d highly recommend it for anyone looking to enjoy top-notch Indian cuisine in London.

We were a group of 6. Waited for an hour for the starters to arrive. The main course didn’t arrive for longer than 2 hours. Had to leave without eating. The service was pathetic and the waiters definitely need more training on how to speak to customers. But the food(whatever we tried) was really good!

I went with a group of friends for dinner based on another friend's recommendation who regularly orders from this restaurant. The food was good, but the service was terrible. It took 40mins for our starters to come and we waited almost two hours for the main course. Manager was not apologetic about the delay, and let us leave after paying for what we consumed. Would never go again.

Rude and arrogant waiter, amazing starters but unfortunately we didn't get to have a taste of the mains as we never receive them, even after waiting 2hrs! Unable and not wanting to wait any longer, we informed the manager that we want to leave. He didn't even apologise for the delay...

We decided to visit a local Indian place and made our way here and we are pleasantly pleasantly surprised. It was an amazing experience! Food: authentic and DELICIOUS! This has to be the best Indian food I’ve had in London so far. The garlic nan was impossibly soft, crumbly and buttery!!! The curries were spicy but really good and gosh the carrot dessert was heavenly Service: the 2 female servers were friendly and attentive to all our needs Atmosphere: nice as we were seated by the window and were able to do some people watching Overall would highly recommend!

First time Londoners. Taxi driver recommended Mubai Delight Owner was friendly and hospitable. Asked what our likes were and ordered for us. Food was amazing!! By far, the best Indian food we've ever had! A must when in London!

This place has high reviews but I had a very disappointing experience. We came in and stood at the front of the restaurant for about 10 minutes until we were seated. A couple behind us came in and even left because of how long we were waiting. We were seated finally but the service was extremely slow. At first we were patient since they may have been short staffed. Then we noticed the couple behind us and several people that came after us were getting their meals and even leaving before we received our order. I simply had the Dal and Peshwari nan. My friend had calamari and butter chicken. She enjoyed her meal. My dal was not bad but just ok. The Peshawari nan was not good at all. No flavor and a little burnt tasting. I liked this meal the least of all the restaurants I’ve visited during my stay.

Vaya a Mumbai Delight y disfrute de una comida fenomenal que probablemente será diferente a cualquier cosa que haya tenido hasta la fecha, pero por al menos la mitad del precio. Esta reserva se realiza sin reservas. De hecho os exhorto totalmente a probarlo, ¡estoy seguro de que no os decepcionará!

There are many bad Indian restaurants in London, but this one is also expensive. From the poorly poured beer, generic paratha, second rate white rice (how can you charge 4£ for that?!) and forgettable curry, there is little to praise about the ordeal. Also worth mentioning, menus on google don’t reflect the current prices, at least at dinner time.

The food was great here, can’t fault any of it was all delicious. The service on the other hand was pretty bad, asked for tap water 3 times and never got it, seemed to only get one basket of poppadoms but charged for 2 without an explanation, even when it came to paying the bill had to ask multiple times as well, just small things from the waiters to make sure we had everything we needed would have gone a long way.

I recently visited Mumbai Delight and had a disappointing experience. Despite high expectations, the service was subpar. Our orders were wrong, and we had to wait an unusually long time for corrections that never arrived. The dishes lacked the authentic flavors we were looking forward to, and some items were overcooked. Additionally, the staff seemed indifferent to our complaints, which added to the frustration. The ambiance, though pleasant, couldn't make up for the lackluster food and poor service. Overall, it was a letdown, and I wouldn't recommend it for anyone seeking a quality Indian dining experience. And the worst part… tried to charge me for it all. FYI - if you get them angry they will make the food more spicy. Butter chicken as hot as a vindaloo… you might as well go to McDonald’s.

The food here is amazing and the staff are soooo polite. They constantly check in and see if you need anything. I got the Biryani Lamb and mily wife got the Tandoori Chicken. Both were so good. They serve three chutneys with the meals that are absolutely delicious. You will want extra.

This is a great place for eating delicious british Indian food. Staff is friendly abd efficient, food tastes delicious, and and and and there is something in the menu called the "chat bomb". It's a must try starter. If your taste buds are longing for that distinct remarkable taste you have been looking for, the chat bomb will satisfy you.

A fantastic local Indian which we had never tried before. We went quite late on a weeknight (around 9.45pm) and the server was very polite and accommodating. The food was delicious and I would definitely recommend this place. We will be coming again!

Ordered via uber eats. No chutneys. No fish tikka in non veg platter. No after delivery support. Basic indian marination on the non veg platter. They sent onion with fungus on it.

Very tasty food and nice service. But it was very noicy in the restaurant.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars for food quality is that the set of poppadum's I ordered only came with one dip (mango chutney) where as previously it came with yogurt and mint as well.
