I had worst experience with them I ordered food so many time and each and every time i got something wrong today I ordered wings with extra hot lemon and herb bt they gave me mild flavour whn i go and return it back there staff was so rude with me and didn’t apologise for there mistake and said we can’t gave gave u back i nvr go there and nvr order from there Staff should be trained how to handle customer they should provide training for customer service

Si quieres una bebida con tu comida, será mejor que ahorres dinero porque tendrás que pagar 3 libras por una lata de bebida. Solo venden agua embotellada también a un precio similar y no proporcionan agua del grifo Su política de bebidas es indignante.

Not going to big johns for another 6 months in sha Allah and so will other people once they realise how much their service has declined and how their prices have sky rocketed without the food getting any better or fresh, dead food dead flavours extortionate pricing dead service from staff that are most likely in the uk on student visas what a horrible thing big johns has become, always getting orders wrong and always waiting and screwing for it to be corrected prison food is better than this dead nasty gross food from big John I swear on my life

Pedimos el filete de pollo y el filete de ajo, pero desafortunadamente, la salsa de ajo no alcanzó el objetivo: necesita un poco más de sabor y ponche. Sin embargo, la ensalada de pollo César era absolutamente delicioso! El plato de entrada también fue impresionante, con una gran selección de sabores y texturas. En general, nos encantó casi todo sobre nuestra comida en Toros. Con un poco de ajuste a su salsa de ajo, se ganarían fácilmente una crítica de 5 estrellas de nosotros! Muy recomendable para una gran experiencia gastronómica. Y una cosa más importante, solo aceptan el dinero en efectivo.

Ordered on line using the Big Johns App. We did not get the 20% discount for ordering on line as the telephone message when you ring the Chelmsley wood branch on cooks lane 0121 770 9555. We use to get it when ordering before but when I finally got through to the branch they said that they had stopped this offer for existing customers who have ordered before and is only available for new customers, but when you ring the number it does not mention this and feel duped into paying more than what I was expecting and the chap within the branch wasn’t helpful. May take this up with trading standards as false advertising. Andy
