Absolute dog food! I was ill for 3 days after eating from here. Had kebab in a pitta and it was bland and dry! The mayo tasted horrible..

1st time ordering, we ordered garlic mushrooms which was just cold battered mushrooms in tray with cheese on top that had gone hard , and ordered mixed kebab which came with only cold donner meat in no chicken so phoned shop up and she told me there was no chicken meat so I was charged for mixed kebab and only got plain donner meat any other shop would of rang me and told me , then I could of changed my order not just sent anything out , waste of money won't be ordering from here again

I wasn’t impressed with the food, delivery was quick but food was cold. I couldn’t finish it, it was that bad. I ordered the doner kebab cheesy box after seeing a review saying it was amazing, that was a lie. The kebab was blah, chips didn’t have any salt even though I requested salt, the naan if that’s what call it was stale. I order hot chilli but they gave me sweet chilli. I wouldn’t buy from here ever again. I’ve been on the toilet all night after eating this

Food great we had the cheesy kebab meat box between us with sweet chill sauce it was very filling and we enjoyed it we also had cheese garlic bread 😋 chill cheese bites real nice 👍

Ordered a pizza tasted plain orderd kebab meat with fries wanted loads of salt and vinegar never got it the fries tasted that they were a few hrs old never go there again

I had a takeaway with 2 kebabs, they took 1 hour 40 and when the food arrived they chicken smelt, i honestly think either the food way contaminated with fieces or the delivery driver needs sacking, never ordering from there

made a order a few days ago, the 3 of us have just recovered from food poisoning, not the first time this has happened by the looks of it, also ordered peri peri chicken breast and was gived chicken on the bone and wouldnt change it, stay clear of this one!

would not recommend plain cheese pizza was fine but the chicken wings were burnt on the outside and still pink on the inside was feeling sick for days dont go near this place, service was good and delivery time was super quick but still would not even give the food to a dog🤢🤮

Horrible meal- certainly not worth the money. Chips were hard and meat was tough as it had obviously stood for ages. I will not go there again.

It claims it is 45 mins delivery, but took 2 and 1/2 hours for our food to be delivered. Called up one and got told it was on the way and would be here in 10 mins. We then called again and got told it would be another 15 mins and still waiting on the food. They didn’t seem to care about the wait we had at all. Would not recommend.

Went here today for the first time had chicken strips on wrap with sweet chilli sauce and fries and my cousin had burger and fries plus to diet cokes the food was amazing we both loved it size of meal was great little dear on price but it was worth it didn't have to wait long, staff was very nice and polite easy to understand place was clean would defro go there again

Just recently changed my review from 5 star to 1 as I'm a regular customer and I've seen a change. They have lost lots of good staff and food quality has gone down hill. On my last visit I saw the tongs that pick up most there kebab meat and burgers knocked on the floor only to be picked up and put straight back on the grill. Will I use them anytime soon? No

2 hours to wait for a pizza. After numerous calls to chase it and lies of it will be 10 minutes. Still nothing. Had to cancel I will not be using this place again. Don't waste your time and money. Go elsewhere

Waited almost 3 hours for a pizza. Numerous calls and was fobbed off with lies. 10 minutes, 10 minutes blah blah. Terrible attitude and awful customer service. Save your time and money by going elsewhere.

Rubbish ! Use to love this place. Had a mixed grill box. Not a fresh naan, it tasted like cardboard. And the shish kebab was raw. Disgusting.

Waited 2 hours for my order, it came the chips were dry and they got my pizza wrong. I rang and explained it was wrong i asked for peppers mushroom and onion, they had sent meat feast for the others i said i couldn't eat it as I'm a vegetarian and they wanted me to wait until i next order for a "free" pizza i said no I'm hungry I've paid for something and i want to eat, they said they would send another pizza. I then waited another hour for them to send me a CHICKEN and jalapeño pizza, i sent it back and rang yet again. They said i would need to wait 2-3 hours because they are busy i said this wasn't acceptable they then offered me £5 refund after my order was £37 and they passed me on to someone else. This someone else promised the manager would call me back after 15-20 mins, this phone call still hasn't happened. I will never ever order from chunky grill again.

Absolutely shocking place would not recommend ordered food came late and cold no sauce on the pizza at all tasted like cardboard phoned and the owner said cannot refund or get another pizza out as it was too late so call the next day and we will deliver you a new one called the next day was told I don’t know what your on about the gaffer has not told me anything and cannot call him as he is off work today

Nice food, friendly staff, good customer service, very clean inside and the food was made from Fresh , will definitely be using the place again, I would recommend to order food from here.

Been here a couple of times last time I was there I saw with my own eyes one of the staff pick donner meat up off the floor which Fell and put it back in the container where they keep the donner meat once they cut it off there was another customer what witness this as well and the guy completely denied doing this even though we witnessed this I would never go back

Very nice place amazing for pizza's but when we ask for 2 pizza's 12-inch pizzas we expect to get to 12-inch pizza's not 12 and a 16-inch we've wasted money and food. The order was explained perfectly and clearly a 16-inch we payed and didn't ask for what a waste of food.. but yano this is your only F* up l guess don't do it again. Ohhh the food we have wasted 😣😂

We used to order once a week, not anymore. Some of my order wasn't what I ordered so I obviously don't get to eat tonight and my 6 year old was beyond happy that her favourite part of her meal wasn't there. Also they think you can juggle bags then boxes. Maybe if they gave boxes in size order people would be quicker.

Call me day but I'm near enough here every other week! Foods banging and never have problems with wrong orders etc. The staff are on point as well always get you sorted.

Hot wings are not hot anymore, been in twice this week, first visit got served burnt hot wings. 2nd time got given the wrong wings.

I used to be regular. Not any more. I ordered pizza deal and it was horrible . Waited 1.45h for pizza to be undercooked. Raw dough, cold fries and garlic bread. Absolute joke. Never going to spend another penny there. Don't buy here unless you want food poisoning 🤮

Been using Chunky's for Years but the food and customer service experienced Thursday night was awful. Food was cold and very below the usall standards. They did send out replacement food but this was colder than the first.

Worst ever I’ve been to ! Didn’t get what we asked for and when we got the mix grill in the pizza box opened the box ready to eat and never seen anything like it burnt black lamb shish and black chicken tikka and black seekh kebab and ate it and all it was doing was crunch and tough as old boots so it went straight in the bin the doner kebab was nasty and the chicken doner it was disgusting very salty if I could give it a zero stars I would but minimum is one star complete waste of money!

This is a really good place to order from.....................................................if you want to wait over two hours for pizza😳 Also when you call up the workers can have an attitude, which isn’t professional. When the delivery driver arrived, we told him about the wait and and said we wouldn’t be going again, which he thought was hilarious :/ it’s a shame because we used to never have an issue, off to Sainsbury's I go for an oven pizza 🍕

I wouldn't normally go out of my way to do a review but I feel I have no choice. Im always ordering from chunky and although its not always on time food is always of a good standard.. that is until I ordered the last 2 times. My last order they forgot one meal so I had to go without eating after waiting for an hour and half & I thought id give them the benefit of the doubt and order again tonight.. nearly 2 hours after I ordered food turns up cold and its like the burger was just slapped on the bun & the box was squashed, this could of been done in transit but come on chunky what u playing at. I don't think ill be ordering again for a long time

absoluty horrible staff wouldnt reconmend because about 8 months ago we orderred a pizza and chips and 2 milkshake [ malteser and vanilla ] via just eat we had a delivery and we asked for it for 17.55 it didnt come till 18.30 and we got it n and my sister taken a bit of the pizza she said it was lovely until she bit into the crust she almost broke her back tooth because there was a piece of plaster in the crust and the chips were stone cold. athough the milkshakes were unbeliveably lovely dont recommend this place only for there milkshakes btw i am not sure if this place has been under new mannigement

Well worth the extra 10 mins wait. Excellent quality, hot , fresh , all round lovely meal at a very impressive price. Excellent, friendly and very professional young lady who served me . For a first time visit will sure be back . Definitely worth 5 stars. Thankyou for the complementary pepsi topped the meal of wonderfully 😋

The food I had from here today was so appalling. I had 4 paninis and all of them had at least 1kg of cheese which was all dripping out and destroyed the food. The food was all a mess when I opened the packaging. Not happy, waste of my money. Never ordering from here again. Very bad

Ordered from these last night and im very very sorry to say i will most definitely not be using again as my partner found a very large piece of plastic in her ice cream. Health and safety have been informed.

Be willing to wait over 2 hours for your food and be told lies when you ring them, when the food does arrive 2.5 hours later it WILL be cold and they will defo get it wrong. Businesses like this should be closed down, it's unfair that they are allowed to take our hard earned money off us.

Let down for the second time, will not be using anymore! First time we ordered they messed up our order and waited nearly 2 hours for food! Tonight we thought give them benefit of the doubt but no that's it lost custom... Firstly again waited nearly 2 hours for food, the chips were stiff, the chicken was dry, naan bread was chewy, ordered a fruit shootfor my little un got full fat Pepsi (didnt give her it) her chicken burger was greasy and new it was processed, donner meat was ok... Poor quality... Avoid if you don't want to have a long wait and half a bottle of grease down your neck
