McDonald’s in Walsall

Yet again at this Macdonald’s no barbecue sauce with my meal despite asking for it and ordering extra. Last Time I go there!!!

When ordering of one of the apps it took 90mins for it to arrive. For it to then come and be completely wrong 2 fully happy meals missing like how.do you forget 2 fully happy meals including the drinks surly you staff ain't that dumb not to be able to read a order and check it all there And then the rest of the order to be freezing cold not even a dog would eat it. And I don't even get why they have a phone as they don't seem to have someone smart enough there to know how to use one. Seriously wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

Food waiting inside long, staff very friendly toilets not clean.

Awful - even worse than Burntwood - thought 3rd time lucky and third time items were wrong, label was correct but contents wrong, deffo not using again now! Building clinical and uninviting, no staff around as hidden away, cant follow order instructions correctly, I can understand why it is always unusually quiet. Unless staff are retrained and service improves this branch won’t be around for long. Update - 1 year later…. Made the stupid mistake of ordering breakfast on the app - firstly delivery from this branch is double most other stores at £3.99 and secondly there was a main item missing yet again. Give up on this branch, waste of time!!!

Waited at counter no one came so i shouted for someone to serve me She was only young a manger i think She was very miserable Whilst i was eating my meal 2 girls went to the counter then suddenly 3 staff appeared one of them was the young girl all talking abd giggling I was so annoyed

Always getting the orders wrong/missing items on orders and phone number is pointless as you can never get through to them! Embarrassing how you can mess orders up all the time…something so simple! Read and write courses is required for the staff!

Bad customer service,missing items .

Omg terrible, slow and cold food. Go to another one. (Few weeks on friends saying even worse), It's now July. The staff are friendly but still sooooo slow 🐌,, most times always asked to park up. Even when ordering from the app . Months on still same.

Ordered via uber eats. Arrived cold with milkshake missing and three large fries where half empty. Made a complaint only to be refunded for the milkshake and to be told they could do nothing about the cold food or lack of fries. Most of it went in the bin. Shocking service by Mc Donalds and Uber eats. Never again!

Food was hot, friendly staff. Always a lovely breakfast. Nice a quiet if you go early.

Food is always great and service is exponential the only downside is the McDonald’s is crawling with kids from Walsall college after school done but besides that it’s quite good

Both coffees were cold and one coffee was open and not sealed.

Food cold, got order wrong, although there is places to put rubbish many customers felt the need not to tidy up after they had finished and the mess was left for far too long. One member of staff seemed to be encouraging a group of 5 or 6 young girls to be messy by standing and getting involved with their banta. I will not be revisiting!

All the food was burnt but yet still cold and uneatable me and my friends have to go to sleep hungry now because McDonald’s think it’s acceptable to give people food like this

First time we have been to this branch, won't be going again. We order on the self-serve and waited for our food. We watched people who had come in afterwards get their orders but ours didn't arrive. I notice our number was not on the 'being prepared' list, so my husband went to enquire where our order was. Within a couple of minutes it arrived, some of it not especially warm, as if it had been sat after being prepared. We got no reply when my husband asked why the delay. Definitely getting the feel that McDonald's is not what it used to be!

After 3 to 4 months of this McDonald's being open, it has been brilliant to me and the rest of my family members! Dining in is nice and we saw a nice employee there named Mario. Funny person. Now, the delivery service is okay but not terrible either. It depends what day you order because on Saturdays or Fridays, the food delivered to you can be cold due to it being busy. But if you order on Sunday to Thursday, the food can the really hot and delivered quickly which is nice for me. 2024 Review Edit Update: Hello people reading this, I've only been inside this McDonald's once and dined in there as soon as it was open. When I decide I fancy McDonald's delivered to me, I order what I want, etc. However, it seems now the delivery time here has gotten slower and slower. From my old review above about what days to get food delivered doesn't matter anymore. No matter what day you order, it'll arrive occasionally on time and I've come to the conclusion that there are a lack of delivery drivers for this McDonald's. Because, when I order on Uber Eats or Deliveroo (I have both apps), it says my order is ready but it just sits at the McDonald's going cold for around 5 to 15 minutes as all the delivery drivers are delivering other orders and there are no other drivers on standby at the McDonald's delaying the estimated time my order arrives which can be annoying. I'm not sure why the staff make/cook delivery orders to be delivered if there's no drivers on standby. They should only make/cook delivery orders when there are drivers waiting and ready to deliver.

The pop had all leaked in the bag which had leaked all over the ice cream. When the bag was handed to me it was leaking out the bags. So I’ve got 2 drinks missing, 2 ice creams and the food wasn’t warm at all. Not good when it costs so much money. So nearly £30 on food and drinks for nothing.

Delivery drivers don’t turn up, orders are always messed up or missing items and never put sauces in, even paid for ones!

This has to be the worst McDonalds I have ever been in or ordered from. I went through the drive through , the person speaking through the microphone was the slowest, quietest person I have ever come across at a McDonalds and was telling me wrong information (like you cant have a coffee and pay the extra as a drink option with a Large Meal) The McFlurry machine NEVER appears to be working and the coffee machine has been out of order on more than one occasion. I ordered a delivery on one occasion - never again. I received only 50% of my order and that, that was delivered was stone cold. Trying to call them to report it is impossible - strangely enough there is no landline, its just a mobile (probably the managers) which never gets answered.

Friendly staff gone. Food slow, they give priority to drive through rather than those in restaurant and when it comes it's wrong. The sauce, packets of salt, pepper, sugar, stirrers and serviettes have now gone. 1 lady came back 3 times due to all wrong orders. Another lady from delivery was left waiting over 20 minutes for replacement. Our food was not right either with onion on burger when receipt stated PLAIN! Very sad to see the more experienced staff no longer there to support the youngsters! Also, noticednone of the girls messing with her hair in bun and then continue to serve!!!

i never ever write reviews but the sheer amount of times this place has well and truly taken the piss is unreal. the restaurant for one has been taken over by snotty teens who think they run the place & the staff do nothing about them or even attempt to escort them out. my family ordered a delivery to our house (bear in mind the house is about a 5 minute drive from my house - but we had no car at that time so we couldn’t collect ourselves) and received the completely wrong order. not only was it wrong but when we called customer services, nobody picked up and i can bet that they just watched it ring and didn’t pick up. eventually we had to walk to the mcdonald’s ourselves and complain, luckily it was just lukewarm by the time we got it back to the house. but not shortly after that, i got food poisoning from the chicken. not good at all, it needs a serious revamp in management, staff and just overall company.

Unless you want to pay for food you don’t receive, pay for half a portion of fries that are freezing cold and soggy and be greeted with less hospitality than a crocodile.. then I’d advise you avoid.

Happy meal was missing the fries, the nuggets and the cheese dippers were missing the sauces. The sauces are part of the meal but you can't seem to identify them as 'missing items' on the order. What's the point in wasting our time asking which sauces we'd like if they're not going to come with the order.

This has got to be the worst mcdonald's restaurant ever regarding food service, the wait time for your order to be served is way too long for fast food, managers hiding in the back from customers, letting the staff members take all the heat, customers block all the serving areas leading upto the front door waiting on orders. They really have to sort it out!! It shouldn't take best part of half an hour for a nugget meal!!! Save yourself the hassle and don't bother eating here. You'll thank me later.

Awful dirty place. Whatever happened to lovely man that used to work there? He was so friendly and engaged with adults and children and went around place cleaning up constantly. Not so today. Went with husband,two grandchildren and their friend. My husband reported member of staff flushing toilet and then walking out without washing his hands. He was then seen serving food. Yuk! Certainly won't be returning to this establishment. No atmosphere, no one went round cleaning tables. Hate to think of germs on gaming screens!

The food was freezing cold & The chips were completely hard with no potato in as though they’d been sat there the whole night and we’d been given the scraps that were left. Both burgers had no sauce on despite only asking for no sauce on one burger.

Yet again for about the 6th time now food missing from the order. Takes the biscuit when you look forward to something after a long busy day with 4 kids and then end up having to cook!!

Lost a star because you forgot to put the double big-mac in the bag, but it was hot and ready when I went in to ask lol. We're all human so no bother at all. Keep up the good work, just what was needed for our dinner on-the-road 👊🏻😎

This is a nice, clean McDonald’s with nice staff and food, I would recommend going. There’s also this one bald-ish guy, not sure what he’s called, but he’s CLASS🔥🔥 (you’ll probably know who I’m talking about if your a regular)

This is by far the worst McDonalds yet again part of my order is missing and you have no hope in contacting them it just rings out AVOID using this McDonald next time I’m just going to walk to reedswood beyond a joke, the drinks were warmer than the food!!

Food arrived after 15 minutes for the fries to cold, asked for the fries to exchanged to be told by Grace they were fresh. We expressed our dissatisfaction to her for her to eventually take them away. When asked how long new fries would be she said 5 minutes. We explained that meant by then the rest of our order would also be cold. We then asked for the manager. As Grace walked away she started laughing at me and my partner. As we were explaining to the manager our problem Grace decided to laugh at us again - how professional! I’m not sure what Grace found funny but I don’t expect to be treated in this manner - Utterly disgraceful. I would not recommend this place unless you like a slow service, cold food and to be humiliated.
