McDonald’s in Walsall

Stone cold food... dont order mc delivery... I only live a 10 minute walk away... freezing cold food and cost £23 for 3 meals... mc delivery... mc rip off

Delivery shambles missing half food so I went into store fair play to the manager bless her sorted it out but still food was cold and their was a missing burger lol oh well not gonna order for a while better of cooking haha

Everytime I order from here the order is wrong, items missing or drinks flat, this McDonald’s never fails to disappoint! Getting sick of ordering McDonald’s on the app to have items missing when it is the meal I ordered for my child!

I am uber driver every time i have waited for a long time . They didn't prepare order on time and customer is calling us many times and do bad ratings on my account. Please ask your team to prepare order on time

Getting annoyed with you lot at Chester Road store always something missing on a delivery, you don't answer the phone, Uber Eats can't help because its done on the McDonald's app so can't even report missing items. I don't even eat the shit it's for the grandkids 🤬

Used to be great. Now awful. Actively go elsewhere where possible and pretty much stopped using Maccys. Constantly get orders wrong. Happy to serve cold food and then managers moan about you from the kitchen and send staff to deal with you instead. When food does arrive it’s not exactly appetising.

Don’t go through drug through at night. Waited 10 minutes by till. No one there drove to next window to be told we will have to drive around again. Absolutely terrible service. Definitely won’t use again

Order not arrived. Says delivered but some of the delivery drivers have really spoilt this branch. It was really good when it first opened but lately cold food,order rarely correct and delivery is not good. Shame that its gone downhill.

Wish I could give it zero stars. Took them three attempts to get a plain burger correct. By the time they finally got it right the rest of the order was cold

I usually have good food from here but recently I have asked for extra onions and not got any extra just the usual about. But today I ordered a double cheese burger with extra onions and pickles. I got the extra pickles but no onions just one small slice.

Ordered at drive through was told to park up, when got home there was an apple pie missing & one of the double cheese burgers looked like it had been sat on!

Worst McDonalds by far. Ordered 4 burgers which we took away. 2 burgers had stale buns and the two fish fillet burgers tasted like the fish was cooked yesterday. If you must eat from here then eat in then at least you can complain about the food at the time.

Our food was great and came on time but my only concern was when the driver arrived he was at our window, the front door was literally only round the corner :/

This is the second time we have had missing items on our order we understand that you can get busy but it’s not good when half your meal is missing

Absolutely useless, never got anything on the menu, no latte now too, may aswell go round the car wash next door they probably have more options! And most of the staff haven't a clue why, just look like you're the dim one ✊💦💦💦💦

I couldn't eat my McChicken sandwich as it had the sauce on when I specifically asked for no sauce.

I ordered at 9:01 and the driver was knocking at my door at 10:10 with cold food and missing items. It seemed rushed which is confusing for how long it took to get here i always have problems with this McDonald’s and I won’t be ordering from here again.

Again, with the order of the Muffin and Jam item. There has been no jam supplied with the order.

No issues with delivery whatsoever but often restaurant staff forget or add wrong items. On this occasion I paid a medium chock shake and got a coke

This place is a joke had me waiting over 15 minutes for my food then the manger took a crew members order brought his food out within 5 minutes while I still wait for my order when I asked about my food she she there nothing she can do while my food as siting on the side off the hot plate, this is not acceptable worse maccies in the area by far

It did show up late. However, not the drivers fault at all as the abysmal just eat pinning system lead him to the wrong house. Driver was lovely and thankfully found me.

McDonald's incorrectly prepared food specifically requested only chicken and mayo on the wrap and they sent it with everything on it

Once again there was food missing, sauces missing, drinks barely half full! I don’t like to moan but I feel like the crew need more training or something because there are issues a good 90% of the time from here! (Thanks to just eat for refunding missing items)

Dissapoiting today ..... missing and wrong items delivered. cheeseburger with no cheese, cappuccino instead of hot chocolate, no fries in kids meal. okay when doing small orders for delivery but will collect large orders in future or eat in.

Driver hasn’t delivered and marked as delivered tried calling several times driver puts through to voicemail.

I ordered food on the 23-12-24 and the delivery time kept being pushed back every 10 minutes, when it arrived all the fries was cold and both mine and my sons drinks was half empty (we didn't even opt to have no ice by the way).

i just ordered a McDonald's from Brownhills and its was so cold and it was like eating carboard and plastic and the drinks was like drinking sweat its was so bad so poor

According to the driver they missed our order. The order was missing a complete meal. What was delivered was stone cold. When I complained there response was get a refund for missing food. I want the food not a refund. I will not be ordering from there again.

Brilliant delivery driver, it's bad weather so the app time changed by an hour so wasn't expecting it, the man was stuck outside waiting age's because I didn't hear the door! I felt so guilty in rain and bad weather he was so friendly considering he'd waited so long! I was apologetic but he could have just left and my son would have been devastated, it was just a Saturday night treat but I nearly cancelled order when it went to 22.40 but my son got upset, so pleased the man waited

Not a great McDonalds. There was rubbish everywhere over the floor, bins overflowing, plenty of staff but they all seemed oblivious to it. Food quality was typical, but the mess in the front of house makes you question what you can't see.

This has to be the worst mcdonalds around 4th time ordering and food been missing I've tonight spent over £30 big macs missing so had to go out and collect meaning all the other food has gone cold in meantime. No phone number to contact and no way to complain on app just keep getting put on to uber which obviously its not their fault unless you've got uber dealers cooking and bagging the food now!!!!!!!!

A year ago I left a glowing review. I've left the comments below. I am now editing the review to exactly opposite. A 25 minute wait and every item of the order was stone cold. Fast food!?! If I wait that long I expect freshly cooked hot food. It was terrible. What happened to this place? I recently moved to the area. The most impactful change to inner city Bham is the friendliness of the staff.

Got to. E the slowest mcdonalds i have ever been to! Been several times on a Saturday into work to grab a double sausage egg muffin meal and their fastest serve time was 10 mins after ordering. And that's with no other. Ars in the drive through! definitely not fast food.

Do not order for delivery from here! Always something wrong! Didn’t send any straws with drinks whenever we order, ordered ketchups for the kids but once again 0 came. That’s money spend and objects not been given! No dips with selection boxes! Seriously what is wrong with place!? Oder took half an hour longer to come so almost 1 hour and 20 minutes! Shocking. Fries were freezing! To top it all off, you can’t even complain or get money back as the phone line just continually rings and then just cuts you off!
