Not even worth one . The worst fish and chips I've ever had. I'm 7@ I've eaten a lot of fish and chips. Absolutely diabolical food Threw it in the bin . They should be closed down 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

Food tasted great, but portions where small, language barrier was an issue, ordered a large sausage and chip, was interpreted as a small chips? the chicken in naan, cost £7.60, basicly salad wrap with a sprinkle of chicken. After eating I found myself in kitchen grabbing something else to top up after the child portions the chippy seems to provide

I ordered my fish and chips, but I was not happy with the size of the portions. It’s a nice stop, but I think they need to try harder and I hope that they will make a good business out of it.

The only chip shop in the area to open on New Year’s Day and I wish they hadn’t. Waited for what we were told were “fresh” chips, but they tasted like they’d been stored in a time capsule since last year. Honestly, with so much competition around, you’d think they’d put in a bit of effort, but nope. Plenty of better places nearby that actually know what potatoes are supposed to taste like.

Not good…. Had fish and chips twice and had to wait for the fish to be cooked as there was nothing at all in the cabinets. It was the smallest fish I’ve ever had just a bit bigger than a fish finger. The chips were cold and looked like they had been cooked about an hour earlier also had curry sauce and peas that were un eatable. There are much better chip shops around and definitely won’t go back to this one.

Worst fish and chips I've ever had. 1 lady knew what she was doing and was kind but the rest of the staff looks lost and not sure how to operate a chippy. The fish was burned and the chips were undercooked.

I would give 0 stars if that was possible, just got home from collecting a pie and chips and a bag of chips from here and the pie was rock solid/burnt but freezing on the inside! Then the chips was black! Tasted warmed up. The lot went in the bin and would no recommend.. the best tasting thing was the salt.

Food was burnt. The chips were burnt. The fish was burnt. It was a disappointment. After finishing work and looking forward to my fish and chips and chicken and seeing it burnt and greasy I felt queezy. The chicken pieces and chips were the same.

I honesly don't get the reviews here i think some of these are malicious. I am here literally every few nights and the chips and southern fried chicken are really nice. The chicken meat and donor are nice and the staff are great. Ignore the bad reviews and try them for yourselves. Also to add to this the price of the food is great.

Chips was rock hard wasn't cooked children playin in the main area so staff was distracted kebab wudnt of fed a child let alone an adult gone down in my books won't be using it again

Avoid. Go to sunnys chip shop in Altridge for fresh taste. And with a good service with a smile. The food here was not fresh and undercooked.

Usually the delivery time is early from Shelfield fish bar. But tonight's delivery was so late that we had to ring them to check our food was arriving. We ordered our food at 18:45, earlier than we would normally order ( usually our food would arrive within 30 minutes ). We had ordered Pie and chips with mushy peas and a pizza, nothing out of the ordinary, 1 hour and 40 minutes later our food arrived ( we are located no more than 10 minutes away from them !! ). Will no longer order from them .

Garlic bread was so bad like really bad didn’t taste like garlic it had a weird taste like it was left out the back

Worst pizza of my life. Ate 2 slices as the dough was so bad. I have had an upset stomach today. The ladies were lovely but the food is awful.

a little treat and it was lovely, sometimes I find the food can be a little cold, but today it was really warm and tasty, good portion, great value.

Don’t normally leave review but chips are hard and taste awful, the curry sauce was leaking everywhere and the garlic bread was hard and greasy.

Food was stone cold and rock hard chips which were very clearly undercooked. All food was cold by time we got it which was 30 mins late. Refused a refund even though none of the food was edible. Wouldn't recommend to a homeless person. Disgusting.

Awful, worst chip shop in Walsall. Paid £7.60 for a kebab, hardly any meat, nan was burnt, rubbish, never going there again.

Popped in last night on way home from work as my usual was closed(was late). I ordered chicken kebab meat & chips with curry sauce and chilli. They got the order completely wrong and served me dry lamb donner with the last of the scabby chips alongside curry sauce that you could turn upside down in the tub. Would never return. Total dissapointment

I’m sorry but I could barely eat any of the food ordered the saveloy was just off. The SF chicken was burned beyond eating and as for the doner kebab and chips they were really greasy and just not nice. I hate to leave a negative review as I know it’s a business but I’m sorry my order tonight was awful.

Went for a chip bap with ketchup and ended up with a chip burger ( 2 buns with about 8 chips) the chips were hard an burnt and it was a made up price

Salad missing, meat very greasy and almost cold. As a disabled single person I am very disappointed that you have introduced a minimum order value on delivery, which has meant i had to order food i did not need and significantly increased cost of meal

everything was nice and hot but my partner had a regular chicken doner in a pitta and said that the portion of chicken was very small(more salad than meat) compared to the doner burgers that were rammed full. its a shame because the food is usually good value for what you pay for
