I recently had a disappointing experience at Big John's. The service was slow, and my order took much longer than expected. When the food finally arrived, it was lukewarm and not very flavorful. The staff seemed overwhelmed and uninterested in addressing any concerns. Overall, I left feeling unsatisfied and unlikely to return. I hoped for a better experience, but unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations.

I went to Manjaros on Ladypool road with my family and the service we received was excellent. Seating was spacious, even though there were 6 of us - My siblings all either had a Hotshot Parmesan or a Tandoori chicken pizza. The staff was polite and our food arrived within 20 minutes of ordering and came out piping hot. The food itself tasted great and the portion sizes were good value for money. If you are looking for a good restaurant to eat at in Birmingham, this is the place to go.

Ordered on line using the Big Johns App. We did not get the 20% discount for ordering on line as the telephone message when you ring the Chelmsley wood branch on cooks lane 0121 770 9555. We use to get it when ordering before but when I finally got through to the branch they said that they had stopped this offer for existing customers who have ordered before and is only available for new customers, but when you ring the number it does not mention this and feel duped into paying more than what I was expecting and the chap within the branch wasn’t helpful. May take this up with trading standards as false advertising. Andy
