Oh how this Krispy Kremes has changed. It is tired and worn wall fixed tables have food stuck along the sides and wood chips missing from them. The Mens lavatory has had the seat broken and a wrong size smaller seat fixed so your legs and touching urine unless you spend the time to clear it all first. The staff member named Anwar was so busy talking at the counter edge when we busted to a man and his wife he left the girl who was working with him to do all the serving. The people he was talking to the lady leaned off the counter with her legs stuck out in the way whilst her husband stood near the bathroom entrance and were soon joined by there children who further just stood in everyone’s way whilst they held a good 25 min conversation. Very unprofessional. Krispy Kremes corporate can review this no doubt in there CCTV recordings. The donuts them selves are the same as always thank god they are made of site and only delivered. In all the years we have been going here the one thing all staff members mention is that the head office doesn’t know whether to spend the money and do it up or to let the lease go, maybe they should make there mind up.

Chic and reasonably spacious Greek coffee shop close to Marylebone High Street. Extensive range of specialty coffees available, together with fresh pastries, phyllo pies, and more substantial dishes. Service is welcoming and helpful.

Unreal food, quality was perfect. Service and friendliness of staff was great as well. Made it a pleasant, enjoyable and stress free meal and ordering

My wife and I wanted something special for our anniversary meal. We both had rib-eye steak and it was delicious. The staff are friendly and efficient. The menu is changes daily with both meat and seafood dishes. I will try the lobster on our next visit.

Daughter and I went for a dessert after swimming. Staff were accommodating (a side of strawberries for my daughter) and, as the title says, the food looked like the pictures!! Also tasted great (bueno waffle) and I think was perfectly reasonable price-wise (2 of us shared 1 waffle & ice cream for £10). Hannah says: one of the best best restaurants.

Ordered off delivroo took two hours, crepes stone cold and tough chicken burger consisted of two chicken nuggets and also stone cold only passable if you are drunk absolutely appalling for the price

We booked a midweek evening meal for my friends birthday when we arrived we were told there was no starters, no burgers, no salad and no chicken plus limits on other meals!! We should have left at this point but instead we ordered our food. 3 dishes took over an hour to arrive and food was cold! I sent back the rack of lamb as it was cold and undercooked despite asking for medium well the lamb was red and bleeding. I was told food would be replaced but instead it was heated up and give back to me as the lamb still had the bits I had cut on the plate. They didn’t charge for the lamb but food choices were awful and preparation slow I felt sorry for the waitress I could see she was very embarrassed I am afraid I will not be returning

Así que llamé y pregunté cortésmente dónde estaba el resto de nuestro pedido, los empleados respondieron con un tono grosero y me dijeron que toda la comida había sido entregada y que no era su culpa, así que respondí que el conductor debió habernos dado nuestro orden a la persona anterior, esto no fue bien, luego me dijeron que no había nada que pudieran hacer ya que la comida había sido entregada, ella tenía razón pero la comida se había entregado a la persona equivocada. Entonces, cuando el conductor de la entrega regresó a Grilla Cheese, la señora con la que estaba hablando le preguntó dónde estaba el pedido, admitió que fue su culpa y resintieron el pedido. Alrededor de otros 30 minutos más tarde llegó con el resto de nuestro pedido, lo cual fue correcto esta vez, pero al abrir la comida, no había mucho para estar emocionado, los perritos calientes y el sándwich estaban empapados de grasa Andy aquí estaba demasiado lejos mucho queso, tanto queso que ni siquiera era un poco agradable de comer. Entonces, la combinación de la actitud extremadamente pobre del personal y la calidad de la comida, le doy al queso Grilla una calificación terrible, la única razón por la que esto no dio una calificación cero es 1, porque no pude y 2, debido a la entrega. This place is tired and needs a spruce up staff very nice food ok ,not sure I’d return unless tidied up a bit good location.

I booked our table online, in the comments I noted it was a birthday, didn't need to though because it wasn't even acknowledged. We got to our table ordered drinks no alcohol is served and soft drink arrived in cans at £1.75 each, milkshake quite a wait for. we were offered glasses with the cans! The server we had I think was new at the job, which is fine but we gave her our orders at least twice. We asked for the starters first for us all to share, nachos, onions rings 2 cheese garlic bread came first and 2 wings,bbq and hot came 10 minutes later. 3/4 of the way through the starters the mains started to come out another server joined us and started clearing the side plates, but we hadn't finished. The mains started with 1 burger arriving no chips then we were asked again how many chips we wanted an what type, 5 minutes later one burger ate the rest of the mains came with the wrong chips on each order. Swapped them round with each other it was fine but one person in our group ate his burger on his own then ended up having his chips with the chicken wings from the starters all abit carnage really. Bob burger nice quite filling. Chicken burger lovely really juicy and the slaw had a bit of a kick to it. Fish burger was more like fish fingers than a piece of fish but still nice. Overall food not bad service a bit crazy.

Ordered a classic & a crunchy hot dog very poor quality and nothing crunchy about it ,just a sloppy mess! We complained along with another customer as it was disgusting and the guy serving could hardly speak English and continued playing on his mobile phone while food handling. We will not be returning. We submitted a complaint on line and were ignored 🙁

With four adults and one child, we met up to do our embroidery. We had a lovely greeting, and George manoeuvred furniture around for two of us to bring our mobility scooters in. He really helped in every way to make us comfortable. We had between us tea, coffee and food (not sure what my friends ordered). Thank you very much for your hospitality.
