The best restaurants serving American food in England

Great chicken but chips were soggy. Take away boxes get a lot of condensation and you end up with soggy food. Real shame because if you eat in the food is lovely.

Used to come here a lot back in summer 23 but unfortunately it's not as good as it used to be, still decent range of beers but our chicken wasn't as good, a bit tough and chewy 😞

Good quality food, friendly staff although service was shocking, only 3 of the 4 of us where having the all you can eat pizza and the staff didn’t even bring out an extra menu wasn’t busy at all so was expecting food to be quicker, not a large variety to eat and meals where poor for the price they were.overall I would say the place is ok for a meal out and could definitely be better.

I liked the place here, recently been to Bea's Diner for breakfast and I liked it. The food is very tasty and quite yummy!

Very over priced and the foods are mostly like packet foods. He shops at costco.. so it explains for it self. The owner is very in your face stands around talking far to much to every one that walks into the shop. ( He trying to hard) I'm not sure how this place is still running as no one goes in and it's never open half of the time. The sandwiches are your box standard meal deal kind of thing. Only thing is fresh cooked is bacon . The other foods are not home made. The shop is absolutely tiny!! It puts me off as the staff are to in your face and when he cooks the smell and steam off foods goes straight on your clothes. So I would stand outside! As I said I don't know how this shop is still in business. Avoid dirty and food is over priced box standard shop brought foods.

Delicious coffee, at an excellent price (£2.90). (There were even yummy-looking gluten-free cakes available - but I resisted!) Really friendly staff. Highly recommended.

The food is very nice, the desi thali is soo tasty masala chai included. And the service is very fast.

Estaba alimentando a un equipo de filmación de unas 30 personas en un viernes ocupado en Portobello y Carlos y su equipo fueron increíbles en ayudarnos. Le dieron la vuelta a la comida en poco tiempo, toda la comida estaba deliciosa y lo hicieron sonriendo y riendo. Puedo recomendar este lugar lo suficiente.

Firstly can I say that I was really excited about this venue opening and I really want it to succeed. We went to one of the “soft” opening nights which had a number of glitches including a wait of over 2 hours for food but we put it down to teething problems and assumed there would be improvement. We wanted to return but none of the performers appealed until we saw that James Morton was appearing on Saturday evening. We arrived at 7.30 it was then a 20 minute wait until a waitress appeared, we ordered drinks which arrived and then we ordered food and water, the starter came reasonably promptly but the water never appeared. When the starter plate was collected we ordered more drinks, a gin and a GLASS of wine, a few minutes later a BOTTLE of wine was brought to the table and no gin, we decided to keep the bottle of wine but had to remind a different server about the gin. Meanwhile the excellent James Morton had completed his first set of the evening. Then the original server asked us if we had our starters which had arrived and been eaten, at this point alarm bells were seriously ringing. 2 tables who arrived much later than us received their mains at that point we felt we had to ask if ours would be much longer, (along with a few other nearby tables) we were told that they would check but no one got back to us but they arrived at 9.40, 2 hours and 10 minutes after arrival. So, basically nothing had improved since the “soft” opening a few months ago, the attention to detail from the waiting staff is very poor, the food is ok, but expensive, wife’s chicken was overcooked. So after a quite eventful evening the icing on the cake was about to unfold. James Morton had just started his second set when an altercation between him and the security guy led to James refusing to play on, a situation that could and should have been handled better and could have been easily avoided. Apologies for the lengthy review but hopefully you’ll agree that a lot happened on our visit. Message to the owners, improvements need implementing rapidly.

Went to Top diner for lunch, place had no atmosphere, felt very cold and clinical- all staff that we saw looked like they didn't want to be there! Food was way below average and very disappointing-i ordered a fish burger which was like lava- & was cold in the middle- I didn't tell the staff as all the food was disappointing. Definitely seems overpriced and underwhelming!

¡Salimos caminando de nuestro campamento y logramos perdernos por completo! La orientación nunca fue mi punto fuerte. Nos encontramos con este encantador pub con la ayuda de Google Maps. Al principio no parecía abierta, pero probamos la puerta y afortunadamente lo estaba. Recibimos una cálida bienvenida de la camarera del bar, quien también nos ayudó a tomar un taxi de regreso a nuestro campamento. Bebidas deliciosas y algunos paquetes de patatas fritas que eran muy necesarias después de que nos sorprendió el clima británico :)

Incrível lugar. próximo de tudo. recomendo este ambiente. ótimas lembranças de lembranças de londres.

First coming to Greggs i was flabbergasted, the smell immediately flew up my nose. The yum yums just hit different, you know what i mean? The sausage rolls, TO DIE FOR! I would spend my whole life at greggs if i could, my kids love it too. Super family friendly.

Aiden and Dawid served me on the 19th of January and working in hospitality myself I found their customer service skills were second to none! Lovely and approachable thank you so much guys you were great!
