The best restaurants serving American food in Brighton and Hove South East

My order wasnt deliverd at all i gave a tip and clearlt the driver thought it wasnt enough so just took my order and pretended he delived it

Se supone que la experiencia es divertida con el personal siendo grosero, que puedo manejar, pero el servicio al cliente y mi reembolso - sin contacto es ridículo Si así tratan a sus clientes antes de experimentar el lugar, no es de extrañar que la franquicia haya cerrado.

Love this place. Such good service and donuts! Lucy was an absolute gem, really bubbly and lovely and I've never been disappointed going in. Don't personally get these bad reviews, every donut I've had has been sooo good and have a greattt vegan selection!

7:00pm on a Sunday night and told there was no chicken!!! This was after I placed the order! Told it would be 20 minutes for more to be cooked. Should have read the reviews before going here. Maybe it's my fault expecting a chicken shop to have chicken?

The most SHOCKINGLY branch of KFC EVER EVER EVER. (This WILL BE REPORTED TO THE LOCAL COUNCIL & KFC HQ which will need to investigate by the relavent parties as this franchise is the WORST i have visited, UNACCEPTABLE behaviour from the manager shooting at staff). Absolutely awful & rude service and the food i ordered was STONE COLD, I didn't realise until i took the food home, which is 2 miles away, i thought it would be safe to throw it in the bin instead of trying to warm it up. I have had the worst experience ever from this branch of KFC, i should of walked away when i entered the store & the Manager was shouting at his staff members. Please avoid this branch at all costs, you have been warned. 0/nil. Sub par.
