Great burgers and fries, highly recommend!

I went to Smooch to get 3 bubble teas, and even though I pressured to be slightly quick Karen was able to absolutely smash it with making the drinks- She is also a lovely person. Have been several times. Please go if you pass by!

Messed my order up So I ended up with a rare steak my.freind had my medium.rare. turns out I like rare steak. Happy accident. But would of rather had the correct order. The beef dripping sauce is nothing but ordinary gravy.

We have been a couple of times and have always had freshly cooked soups and lunches. We love that dogs are welcome and the gift shop upstairs. We tried another central venue, but this is definitely the preferred location.

La comida era muy sabrosa, llegó a tiempo y a un precio más razonable. Comí la hamburguesa de pollo Dorito, el queso no estaba sobrecargado y la salsa de mayo complementaba su sabor general. Mi compañero tenía la hamburguesa de ternera por la que el restaurante se adaptó a su petición de no queso. De nuevo realmente disfrutó de su hamburguesa. En consecuencia, el precio y el servicio de calidad fue excelente.

Lovely food attentive staff pleasant surroundings. Good choice of food and drinks. Well presented and reasonably priced.

I was on my way to Greggs but was so pleased I stopped at burger stop it was the best burger & chips I’ve had since we were in America and I will definitely be going back there,the staff were really friendly and helpful, thank you X

Perfect spot for a date night or just nipping for some food. The food itself has never let me down always so good to eat, full of flavour and the staff has never disappoint they are always so friendly and welcoming, it really makes the visit that much better

Order take way for my son’s birthday and boy was it good. We ordered way to much As we were not sure on portions- Chilli cheese fries were magnificent. We ordered 5 burgers but didn’t need the 4 fries we got maybe just 2 next time 😂

This is the regular meet up venue for our girls catch-up. We arrived at around 2.30pm on NYE and ordered drinks. Just before 4pm my friend asked what time they were open until as we are aware of their usual 5pm close time but noticed that there was a changeover of manager. She was told 1am so ordered another bottle of prosecco knowing we wouldn't have to rush it, otherwise we would have left then and gone elsewhere. Just 10 minutes after serving the bottle the extremely rude waitress approached our table with the bill and abruptly announced that they were closing at 4.30pm to the public and reopening later. There we were with just 2 glasses poured from the bottle that they really shouldn't have sold us. Terrible, rude service. We will meet up elsewhere in future where our custom is welcome and we aren't spoken down to. The hospitality industry relies on it's 'bread and butter' custom to keep going, not just annual events. I predict this venue will close in 2025 unless it gets it's priorities right.
