Great Atmosphere in a friendly pub. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Celebrated our daughter's birthday. Would definitely go again.

we have gone to Miller and carter for many years as we live just five minutes away and always had lovely meals , before the recent refurbishment we went for a family lunch and it was terrible ...the food took forevér to arrive and when it did it was only just warm and two of the orders where wrong which ment some of the family had to wait and then eat when we where finished our meal...very disappointing for al the family .

Well what cam I say this place is a little gem in the market hall. The burgers and loaded fries are amazing. The staff are friendly and the service is top notch. Highly recommended

Used to be my go to bar in Nantwich, I can’t fault the bar staff, friendly as ever however since Nakatcha’s has closed, boy can’t you tell, all of the individuals I can assume that would normally be in there have now moved to The White Horse, the bar is normally filled with a mixed age group, but on Saturday was full of rowdy 18 year olds who couldn’t handle their alcohol. I was sworn at in the ladies toilet which was not warranted which has never happened and the atmosphere and vibe was not what it used to be. It has lost the ‘safe’ atmosphere it once had! I don’t think myself and my friends will be returning!

Dreadful! Walked in and ordered a pizza and some chicken, 45 minutes waiting later and decided enough was enough, asked for a refund only to be told they can't and we have to do that via the website, joke of a place that seems to be run by a level of ineptitude money can't buy!

Absolutely disgusting. Tenner for a hot dog from a can in what is likely an Asda essentials bun served with a side of cold greasy chips that look as anemic as my 95 year old dead gran. Whats worse is I paid for that rubbish and I didn't even get to keep it down…. Hygiene in this place is as far out as their prices. Service was terrible and the place was empty so I should have known really but ya know… you're not you when you're hungry. Staff seemed as washed out as the decor, 7% vat added? Owner clearly between lucid and insane because the last time I checked I was in an American style diner not the US of A. One of the worst places I've ever eaten in, even King Charles looked disappointed when I had to hand the wonga over for the plate of council estate I had suffered.

Poor service, poor food. Awful staff, hardly any food, dropped my sandwich. Didn't care. Won't be going again

After saying I would not return, it was just convenient too given we did not have much time. On entering the restaurant you noticed it was clean and tidy. Ordered the food which came within a few minutes. All the food was hot and very tasty. Staff friendly. I have nothing bad to say. I hope you keep these standards up and I would happily return again.

I visited here last Saturday,I had to wait about ten minutes and started to notice that the place wasn’t clean the floors were filthy,I did think about cancelling my order but the kids were in the car waiting,when we got home and I opened the bag the chips were stone cold and I had to put them in the microwave,the popcorn chicken was hot and so were the tenders so that smacks of the chips had been standing for goodness knows how long,I had also ordered a filet burger this was very overdone but my dogs enjoyed it,all in all it was awful,I must point out that I usually use the branch on the retail park but on this occasion I went to the one at Barthomely on the side of the motorway,never again in future I will always use the main one on Junction retail park where I have never had a problem
