The best restaurants serving American food in London

Excellent service, great food and fantastic hospitality! Enjoyable night, large crowd but the service and food was still amazing!!!!!

Understaffed. Couldn’t order any food or drink at bar whilst seated there for 15 minutes. I tried to order twice thinking the bar wasn’t that busy as there were lots of empty stools. Can’t recommend a spot that has not enough staff. Got to do better than this on a Saturday night.

Really amazing place for steak. New item Lamb sunk is juicy and soft. As it is slow cooked food. Loved it🌹❤️ they have five branch in uk. I prefer hounslow branch. As all waiter are attentive to their work..Besides environment are really amazing. They have prayer room as well.

Had the vegan burger which came out cold and had no sauce on it so was dry and unappetising. Others I was with said their meat burgers were cold also and very average. The front door was broken and wouldn’t shut so there was a really annoying cold draft blowing on us the whole meal. Table was wonky and unstable. Waiters got our orders wrong. Maybe we just got unlucky but I’ll be sticking to honest burgers next time.

Great spot for date night. I went with my partner and we were served my MELVIN. Food was amazing, drink even better and Melvin was a star! He was informative and kind. I’ll be coming back with my girlfriends ASAP

I'd visited The Grey Horse (the pub Smok'd Restaurant sits within) a few times before and recently went to eat there. I had the fried chicken burger and my friend had the portobello triple cheese burger - both were delicious! The staff were very accommodating and let us know that we could upgrade our fries or sides if we wanted to. Everything we tried on the menu was so tasty, and the bar has an excellent selection of beer, ale and whisky.

We just would like to give a beautiful thumbs up to Ryan who very patiently and warmly explained from A to Z how the menu works and not only did he have an excellent and the best customer service skills ever, he also touched our heart with his warm and compassionate soul !! We love this place and honestly, the staff here are so so so beautiful….and he is the best ever !!

We visited this bar/restaurant as a group of 6 people to meet with family visiting from abroad (and celebrate a birthday). We'd never been before and not familiar with the area but we were made to feel so welcome by Alfie and all the regular customers, including everyone joining in to sing happy birthday! The food was really lovely and freshly prepared (compliments to the chef!) and overall very good value for money. The service and hospitality was amazing, nothing was too much trouble for Alfie who is a really warm, friendly and funny young man. We'd love to visit again and highly recommend. After doing long run training for a future race on the South Coast and needing to go via Upminster to avoid rail replacement, I enjopyed a hot drink and a snack from The Station Pantry. I admit that I was attracted by the name and I enjoyed the very smooth coffee and toasted tea cake. Friendly service too and very convenient for the station. The pick me up was much needed and the cafe is highly recommended.

Josh and Milind were the best, always right there when we needed something and the friendliest service in any restraunt we visited during our week in London. The Decor and Lighting were a bit different but making a point of difference is the name of...

Great drinks and fab service from Sophia. The place is very well themed etc and good for casual mid week drinks or a more special weekend evening

A lot of sitting area outside and inside. They broadcast football games as well.

Great venue to after show drinks as we were staying at Premiere Inn at The Cut… just to say special thanks for excellent customer service from “Marcus” made us feel welcome and was good to see that kind of attention… thankyou
