O local era agradável e o pequeno almoço era ótimo em relação qualidade preço. Os empregados eram muito bons, em especial Sailu, era muito proficional e sempre muito sorridente e simpático.

Éramos 7 de nosotros alojados en el hotel que este restaurante está unido. Se anuncia en todo el hotel, así que decidimos probarlo. El camarero trajo los menús y comenzó a enumerar todos los artículos que no estaban disponibles. La lista era interminable y por eso le preguntamos al final qué tenían. Parecía que había HAMBURGUESAS disponibles. Pedimos 5 hamburguesas de queso y 2 hamburguesas de pollo Harissa con papas fritas. 2 de nuestro grupo pidieron que las hamburguesas de ternera estuvieran bien hechas. Las hamburguesas de pollo llegaron primero y los bollos donde estaban muy mal carbonizados fueron enviados de vuelta y reemplazados pero estaban fríos. Cuando llegaron las hamburguesas de queso TODAS estaban bien hechas. Este restaurante es muy caro la calidad de la comida muy pobre. Incluyendo 1 bebida por persona y 7 comidas muy pobres nuestra factura era de aproximadamente £ 170, que para Londres no suena tan mal. Pero básicamente lo que comimos fue una pobre comida de McDonalds servida en un plato con cuchillo y tenedor. Habíamos reservado el desayuno en este restaurante a través del hotel (antes sabíamos lo malo que era) y esto tampoco era el mejor.

Bearing in mind this is the restaurant for Premier Inn, the self service buffet was quite good. The service was very efficient and Sailu, who was managing the logistics was very friendly and had a sense of humor. We would certainly have their breakfasts again.

We went for the bottomless brunch and were not dissapointed. Our server Swami was very attentive and even left the bottle of prosecco on the table in an ice bucket. He was very polite and checking that we had everything we needed. The fish and chips were cooked to perfection. I'd definately come back here again.

We had the bottomless brunch here and it was fantastic, the festive burger was delicious and my wife loved her meal. Our sever Jude was great, ensured our glasses were never empty for long and was a good host.

This was a great night out. Our server George was very attentive. We were a big group and we were never forgotten. Food was amazing.

Great spot for date night. I went with my partner and we were served my MELVIN. Food was amazing, drink even better and Melvin was a star! He was informative and kind. I’ll be coming back with my girlfriends ASAP

Went for bottomless brunch to celebrate a birthday. Had a great afternoon. Upgraded to the cocktails which were flowing for 2hrs. We opted for the 2 courses. The food was lovely. We all had a great time and would definitely return. Our waiter Elton was fab and really looked after us. Thank you Bar + Block. 👍🏼

Something is missing at this place. A man at the front desk was quite abrupt and unfriendly, he wasn’t bar staff or table service. He was dressed in a black puffer, wore a pass on a lanyard, was he security or the manager? Looked like he didn’t want to be there. Apart from that, the food was superb. The table staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean. The toilets were not so clean. This place could be exceptional. It’s missing the presence of a great and welcoming front of house. We could go again, but there are friendlier steakhouses nearby with food equally as good.

After visiting The Van Gogh immersion experience in London, we had lunch at this restaurant. We had Chateaubriand for two. Food was excellent and Melvyn our waiter was very good. A bottle of Chenin Blanc was really good at £22 a bottle, nice wine and a great price for London. A really lovely experience. Thank you Melvyn and chefs.

We arrived around 9pm without a booking and were greeted by Swami who couldn't do enough for us. We went for cocktails, and they were good but not great. If you go during the "2 for 1" time (which we missed) they would be good value, especially in this area. We ordered a few starters and the kitchen had already run out of several items, but what they did have was tasty and worth trying if you go. As others have said, there really is nothing special about their "signature" steak sauce. Certainly not wow. Swami and his attitude really made up for any shortcomings and we'll definitely be going again, just earlier, in time for the 2 for 1's!

The wide selection of meat dishes will delight carnivores, and the kid's menu offers a good range of options for the little ones. Unfortunately, for a steakhouse that boasts of its offerings (and prices to match), the dishes leave something to be desired. We ordered medium rare filets, which arrived dry, overcooked, and barely pink. The sauce is not much different than any brand you can pick up at the store. The wine tasted rather stale, as if the bottles had been opened a week ago. On the positive side, our server was very friendly, attentive, and helpful. The fault was entirely the kitchen's.
