The Orange Buffalo in Tower Hamlets

Been coming here since 2018 and always delicious,spicy and fun. Just been told this landmark of wings will end on 28th December. Why everything I love go away, I'm sadden by this but life moves on. I do hope they open a permanent branch, il invest if needs be. This is one of the best wings in town.

Hands down the best buffalo wings iv ever eaten. Time and time again doesn’t disappoint. They must put something addictive in the sauce I swear. 10/10 would have any day of the week!

When you get a craving for spicy chicken wings, Buffalo-style — not battered, but fried and tossed in a Frank's Red Hot style sauce — you can't do too much better in London than The Orange Buffalo. Their Woof Woof sauce is their own take, but properly kicks in all the right places. Fried are served dusted with a moreish chilli salt, blue cheese dip comes with a few token celery batons (it's not a salad) and on my visit, I got (guidance from the chef) half-and-half Woof Woof and Vincent sauce that has a mango tang but whose chilli intensity is of eye-watering calibre. Loved the mix. Grab twice as many napkins as you think you'll need. These guys absolutely smash it — coming from someone who grew up on this style of wings from Buffalo, New York.

We were here a few years back, it was late night and we wanted something spicy. We asked for the hottest sauce available and some more. It was the hottest sauce I ever tested, but it was tasty. Loved it.

The only place to start and end your wing tour! Sauces are out of this world! Their buffalo cheesy fries are to die for too! Great vibes!

The wings are far too small hard and lacking any meat but the sauce is good and staff kind. Not sure if one of bad batch but i would try again to find out

He sido un gran fan de la salsa OB, pero nunca comí las alas, ya que rara vez estoy en el este de Londres. Fui a almorzar ayer y estaba tan decepcionado. Las alas son las más delgadas que creo que he tenido. Los bidones no tienen literalmente carne y se pueden pelar de un bocado. Los pisos son iguales. Debido a que no son carnosos, estaban demasiado cocidos y secos. Parece que ellos saben esto ya que obtienes más que los 8 anunciados, pero prefiero tener 8 alas bonitas que 10-12 amortiguadores. Tampoco impresionado con los aros de cebolla. Como algo de Islandia. Sólo me comí unos pocos. Puedo recomendar la salsa Woofwoof, y la volvería a comprar, pero no sus alas. Comí un poco en un Brewdog el fin de semana y aunque su salsa era inferior, al menos sentí que había comido pollo.

Fantastic wings, super crispy and perfectly cooked. But really it's all about the sauce. Loads of it and it's fantastic (original). The Korean-inspired one was also a personal favourite!

Tasty and spicy sauces, but will have to agree with another recent review; the wings were miniscule. These guys are in dire need of a new wing supplier. I understand they give you 16 wings a portion to make up for how scrawny they are, but I'd much rather get 8 regular-sized, plump wings (which it looks like they used to have) like you would from Wingstop. Wings that small will never hold their moisture, so I spent half the time nibbling at bone and dry meat unfortunately. Can only give 2-stars if their primary offering is wings from malnourished chickens.

No, just not recommended. I ordered the buffalo ribs, and they were smothered in a sauce that completely overpowered the flavour of the meat. The ribs themselves had very little meat on them, making it hard to enjoy. On top of that, eating them was a messy struggle. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I won’t be going back.

Buffalo sauce 10+, amount of sauce on the wings 10+, service and presentation, all fine but the wings itself are very poor, dry, and some I wouldn’t even call them wings, but rather bone with overly dry skin on top, they were tiny! Will come if quality of the wings improves, otherwise Wingmans and Randys better for me.

I actually don’t even like buffalo sauce because the flavour always smacks the top of my nose and I can’t hack it. But I chanced it with the ribs and they were beautiful. The sauce is nice and thick and they ease off the vinegar which brings out the buffalo flavour (and the heat!). The flavours have really been curated with care and it shows. Love it, the only buffalo sauce I love on planet Earth

Mientras tanto la salsa estaba por todas partes, manos, cara. No es una experiencia placentera. Casi no hay carne en las costillas. Se movió sobre las alitas de pollo. La misma historia. Tanta salsa. Me siento como si me hubiera bebido un litro de salsa tratando de llegar a la carne. Un poco más de carne, pero no era agradable, ya que de nuevo adivina el trabajo sobre lo que era hueso y lo que era comestible. Así que si te gustan los huesos y la salsa ... entonces este es tu lugar ... si te gusta la carne y 'sazonar', ¡entonces evita!

Las alas solían estar geniales ahora apenas hay carne en las alas, fui a Brick lane hace unos días y normalmente recibo el almuerzo especial con aros de cebolla. Nunca he visto a este tipo así que piensa que era nuevo y dijo que sólo puedo tener el especial con patatas fritas. No estoy seguro de cuál es la diferencia de precio como yo estaba dispuesto a pagar. Él nunca cooperó, así que nunca volveré a ir allí.

Wings used to be great now there is barely any meat on the wings, I went to Brick lane a few days ago and I normally get the lunch special with onion rings. Never seen this guy so think he was new and he said I can only have the special with chips. Not sure what the difference in price as I was willing to pay. He never co-operated so I will never go there again.

Cycled to come and get some wings from here. No-one manning the concession at 1pm. Waited for 10 mins and no-one turned up. No-one knew where the proprietor was. Left without wings.

Some of the best wings I’ve ever had. I forgot to catch his name, but he was the nicest person to be served by. One of the wings I tried was the spiciest thing I’ve had in my life, but luckily the buffalo and woof woof wings were delicious - the woof woof was so nice I bought a bottle of it. It is quite pricy however and the wings are pretty thin, but the portion is really good fortunately.

I’m from Chicago, I eat wings all the time and these are some of the best wings ive ever had. I tried the original wings, and if I come back to London I’m coming back for the Buffalo ribs, yes Buffalo ribs. Great experience!

Hands down the best pop up/street food I have ever had, the chicken wings are cooked to perfection, excellent quality with an exceptional crunch…. I had the original & woof woof sauces, both are superb 👌 to compliment the wings I had the curly cheese fries with original sauce, cannot recommend ‘orange buffalo’ enough, if ever you are in the Liverpool Street / Brick lane area it’s a must visit …. you will not be disappointed 😀

There’s a lot I can say about orange buffalo but I’ll keep it short n sweet, best chicken around hands down puts chicken George to shame… if u get the chance go get some wings get the curly fries and don’t skip the blue cheese sauce it’s all to die for

I’m in love with this place! The sauce is out of this world and the wings are on another level of fire!!!!!!! The other day I sat in my office eating wings and using the buffalo sauce and within an hour I’ve realised I’ve gone through and entire bottle….. sorry not sorry! Also few nights ago I ordered some wings from this place in Radlett. They were so bad I used the Orange Buffalo sauce to help it and then they tasted amazing again! Cheers fellas

I've had numerous wing meals over the years across the globe, some bad, some good, but rarely mindblowing. This is the third time in my life I had exceptional wings, which is unexpected in Europe because usually the best wings come from North America. You wouldn't assume these wings could stand up to culinary heavyweights from a humble food truck in London, but The Orange Buffalo is more than worth the visit if you appreciate wings, or just want to have your mind blown with flavor. Everything from the quality and thickness of the sauce, to the perfect juicy fry on the chicken, and even the blue cheese dip (which many other wing places overlook) amounts to perfection. Even the smell coming from the truck is insanely good. I'm absolutely floored, and you can tell they're passionate about what they're making here. Staff is also warm and friendly. We tried four different flavours, and I'm pretty confident you can't go wrong with whichever sauce you pick. All of them were top tier, they even let you taste the sauces beforehand. Tonight was my first of many visits to come. Best wings in Europe, no exaggeration.

I recently dined at orange buffalo and I must say, the experience was truly outstanding. The buffalo wings were incredibly flavorful and cooked to perfection. The sauce had just the right amount of heat and tang, making each bite a delightful explosion of flavor. The service was prompt, and the atmosphere was casual and inviting. I have been coming here for at least 7-8 years and they have the best buffalo sauce in london. Whilst there are loads of amazing wings places. The real OG orange buffalo still has the best buffalo sauce also another worthwhile mention would be their Vincent sauce, first place in london to make mango habanero sauce. I wish they advertised themselves them more in the past so people know who started this buffalo wings revolution in london. Let me help you guys out to understand the flavours Original - normal non spicy buffalo sauce K town - their version of Korean wings sweetish sauce not a big fan of it myself. Woof woof - spicy tangy buffalo sauce (my go to every time) Vincent - mango habanero sauce thats definitely much spicier than woof woof Viper - mind meltingly hot sauce, not recommended. They also do a lunchtime special from Monday to Friday saving you some money. Affordable wings highly recommend! If you’re looking for a challenge id suggest the snake in a basket where one random wing will be viper the rest woof woof and if your not in a mood to ruin your appetite ask them which one it is. I’ll post some of the reactions I’ve had from making people try their viper sauce over the years. Truly an experience that is.

As a transplanted American who lives in New Malden, surrounded by the most amazing authentic Korean food, I was astonished to discover the taste sensation that is the K-Town sauce! Truly, the most delicious fusion of the two best sauce flavours: buffalo wings and gochujang! I am already dreaming of my next meal here…

Woof woof is the best. It’s too hot but you don’t sweat when you are eating 😁 I’ve been coming here whenever I visit London. It’s my fav street foods indeed.
