Overpriced but steak was pretty good

Nice steaks, fries and sauces. The sticky toffee pudding was the best thing anyone ordered, which was unexpected. It's expensive here, even for what it is, but we knew that beforehand. Overall, I wasn't entirely fulfilled. The Yorkshire puddings that came with our starters were cold and soft. And though my £44 (🤯) Ribeye was good, I have had better steaks for less. Service felt quite rushed, and all of our food came very quickly. I prefer to take a bit more time dining out for a special occasion on a Friday night. It's okay here, I won't rush back though.

I had a fantastic meal here. The service was friendly, professional and prompt. Great wine list and the steak was cooked to perfection. The pavlova was a delight.

Very accommodating. Managed to get a seat outside on a nice sunny day. Lovely atmosphere and great food. Ended up getting 550g of Chateaubriand, Bone Marrow gravy, Grilled Bone Marrow and Chips. Not one complaint with any of the food. Great cocktails and would definitely recommend!

Beautiful cut of the meet. Love he texture and flavourful steak. Charcoal grill makes it special. Love it. Today we had Sir loin steak as main course and smoked salmon as a starter.

Super food and exceptional service in the heart of Canary Wharf. I'm not sure about the idea of shared stake platters, but that is probably more reflective of me than the restaurant.

I celebrated my 30th birthday at Hawksmoor Wood Wharf on 28th September 2024, and it was an unforgettable experience. We had a private room, which made the occasion feel even more special. Our server was absolutely exceptional—she truly went above and beyond to take care of us. Not only was she efficient and attentive, but she was also incredibly helpful, ensuring that everything ran smoothly throughout the evening. The ambiance was beautiful, the food was outstanding, and every detail was handled with care. It made for a wonderful celebration, and I couldn’t have asked for a better birthday. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a top-tier dining experience with excellent service.

We've had several meals at Hawksmoor and usually everything is 5 star, but when we went for Sunday lunch on 13 October, for my birthday, we felt let down. We both had a first course, the smoked salmon was good, but my salad was not - 3 tiny cubes of Roquefort and a few wafer thin slices of very hard pear with salad leaves and an indifferent dressing. We both had roast beef, which was excellent, the vegetables were okay, but the roast potatoes and yorkshire pudding were dry. The gravy was tasty, but there was hardly any of it, two very small jugs only half full. The cauliflower cheese also disappointed, the sauce was stodgy and seriously underseasoned. The overall impression, with the exception of the roast beef, was of food that had been hurriedly prepared hours before and either kept warm or reheated. We were SO disappointed. The atmosphere was busy and buzzy as usual, but - and I totally accept that this is completely out of your control - the sound of screaming babies and toddlers having temper tantrums was overwhelming at times. The best thing by far was our lovely server, Gabriela, who was so friendly, efficient, professional and charming she quite saved the day. Hopefully this was a one off. We will come back, because we love it so much, but we will avoid Sunday lunch in future.

Good food, but I couldn't sleep the whole night after eating dinner there.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Hawksmoor Canary Wharf, and it was an experience to remember. What truly stood out was the exceptional service from Maurice, who went above and beyond to make our evening special. Maurice took the time to explain the different cuts of steak, sharing his expert knowledge in a way that made us feel both valued and well cared for. He even offered us the chance to try a selection of beers and drinks, making the experience truly personalized. It's rare to find such attentive service where staff genuinely care about their guests, and Maurice made sure that every detail of our dining experience was impeccable. The staff, in general, were attentive, offering smiles and warm interactions throughout the evening, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. The combination of great food, a lively yet relaxed atmosphere, and top-notch service made it one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an unforgettable evening!

I came here for Drinks for LCW party recently. I wanted to say the staff were absolutely amazing, big shout out to the Bartender/manager with Ginger hair who made amazing old fashions, they were incredible. Overall great food and amazing drinks, outstanding service. Highly recommend

I’ve been to Hawksmoor and The Lowback several times, and while the food is always good, the service really stands out. I always feel well looked after. Today, I brought my parents for a Sunday Roast, and Plamen helped make the experience even better by accommodating with his language skills. It was a nice touch

First time dining at Hawksmoor and it was for my good friend’s 30th birthday so we booked the private room upstairs and it was a lovely celebration. The private room details: Very spacious, lovely ambience and we were able to connect our own music, giving us our own little vibe. The service was top notch. A *special* shout out to Carolina, who made the evening very smooth. Little attention to detail like asking each individual guest if they’ll like to start on drinks as we were waiting for the full party to arrive, making everyone feel seen and kickstarting the evening with great service and care. Carolina was so kind, professional and just looked like she was happy to help celebrate our friend. Her service is actually what made me run to Google to leave this review within 24Hours! The food: Very tasty, and juicy steak. Enough food for everyone to enjoy and everything was always an ask away! Thank you for hosting us.

Not the best Hawksmoor. One of our steaks was undercooked, and it was a rib eye which you should never serve rare.

Hawksmoor has always been good. I 💬 no they were stingy with the meat (1.2kg T-bone included two T-bones and only one T-bone worth of meat). Nice drinks. Terrible value but nice atmosphere

My partner and I visited yesterday Evening for our anniversary and we had the most amazing time. From working in hospitality I know how overwhelming it can be when it’s busy but our waiter did not fail to make us feel welcome!! Unfortunately I didn’t get his name( if this helps he was working downstairs at the back) but he deserves appreciation! Not only was the food great the service matched and they even gave us a little treat for our anniversary which really made our night! We will definitely be coming back thank you all so much. :)

Food took ages to come but overall a good place to eat

I hate having to post this as I had a lovely time for their Sunday Roast. However, I’m quite positive that I got food poisoning from their Sunday Roast, particularly their medium well beef, as it was the only meal I had that day. It was also the only different menu item I had compared to my dining companion, who was fine. The service was phenomenal, the atmosphere was good, but getting food poisoning hours after the meal was a complete letdown, which is why I gave these ratings.

Good to visit on a Monday thanks to their £5 corkage deal. Service was good, steak is good (albeit expensive). Due to corkage deal it was fairly busy on a Monday night which made talking around the table quite tricky.

Delicious food, friendly staff.

The cast iron steak and the sour cherry negroni were delicious, the service was impeccable and it’s a beautiful location.

Best food I've ever had. Well worth the price. They set a candle light at my table as per request and the service was excellent.

Please don't add optional charges to the bill, it makes the end of a fantastic dining experience very awkward. Tipping is a choice and I'm not here to help offset your corporate tax with charitable donations

The steak was absolutely delicious, cooked to perfection and full of flavor. The starter was also really good. But the highlight for my sister was the pork ribs, as she doesn’t eat steak, and she said they were amazing. A must try for sure!

Great restaurant to eat out in when in Canary Wharf. Steak is thing here! Lots of choice of cuts in the menu with additional off cuts listed on the chalk board particularly good options if sharing. Other options on the menu looked good too. I really enjoyed my scallops starter, delicious! My ribeye steak was perfectly cooked and had great flavour. The sides were ok, nothing to shout about. The sticky toffee pudding for desert was also good

We went for lunch and the set menu was really good value and quite tasty. The only reason this wasn't a five star experience was that the food took forever go arrive.

Very nicely set up restaurant, beautiful decor and the food. Especially the steaks were to die for. I've actually been there a couple of times and they're always busy which is a good sign but it just seems that they can't staff enough numbers. That is the only reason I didn't give this a five-star rating. The wait for drinks which were actually pre-made because we ordered the old fashions (also recommended) and even our appetizers was quite long. Don't get me wrong, the service staff themselves are very lovely and connect well. They just don't have enough people on the floor. However, despite that, I highly recommend you have dinner there with a group or on a date as you will leave pretty satisfied.

Good food with wonderful atmosphere

Came here for Daughters birthday and was quite impresed with the layout, the food however was ok'ish. Asked for a medium rare steak and got a medium well, signature beef gravy was not all that and the starter was miniscular for the price. Service on the other hand 10/10 lovely team and was very attentive.

It’s rare to get very good service in restaurants these days but Hawksmoor continues to delight customers. This place was humming on a Wednesday night. It was full with tables turning all the time. That did not impact the service mind you. Special Shout out to Felippe wine sommelier and Steph wait staff for such incredible knowledgeable service and attention to detail. My fillet was cooked to perfection and all sides were hot. Your Wine choices were amazing. Had to end with cheese of course. I will be back.

Great food, setting and atmosphere. Only a slight niggle about service...they did take a little too long to take our first drinks order after we were seated, despite being one of the first tables in for evening service.

This is the worst Hawksmoor of the chain - if you’re flexible I’d advise booking the Air Street one. The cut of steak I had for £90 had a horrible plasticky edge, was well-done (requested medium rare) and just pretty tasteless. Service is great (as per other Hawksmoors) but when you’re paying £300 for a meal you expect better!

Got the sirloin with peppercorn sauce, gravy/mash, chips, mushrooms. Service was attentive. Delicious food and perfect for a date night!

Surroundings - Beautiful. Internal decor - Cigar Room, high quality. Ambience - Pleasant in the restaurant, boisterous in the bar area. Service - Server was fantastic. Food quality - Having been to the Spitalfields location a number of times, and being as equally impressed each time, I expected Wood Wharf to mirror/come close to the quality I've grown accustomed to. Unfortunately the food was a substantial disappointment. We opted for the 1.2kg Prime Rib along with a number of sauces and sides. The quality of the steak was nowhere even close to what I expected. There appeared to be a significant amount of gristle and the cooked product was tough. After waiting over an hour for our food in a somewhat 'quiet' restaurant, the sides and sauces arrived luke warm at best, and the worst part about it was that every item had been seasoned with crushed rock salt after if had been cooked and plated, which completely masked the individual flavours and made everything taste extremely and unnecessarily salty. For a cover of 2, the bill totalled £245. The following food items were ordered: 1.2kg Prime Rib, Peppercorn, Hollandaise & Bone Marrow Gravy. Sides: Truffle Fries, Mash &, Gravy, Spinach Lemon and Garlic, Garlic Mushrooms, Mac &, Cheese, Bone Marrow. Aside from the Mac and Cheese everything was luke warm and extremely disappointing. We finished the meal with the Sticky Toffee Pudding and Sticky Toffee Sundae. The only saving grace to the meal was the service provided by our waiter and the desserts. Everything else was an utter disappointment and will definitely prevent me from returning to Hawksmoor.

Took my son as an end of summer holidays treat. Service was fantastic and the food was amazing.

Booked a table, arrived on time, we were told to wait at the bar. Checked often with the hostess on the availability of our table, gave up after thirty minutes due to the lack of clarity on when our table would eventually present itself. Had a horrible drink while we waited. That took 15 minutes to arrive. Really disappointing experience. Would not recommend for a romantic date night. Did not like the blingy/otp look-at-me vibe. Went to sticks and sushi instead, loved it. Instant and professional service. Food was exceptional.

An hour before arrival we phoned and checked about the offer which we weren't sure is still on. We were told: Yes! It's still available. But when we arrived and started placing our order waiter said:No this offer is no longer available. We tried to explain, we checked that before and what we were told but he just shakes his head and and says: Not available! Not sorry, not let me check what I can do, NOTHING just now available. We stayed anyway but whole atmosphere was not great because of whole treatment and whole approach to the issue.

I recently dined at Hawksmoor in Canary Wharf, and overall, it was just okay—nothing to write home about. While the ribeye was quite good, juicy, and flavorful, the same couldn't be said for the porterhouse and T-bone. Both cuts were a disappointment, with a texture that was barely chewable and an unpleasantly sour taste. Unfortunately, these shortcomings overshadowed the rest of the meal and made the experience less than stellar. Would I return? Maybe for the ribeye, but with reservations about the rest.

Booked a weekend date here with my partner. The service was attentive,they make sure to look after you well. And the food was excellent,the flavour of the steak is divine. And not to mention the beef fat dripping chips,crispy on the outside with fluffy potato. Highly recomended,looking forward to another visit here soon!

I recently dined at Hawksmoor Wood Wharf and while the food was delightful, several aspects of our experience left much to be desired. When booking we followed up with both a call and an email and requested a table with a view Upon arrival, given our request for a table with a view, hoping to enjoy the ambiance of the restaurant. Unfortunately, we were seated in the middle of the room under a low ceiling, with only a view of the waiters' station. This was disappointing, as a beautiful setting was one of the reasons we chose Hawksmoor Wood Wharf. To our surprise, the restaurant allowed children in, and we found ourselves in the midst of a noisy scene as some kids were screaming, which detracted from the overall dining experience. Our reservation was for 7:30 PM, and we expected an adult crowd, so this was quite unexpected. We ordered a bottle of wine, and it seemed that the staff were not keen on providing attentive service due to the wine ordered. They opened the bottle but left it for us to pour ourselves, which felt rather dismissive. It was only after we decided to upgrade to a more expensive bottle that they finally served the wine which is what we would have expected regardless of the choice of wine. This inconsistency in service was frustrating. On a positive note, the food was truly lovely. The chateaubriand was cooked to perfection and packed with flavor, while the lobster was simply delicious. It’s clear that the kitchen knows how to deliver outstanding dishes. However, the service throughout the evening was mediocre at best. Given that our bill came to nearly £1000, we expected a much higher level of service to match the price tag. Unfortunately, this aspect of our experience did not align with the quality of the food. In summary, while Hawksmoor Wood Wharf excels in its culinary offerings, the overall experience fell short due to the seating arrangement, noisy environment, and inconsistent service. It’s a shame, as the potential for a fantastic evening was there, but the execution left us wanting more.

Food was delicious. Unfortunately the atmosphere was not good. The table of guys in the middle of restaurant made so much noise throughout, playing videos on their phone without headphones. One of them had a full on work video zoom call with a group of people on, loudly negotiating his “advance” (I think this was an intentional performance on his part), dominating the room for the whole duration of my meal. Unfortunately nobody asked me how my meal was while I was there or when I settled my bill so I didn’t have a chance to share the feedback at the time. I think it would have been appropriate for the floor manager to ask the individual to take their call outside on the decking, lower the volume, or use headphones after the call had gone on for so long. As I left, I thanked the front of house and mentioned the guys, a waiter who overheard agreed that they were very disruptive and that he’d then let the floor manager know

Staff were amazing. Food was delicious!

We booked this for a family celebration. The table was for 7pm for five people. True to form, as billed the restaurant is in a stunning location. Not easy to find without sat nav as the walkways involve steps and ramps but the approch is impressive. However, in the event we came out vowing never to return as we felt ripped off. Service was slow. We waited one hour 20 minutes for our main course, the side dishes turned up first followed by the steak 15 minutes later, so the side orders were cold by the time we received the main course. We ordered 500g chateaubriand to share for £90, but they said this was unavailable (in a steakhouse, at 7pm on a Saturday evening), but would we like an 800g for £120? It did not seem to occur to them they could cut the larger piece to the size of the smaller piece and sell the excess as fillet steaks. We complained, and then they 'found' the smaller piece which we had, but we felt there was a system of ripping off city workers. Of couse, we could stand corrected. Drinks were very expensive; £20 for a cocktail, £15 for glass of merlot. Also, to cap it all, there was an error on the bill. London is our home town, this was a special event, and we don't expect to get ripped off in our own backyard. The food was OK though not stunning and extremely expensive for what we got.

Food was decent. However, we waited 40 minutes for the food to arrive. At the end of the meal, the server offered to email us a coupon for free drinks as an apology. He took my email and I had never heard from him again. A lie! Food is ok. Service is a underwhelming.

Our first visit to a Hawksmoor drawn by the lure of a special Atomic Ice Cream Sundae. As such we had the set lunch menu. We both had Caesar salad to start which was good; loaded with anchovies and cheese (perhaps too much on the anchovies for my wife who isn’t a massive fan) and a lovely char grilled chicken with Lemon and Garlic dish which was again good. Naturally we very much enjoyed our desserts. The venue is stunning and the service was excellent

Amazing restaurant snd service. Still serve the best steaks

This was an incredible experience! The location and the interiors at Hawksmoor Wood Wharf are simply stunning. We were welcomed by Eleonora who escorted us to the table and introduced the menu to us. She was very knowledgeable and professional, we followed her food recommendations and were not disappointed! All the dishes we ordered were presented beautifully and were so so tasty. Danielle was our server and she was the sweetest! She helped my boyfriend decide his meat order and he was very satisfied by his sirloin (as you can tell from the pictures!). The scallops and the creamy spinach are a must but make sure to leave some space for dessert, their sticky toffee pudding is something else! 10/10 would recommend. It’s worth the money you pay and will definitely go again.

Usually great but our visit was well below par. All the food tasted great aside from ribeye steaks that were well done despite us asking for medium rare. Our waitress was also great but there was one other waitress (she’s younger, with slightly more Essex accent and glasses) who also served us that was slightly cold and had an attitude. She also didn’t seem knowledgable when we asked for wine pairing (which is completely fine but she could’ve just asked one of her more experienced colleagues). But the most significant factor that ruined our time was that (there’s no way of saying this nicely), but she smelt really badly of damp clothes which really put us all off when she was serving us. Never really experienced that bad service and hygiene anywhere else in the restaurants we visit in London. Don’t want any refund or discounts, would be appreciative if you could improve for future. What an amazing experience at Hawksmoor Canary Wharf. Thank you to server Jelcy who was an absolute sweetheart and made sure our every need was met. We cannot fault the service here - everyone was so friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Daniella who inspired us to try different drinks. Our steaks were cooked to perfection. Recommend the gravy!!! The creamed spinach was outstanding and the frozen margarita divine! We will be back!

Lovely Sunday dinner experience. Celebrating a birthday at hawksmoor is always fun however we wanted to try the Sunday dinner and it did not disappoint. The only down was that my 8 year old didn’t have a separate menu which I totally understand but not a child friendly part on the menu. The scallops were incredible, never had anything like it before! The Sunday dinner was delicious, we did have to re read the menu though as when it came out it was missing a few items which we had to bring up. The bone marrow gravy was a lovely touch. The lovely birthday box of chocolate was a nice touch. The burger my other daughter had was delicious thank you for allowing her to have the burger on the day as I know it’s not something you have on a Sunday. The lychee martini was spot on! The old fashioned came out perfect and loved the giant ice cube.

Steak restaurant that should be on your list . Hawksmoor is my most visited steak restaurant and for a good reason. Not only are the steaks one of the best you can get but they are also implementing sustainable practices in sourcing their meat and ingredients. Everything we had was just a pure pleasure to eat. I don't think this restaurant needs more publicity as it was fully booked when we went but if you haven't been, change that and thank me later. . I'm also going to say that the STICKY TOFFEE PUDDING is absolutely out of this world! Or at least the one spoonful I was allowed to have by my boyfriend. Which is why I'll come back for it without him :D . They have many branches around London, we visited the Wood Wharf one that floats on the water with a stunning interior and decor. . We visit Hawksmoor Wood Wharf once a year to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and this year, we decided to treat ourselves to a special day. As always, the food and service were exceptional. We started with our usual favorites: the scallops and carpaccio. These dishes are a must-try, and they never disappoint. For the main course, we had the rib eye accompanied by sides of spinach, garlic mushrooms, and buttered greens. The steak was cooked to perfection, featuring a delicious crust, and the peppercorn sauce is one of the best I’ve ever had. For dessert, the sticky toffee pudding is an absolute must. This time, we opted for the sundae version, which was simply scrumptious. If you’re looking for a great place to enjoy a proper steak, Hawksmoor Wood Wharf is the place to go.

Took my stepson and family for his 18th birthday on a Sunday. Very impressed by the service , friendliness of all the staff but a really deserved shout out to our waiter Allesandro who really went the extra mile . The decor and ambience are great , it was expensive and in many ways worth the price but the steak was good not excellent. I would happily return and the epic looking roast looks a great option on a Sunday.

One of the best steak experiences ever!

Steak was good overall but the service was extremely slow. There was a more than 45 min between starters and main food.

The Steak was divine. The fries outstanding. The place over the top. This is a floating restaurant in the water at Canary Wharf. There is nothing I know of in London so on top of the professionalism of this Hawksmoor group who seem to do a great job running g restaurants this place is over the top beautiful. We were super impressed with the steak tartar as an appetizer. And the wine list was extensive.

Was very excited to go here but ended up a little disappointing. Good thing we had Luca as our server. Went here for a birthday celebration after doing much research, Hawksmoore seemed like the place to go in London. It was a cool spot on the water. Drinks were tasty and made well. We ordered our food but moments later we learned that they were out of the steaks we wanted. So we had to do this a couple more times, turns out the restaurant was out of majority of their steaks and only certain sizes left. Would have made sense if it was at the end of the night but the place just opened up 30 minutes ago. Every table around us had the same problem. Can’t even remember what we settled with but it was alright. You could tell the quality of the beef was good but could have been seasoned better. We got some apps and sides that were good. Most of the food was good but I guess I was just expecting more from this place. All in all, the service exceeded the food during our experience. Luca was super friendly and took the time to have an amazing conversation with us. If you go to this place I would definitely ask for Luca as your server. Was going to do 3/5 stars but Luca made it a 4.

Great service and amazing food.

I’ll start with the bad part. The Chicago beef roll, it is not worth it and sadly didn’t the mark hawksmore usually set. Everything else. Perfect.

We celebrated our 1 year wedding anniversary at hawksmoor and had the most splendid experience. The food was absolutely delicious and our waitress Sofia F was outstanding and really went above and beyond to make our day special. Cannot recommend this restaurant enough! Blown away by the scallops and steak in particular!

After having a wonderful meal here a few months ago we decided to go yesterday to celebrate my daughter's promotion. The food was fabulous and definitely worth going for but the service was severely lacking. We could not catch a waiters attention to first of all ask for the wine list then when it was brought no one came back to take the wine order. We were going to buy a magnum of red wine and then it took so long that we thought we'd just get a bottle and by the time they came we ended up with just a glass because our meal was almost finished. We had to go up to settle the bill at the end so we could leave after waiting for over 10 minutes for someone to come over. It wasn't particularly busy we just seemed to be in an area that was completely overlooked.

Been to Hawksmoor Borough & Covent Garden many times. This was our first visit to the Wood Wharf branch. Unfortunately it was disappointing: - Drinks took ages to arrive after ordering. - Porterhouse was overdone. Asked for medium-rare, it was more medium-well. We didn’t say anything as we were in a rush to get home. On the plus side, it’s a nice venue and the terrace is great in the sun. The staff were all friendly. Not sure we’ll return given the food issues though.

Went to celebrate a birthday, left booking note and also reminded staff when we check in. Food was good as usual, but we just didn't feel anything more special than a walk-in dinner. We were sat at normal 2 seats table sandwiched by others when other couples got booths, corner tables or by the windows. Dessert didn't come with any message or candles. Staff weren't particularily attentive. No discount on any food or drinks. Mind you I didn't expect all of these special treatments, but a restaurant of this calibre should check at least one or two boxes... Even a local Chinese restaurant would make more of an effort. I would still come to the restaurant when I fancy a steak, however for special occasion I was very disappointed and would go elsewhere next time.

Upon reading the reviews, I was super excited to try but it’s very very mediocre. The interior is great and the service is not bad. The beef roast was underwhelming and barely made it to the table warm. The kiwi margarita was absolutely appalling, I’m convinced there was no alcohol in it.

Absolutely lovely restaurant with impeccable service. Highly recommend 👌🏽

Chips and sticky toffee pudding were good. Ribeye was meh.

Good place for family and team gatherings. The place has a long table to seat atleast 15 and with minor changes and joining other small tables make it 20 seater in a single line sitting, guests facing each other memorable experience we had with my team . Service could have been faster especially with the drinks. I have to wait for my beer for 15 minutes

Great area, environment and food

Really disappointed with our experience. We specifically requested a private table and outside. We were instead seated indoors and surrounded by people (clearly as it was convenient for the staff). The food was not worth the money - my sirloin steak was very fatty and the cheese mash wasn’t nice . The waitress didn’t know what the steaks were either when I asked what porterhouse steak was. Service was slow and the bill took ages to arrive. We ended up going to the bar to pay. I also don’t appreciate a charity donation automatically added to my bill.

Amazing food and view from this place! Pricey but you get what you pay for! The service only gets four stars because at one point it seemed like our waiter forgot about us. Other than that, I highly recommend coming here!

The worst customer service ever 😏

The customer service was great. However the food, salty. I had the bone marrow with onion. The onion was way too salty so I scraped it off. The bread too crunchy, watch out you don’t need a dentist. The bone marrow was perfect. The sirloin steak was chewy. The mash was ok but draped in salty gravy. Seriously this chef needs to check his taste buds. My friend’s creamed spinach was salty. Another’s steak too salty, so they had to redo her meal while the rest of ate ours. Definitely wouldn’t return. For these prices there are dozens of better choices with bigger menus too.

I don't usually leaves reviews but went for a drink after work and Hawksmoor was on my way home got special treatment and high quality boulevardier and a pint great finish for Thursday

Everything was good. One star off for the price. It's definitely not cheap and in my opinion overpriced. With the special express set menu and bring our own wine paying corkage, we still end up paying £60 per person for a 3-course meal. 12.5% service charge is added automatically.

Brilliant expierence from start to finish. Great staff service and lovely decor. Bar downsairs and restaurant upstairs. Tasty food and would return!

The staff and food are absolutely amazing! The team went above and beyond to accommodate any and all needs. The environment is also very welcoming, with excellent attention to detail. I highly recommend this restaurant because you will not be disappointed. Thanks for the excellent experience and I look forward to returning. :)

Happy to recommend this place to steak lovers in the heart of canary. Steak is chewy and flavorful, staff are friendly and prices decent. Ambience nice for business and romantic dinners. The sea view also adds to the charm of this fantastic venue

The oysters and scallops are very delicious. I ordered a medium porterhouse and served me almost well. . . It feels like I’m eating 150 pounds+ of beef jerky

The location is fantastic.. overlooking the river in London’s Docklands. The food was fantastic.. our starter was potted meats and Yorkshire pudding. With onion gravy. It was huge.. and delicious. The main course was steak Diana. I love mine “Blue’ which is often hard to get right. This did not disappoint. And we both had a delicious cocktail.. and the cheapest bottle of wine.. which was great.(no need to go for an expensive one.. it’s nice) Meals like this are more than just the excellent food. And this did not disappoint. We had been looking foward to trying this place.. and will be back.

My husband and I joined friends for dinner at the weekend and wasn’t very happy with the food. We both ordered a steak which we found tasteless, poor quality, overcooked and tough. Being a steak restaurant, we thought this should be on point. The sides and sauces were not great either, especially the Creamed spinach which had way too much mint or something along those lines in it. It did not work at all. Shame our first impressions of the brand was this. There are so many great steak restaurants in town and this has been by way of the worst.
