Great venue to after show drinks as we were staying at Premiere Inn at The Cut… just to say special thanks for excellent customer service from “Marcus” made us feel welcome and was good to see that kind of attention… thankyou

It was a busy night but staff made time to find me a table and ensure I had what I needed. All the staff are friendly and working really hard under pressure of a busy restaurant but they still find time to chat and laugh with guests. A great place for a solo female traveler

Had a great time with friends, 241 cocktails and my sirloin was delicious, friendly staff and very helpful. Was celebrating my friends birthday and they gave us a cake to sing happy birthday and the whole team sang together

The breakfast 🥞 is delicious and hot the food was affordable and the atmosphere is very good were we can have the required table

Chilling day with friends 241 cocktails, wr had a fantastic time with great cocktails offer and time so suitable for anyone to continue along and enjoy Refreshing drinks and delicious sirloin steak, grilled how we asked for. We were given extra sala to share as on of my Colleague wanted veg and the server has e her the option to have both fries and veg

We went there for a Sunday roast with my family, the kids love the roast options and the staff were very welcoming and helpful

Went for dinner as staying in the attached Premier Inn. As you walk in there is a sign stating ‘please wait to be seated’. In observation only 2 other tables with occupants, one waiter standing chatting to one of the tables. Despite the waiter seeing us, we stood for 5 mins before we approached the bar and asked if we could sit down. Again the waiter continued to ignore us and continue his conversation with one of the occupied tables. My husband went to get the menus himself and ordered drinks at the bar with the promise the waiter would be over shortly. After 10 mins he still had not come over to introduce himself let alone take our order! The meal itself was fine however at the end of the meal again the waiter didn’t appear, we approached the bar and asked to pay. Due to being ignored by staff we chose not to order any deserts. On paying bill noticed that for the kids meal deal -£7.50 we actually had been charged £8.50?? The explanation as we hadn’t eaten deserts we had to pay more??? Well if the waiter had asked we would have ordered! We were in the restaurant for over an hour and the waiter only see poke to us twice!! To take our order and then to bring our meal. Service was atrocious, then had the cheek to ask for a tip!!

Bar and block Southwark the reviews was not welcoming but the experience I got was way more that I expected the food especially the steak 🥩 was the best I had and the service was outstanding Kiran was really helpful to make me amazing cocktails it was well worth. I will definitely come back with my friend for the 2 for one cocktails

My husband and I had dinner here and it was surprisingly very good! A really nice relaxing atmosphere with great background music. Staff were cheerful and friendly and the service was spot on. Good steaks and burgers. A decent place for a causal meal. It is connected to the Premier Inn but you can also go if not a guest.

Poor service. Food was mediocre. Our waiter was polite and helpful but seemed to be waiting on nearly all of the tables in the restaurant and was rushed off his feet. My chicken burger was cremated on the outside but was cooked okay inside. We won't be returning.

Breakfast experience was not good. No booking a table, you just turn up anytime between 6.30 and 10.30 am. We arrived at 10.05am and long queues for hot drinks and cooked breakfast…no pancakes or pastries left, asked Ashwin who just said there were none left...

The queue for breakfast is extremely long in the morning and not enough staff to handle it. The fried breakfast is cold and there’s a massive queue for that as well. If you go in the early morning, it must be half decent.
