La única cosa que fue una decepción en mi visita fue la camarera que nos sirvió. Ella parece que no sabía lo que estaba haciendo y no tenía idea de cómo hacer un pago en efectivo y pagar el saldo pendiente, que había dejado de usar una tarjeta, ella también no entiendo muy bien debido a la barrera del idioma. Eso en cuanto a la comida, tuvimos una experiencia muy agradable.

Service very slow considering they are in a busy area right by the theatre. Toilet has a sign saying they are regularly checked. One had not been flushed the other had a massive amount of paper down it and a plastic bottle.

Fuimos un domingo por la noche, justo antes de las 9 pm, estaba un área al aire libre muy vacía y una gran área interior. Comida ordenada del bar. Me senté en asientos de estilo stand pero casi ningún otro cliente. Hamburguesa decepcionante y papas fritas estaban totalmente sin sabor. Las bebidas estaban bien, pero no había atmósfera, así que no nos quedamos mucho tiempo.

El establecimiento de comida más asqueroso y sucio en el que he estado y he comido en todo el mundo, incluidos los países del tercer mundo. Todos los cuales eran 1000 veces mejores que este lugar. Mr akhil probably east asian works there. He is a rude person to customers. I often buy but today i meet him first time. He told me he is a manger and he was careless of my compliants. I saw he is rude to employees also. Management should teach him how to behave with customers

The piccolina puttana at the till was very nice. She served us very good, the supervisor at the frier was quite grumpy but I like that mistress attitude. Toilet were cleaning enough food was edible but i'm usually having tuna's can so mc Donalds was like the best xmas meal for me.

An absolute horror show! Tiny portions and off chicken, it actually smelt awful. Deep fried so I guess they assumed people wouldn't notice! Disgusting and unacceptable, food standards should make a visit. Avoid avoiding avoid!!!

El personal es grosero y no servicial. La tienda está sucia y desordenada. Tratan de engañar con la porción de carne y verduras y no ponen su pedido en una bolsa. No vuelvas nunca más. ¡Ahorra tu dinero y vete a otro lugar!

One of the worst places I have had the misfortune to visit, terrible and disgusting experience, staff unable to take large order at till and then give attitude when I question why !! Oops could have been the no other customers that made them unavailable . Attitude of a female staff member mouthing off when I asked for management details and her name !! Random man got up telling me he was the manager … but not able to provide evidence to prove it but felt he had right to grab the napkin I was handed with the so called managers name on it … but hey end of the day lucky escape for us looking at the reviews .. young people and staff ending up ill is not a risk I’d take . Was told I was rude for insisting I want mangers details oh and for asking for hand wipe to clean my hand if I had to use their dirty self order machine … how appalling of me to make such a request !!! Nasty staff , nasty place …am I surprised there were no customers …. Mmmm Nooooooo . Oh sorry the so called Manager was the only customer 🤣 AVOID at all cost

Moody, unfriendly staff. Once again no serviette, salt and one chicken piece less! Run by numbnuts with low intelligence and poor customer service. Avoid this fump like the plague and covid.
