The best restaurants serving American food in Great Yarmouth East of England

On holiday in Great Yarmouth and out for a walk round the town, looking for a snack for lunch and saw the menu for this place. It was worth it, really tasty and not at all expensive for the bowl full you got.

After reading the positive reviews, l really regret not researching places that sell these kinds of tasty doughnuts. On the beach road we came across a rather insistent faded, bleach blond lady who was selling doughnuts in a bar stand. She wasn’t very friendly and insisted l buy more doughnuts than l wanted because she was in the process of making them. Boasting to me we or more like just her (because I saw no other staff member lol)make their doughnuts fresh. But there were a no. of other doughnut bars making freshly fried doughnuts 🙄. I would avoid this store and on our next visit to Great Yarmouth, we’ll be headed straight to Madisons.

We were recommended to come here to try the chocolate covered strawberries and they did not disappoint! They were AMAZING. We also had the dohnuts which were also delicious. Staff were excellent, friendly, and polite. We Will definitely be returning next time we visit great yarmouth.

We attended at short notice with a large group for lunch. Accomodated our needs. Location and atmosphere was really chilled and nice. Staff very pleasant. Food was excellent and good value. Would return next time in the area.

Absolutely stunning food. We had the burger with rib meat, and the burger with brisket (no food photos because we ate it). Can't fault the service. Only staying locally for a week, but will definitely return before we leave. Update: Returned today Had a BBQ blowout, and a rack of ribs. Need a fork truck to be removed from the building. Banging food, faultless. Photos from this trip. Brewski is a bonus too, not a bad lager at all.

Food is OK here. Staff don't let customers put there own sauce on food they always used to they was meant to only stop it when we was in Covid. Also there closing times are bad. Today 16.50 half term really busy they was closed at 16.50 should be later in half term and summer season. £1 Hot dogs really tiny now they used to be alot bigger.

My niece who lives in Belton and bought my dad and I a vegan and a vegetarian tea, sandwich and cake goody box to takeaway. It was packed beautifully and the food was really high quality and tasty. It's not always easy finding amazing vegan food when eating out but here they really did. I don't usually write reviews but when small businesses go above and beyond and care so much, then it is only fair they are recognised. So it was not hard to give them 5 stars. Well done

Highly recommend! Tasty light batter on the cod and perfectly cooked chips. And the staff were amazing! Extremely welcoming and polite. The owners should be very proud to have such a great team.

It’s ok - not bad for a nearby pub when you’re staying on a campsite. Very little choice other than this place unless you want to go offsite.

The website was easy to order from and food arrived on time. We ordered a variety of items. The food was generally ok - still warm and good portion sizes. Some of the brisket and burnt ends were quite large and dry. The best item we ordered was the little porkies (very tasty)! @explore_eat_share

American diner themed. Pleasant staff. Good variety. Good quantity. Don't be put off by the location. The surrounding area is pretty run down. The Iron Duke, on the seafront, would have been an ideal location for this business.
