Ordered from here a few years ago then moved out of the delivery area. recently moved back and had guests over so decided to try again after a fab bbq. everyone enjoyed their choices and would definitely order again.

Churro were Hot and Crispy White chocolate dip is to die for. Very yummy 😋 Thank you.

Shocking! Donuts were cold and hard!! also the ice cream and slush drink both melted

The driver did not bother to read the notes and some of the shake had leaked into the bag not happy :(

Excellent customer service. I didn’t know the option I ordered had gelatin in it and only realised when I was on the phone to Grace; she was very helpful and suggested an alternative option which was very good. Will be ordering from this place again.

I ordered a biscoff sundae and milkshake, I keep going back here the customer service has always been very helpful and friendly, the food is on another level and has been since it opened, not sure what some people are complaining for, would definitely recommend

Been buying from them for years, always a pleasure. Great staff, great menu and always cater to your needs if you ask politely. Sometimes call up to ask about menu items and staff are always nice and enthusiast about their food. Prices are more than fair when you cater in just eat fees, ingredients (alot of which are fresh), made to order, cost of running business etc.. Best in town.

Called the restaurant and was told that the food was given to the courier 30 minutes ago and than took 10 more minutes to arrive. Ice cream was completely melted and on the app it was updated correctly informing me where my food was at all times.

These guys are great. Always great to talk and make requests with, polite and understandable and make their food with pride n love. I once had an issue with my order (no fault of the staff) and the owner came out and delivered a replacement herself since then they've expanded and hired new staff and their menu has even evolved a bit more. Great for a guilty treat or just comfort food. Even better for the summer. If you have a problem or request, give them a call but be polite - dont approach them with attitude or be unpleasant (similarly to that guy whos left 1 star review below). Pricing is reflective of running costs, fees to services not just ingredients while a lil expensive they are understandable andim happy to pay it when im feeling down or need a lil pick me up treat. Recommend the vegan nutty sundae, banging and good for a bit of protein too.

These guys delete reviews. Bad customer service. Overpriced products. Had rated more before, but they deleted it. Going to keep posting 1 stars until they actually leave it up. Then I might leave my original star rating so that the truth can actually be stated here. You can look at my profile and see I never leave 1 star reviews and generally rate companies favourably, so I'm not picking on this shop for the sake of it. Don't be a wasteman company. Edit: In reply to the below, no I am not that person. Actually I was in a few months ago. Nobody deserves to get sworn at down the phone and the way that customer behaved is unacceptable. Fantastic service from a last minute decision. The staff Grace, aliyah, Jack and Andy (Security from shopping centre) who initiated us to get our order after the shop was closed was very kind and best customer service 😀. The dessert was amazing and best I've had in a very long time. Definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the town.

Portion size on both our triple scoop orders was a lot smaller than we usually get bit disappointed when regularly order from here.

The blueberry vegan shake wasn’t very flavourful unfortunately so I’ll pick something else next time! Other dessert was fine ☺️

So excited to have discovered a new hidden gem! Super quick delivery, meticulous attention to detail (from packing and delivery to the food itself) and obviously AMAZING shakes! We’d previously tried another dessert shop but IJustWannaTreatUS takes the cake for sure. Would recommend to anyone, keep doing what you’re doing :-)

The cheese cake was super tasty came with a massive bowl of whippy ice cream wich I couldn't finish but was so yummy 😋

Not worth £20 for 2 cheesecakes my homemade ones were nicer it was alright I would only order again if prices were cut in half or had special offers as it just didn't shout out great value for money very sad...

Apart from the berry and strawberry juice leaking everywhere which wasn’t much of a problem maybe place a couple napkins under the box. Other than that delivery time was spot on and the cheesecakes and milkshakes were lovely, will definitely be ordering here again. Thank you s+e

I was given an extra drink, free of charge, with a note that read “New limited edition for Halloween! Tell us what you think.” This drink was absolutely insane! It had soft chewy sweets in it, eyeballs, Halloween sweets and it was a completely black drink. There’s a flavour which I, for life of me, cannot figure out. A cool Halloween addition, and I cannot wait to try it again!😍

Tiny piece of cake, dry, stale, tasted chemically… very disappointing for the price.

Ordered the doughnut Krispy M&M, delivery came missing the doughnuts, driver told me call resturant, spoke to the owner (I think) she was very nice but couldn’t help me with the missing items as said it was given to driver and to request a refund from just eat. Bit of a let down and has put me off ordering again 🙁

The food was burnt and inedible and was thrown away !!!!!! This is the second poor quality treat from here . Will NOT be buying from them again. !!!!!!!

Little bit disappointed to see that the strawberry’s in the strawberry sundaes we’re frozen solid, when it states they are fresh in the description. I couldn’t eat any of them! There is no way that the ice cream has frozen them solid in 15 minutes! No spoons provided which could of been a problem if we were having them in the car!!

It would be nice if there was an option to not have ice cream, specially with cheesecake and pies

Good milkshakes. Little over priced but so many delicious options. The cherry had started to ‘leak’ in the whipped cream but that was probably due to a late delivery

The churros has no sugar on at all and dripping in grease I have told the restaurant about how shocking the churro have become but they don’t seem to change it back to how they where when the first opened. I took one bite and the morning after I felt so I’ll. it’s a shame as I was a regular but won’t be ordering again

Food was really dry.. for 12:50 you’d think you’d get a bit more on pancakes.. the slush had no juice was pretty much ice. Overpriced

DO NOT ORDER FROM Milano's Kebab & Pizza because they will rip you off and forget you food and then not allow you to call them and ruined my christmas absolute joke. but IJustWannaTreatUS is good so you can order from them.

Food was ok needed more sugar. The only thing that did put me off my food is the delivery drive smoked before our food drop off and the bags stank of cigarettes. Nothing against smoking but it’s not nice to smell and made me go off my food.

Waited hour and a half for it to arrive but this was down to just eat and nothing to do with restaurant infact the restaurantchucked in a couple of free doughnuts. The food is amazing, we have become regular customers highly recommended to anyone who may be after a sweetie treat in the evening. Thanks again guys was lovley.

it is nice to have something like this is our local area, and all the time I've visited I've been more tha happy with the food, I would say it's along the high end priced, but then I guess you get what you pay for and the food is good so u won't be disappointed

Absolutely amazing! The dove chocolate and peanut sundae is really nice! The baby Ruth, lucky charms and Oreo milkshakes are amazing and full of flavour! The doughnuts are always so yummy we have never had a problem with anything before. The dipping sauces are really nice too! And most of all… THE SMORES ARE ABSOLUTELY DEVINE! My kids, fiancé and I had always wanted to try a s’more but my youngest is a very fussy eater but he absolutely loved the s’more and now asks for it everyday! Lol if I could afford it and had guarantee that his teeth wouldn’t all fall out then I would! Lol. I simply cannot fault this place personally. They have always been very polite when I call for whatever reason even just to give them a thank you for the great food and the food always comes packed sensibly (no spills or squashed goodies), always tastes fresh and always seems 100% effort has been put into making and packing it. Amazing as always! The churros are so good. Great sized portions and so much choice. We love the strawberry cheesecake with real strawberries. It may seem a little pricier than others, but you really do get what you pay for. Perfectly packaged and always freshly made. Thankyou!
