Went with a friend for afternoon tea. We'd booked but arrived late because of traffic and getting lost! They were very accommodating and kept our table with no complaints and no hurrying. Afternoon tea was lovely, nice sandwiches and lovely cakes and scones. Really delicious! The tearooms are quirky and pleasant with lots of little nooks, so it feels quite intimate. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We visited on a busy Saturday afternoon and even though we hadn’t booked we were able to get a table. The staff are excellent. We had the fish and a burger and onion rings. All good was hot and delicious. The fish was fresh and served with lovely homemade chips. Cannot fault this place and we will be back. They also have a van outside serving pizza, coffee and light bites. That looks good too. Highly recommend. Dog friendly in the restaurant and bar.

Booked for 2 nights at the Riverside. The bedrooms were recently refurbished and opened. The bedroom was excellent and bathroom likewise. We ordered what we wanted for breakfast on arrival and following morning was freshly cooked. Both mornings the cooked breakfast set us up for the day. Having been in North Yorkshire the previous week for 3 days the prices were comparable. Would we stay again. Yes, we certainly would.

Staying overnight in the marina and wanted somewhere we could walk to. Visited with my daughter and grand daughter. We ordered the soft crab, gambas and garlic bread to start. Every single mouthful was delicious and a huge amount of prawns. Mains were Halibut, Tuna and calamari off the children's menu for my grand daughter. Again excellent quality cooked to perfection. The Sangria that we had was the best I've ever tasted, and that's a lot! Only negative, we live 200 miles away and unlikely to be back.

C 4 yourself Well presented cafe clean and tidy spacious interior friendly staff excellent service prices are comparable with most places and plenty to chomp on. Vegan breakfast was a good option however I settled for the £10 breakfast well presented the only thing inedible was the bacon which reminded me i must get new soles on my shoes Well over cooked and dry not possible to chew or even cut for that matter although it looked ok as seen Overall did enjoy the other items Facilities all clean

We were staying is St Asaph where there aren't many places to eat, especially midweek. I went here with some friends for dinner and we had a very pleasant evening. The food was very good and the service attentive but not overly so. We would definitely return.

Next to the Maritime Museum it has limited opening hours and you may need to book. The menu is a mixture of the usual sort of main courses, but some more interesting looking starters and smaller dishes. Dreadful music totally out of keeping. How about some sea shanties
