Great friendly place to lunch.
Advisable o book ahead as its that popular .
I opted for omelette without salad my husband chose the chilli jacket which came with cheese , salad & coleslaw.
Mine arrived with beans, enough to keep 4 cowboys happy. :-)
All served with a smile of course.
Hubby had a glass of lager & I had a small glass of wine. For under £30 that considering the quality of the food and the portions sizes was very reasonable.
Would definitely go back, nothing on their lunch menu was over £9 .
What a find! Great selection of seafood on offer, beautifully chilled on crushed ice counter & displayed with labels. We bought dressed crab, the best we’ve eaten. The lovely friendly ladies unwrapped & prepared for us to eat straight away. There was lemon juice, salt & pepper on offer to add on yourself & the ladies warned us luckily of the diving seagulls waiting to swoop & snatch.
Fantastic 2 night stay in the B&B rooms above the family run gastro pub.
A warm welcome (even to an Englishman 😂) from everyone both sides of the bar! Dog friendly and very much a countryside theme in the decor throughout.
Close to many scenic attractions including Carly ruins, long empty beaches and shopping. Several cask ales on draught and a full compliment of wines and spirits.
Full menu from breakfasts, lunches, and evening meals using local produce.
Real fires and cosy rooms to have your meal. Clean and stylish rooms to relax in afterwards, with a good night’s sleep.
Absolutely amazing service and food. I was going around in circles on the internet trying to find fresh fish for a special dinner. I went old school and picked up the phone. The lovely lady who answer the phone could not have been mor! Helpful. We bought 2 cooked lobsters and two tubs of white crab. It was so delicious and a good price. Also helped me find some other fish locally which was way over and above. I’d highly recommend heading to Little haven and stopping here. Top notch all around. Thank you ❤️❤️
Our first takeaway from The Anthony’s, saw an add on FB for fish and chips, so gave it a try. Didn’t disappoint. Huge portions and the beer batter was delicious.
Definitely recommend and will be back.
Great food, but its COLD in the restaurant so wrap up warm and cash only.
Properly cooked steaks and incrediblle triple fried chips !
The Bread Pudding deserves an Oscar !
I am planning my next visit as I write this. 😍
We booked to have the meat platter and what a feast !!!!. Beautifully cooked and served with a smile with the owners more than happy to discuss the menu and spend some time speaking to us about the area and their obvious delight in their cooking skills. There was plenty of food, the chips were fab and our grandson wanted to come back the following night. We’ve eaten in some wonderful pubs and restaurants across Britain and Europe and this I must say is up there with the best. Exceptional” Arbennig”.
Popped in for lunch with my Mum after a recommendation from my former Post Lady.
Unfortunately she wasn't working when we visited, but what a lovely friendly pub, menu was extensive, varied and exceptional value for money. Food was hot, well presented and quality. Most importantly Mum enjoyed it, so we will definitely be returning.

We had lunch in The Coffee Shop during our stay walking the coastline, and we can thoroughly recommend eating here as the food was very tasty and well served. Polite and friendly owners/staff, who care about their food. Would definitely visit again.
Lovely little village with a few nice play parks for the kids with plenty of benches from the adults. Shops are a bit pricey but that's buying stuff on site, still well worth the visit just bring drinks and snacks with you!

We visited on a Tuesday evening and several tables were taken which we thought was a good sign. We were also impressed with the previous reviews. We had a lovely, freshly cooked, really tasty meal and great, friendly service. Would definitely recommend.
We noticed that the menu says you can bring your own drinks. We didn’t do this but is worth asking about.
We were looking forward to our food from.here after reading the reviews, but were left disappointed. Chicken tikka Balti, hard to know it was tikka meat. Only one piece of red pepper and one piece of green, lots of onions! Chicken tikka jalfrezi. Again wouldn't know it was supposed to be tikka meat and lack of peppers. Flavour only ok. . Paratha bread so salty it was inedible . Sorry but wouldn't return.
