Have been here a few times, and the staff are always friendly and make a real effort. A nice, relaxed atmosphere and the evening open hours are ideal this time of year when the weather’s not so great and we’re looking for things to do/places to go.
We always go for the waffles and milkshakes, great value for the prices.
Good luck with the new shop in Swansea!
I visited yesterday with friends and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. It was years since I’d been and the level of service was as good as I remembered. The students and lecturers were attentive, polite and friendly. Most of the food was excellent, there were just a couple of little things not right, such as the pigs in blankets were undercooked. Overall a good experience.
OMG !!!!!!!! What a roast dinner!!!!!! Had 2 adults dinners (1 pork & 1 beef) & a child's chicken dinner & needless to say, we've eaten our food, thoroughly enjoyed it, to the point of already booking in again for next week!!!! I'm speechless, not just because I'm full, but THOSE DINNER'S........ JUST WOW !!!! You'll not be disappointed in going here, this place is extremely tasteful!!!! It's ALL BLOODY AMAZING...... And Steve, to talk to, is polite & nothing is an issue 👍🏽👍🏽 the staff are incredible and it's so clean and tidy too. Take my word, I've eaten Sunday roasts for over 40 years now and this is up there with the very best 💯💯💯 thankyou to everyone at the Windjammer and keep up the amazing work and efforts, on behalf of our children, Suz and myself, thank you once again!!!!!!!
Food was good, disappointingly no fresh coffee, only instant😞 as a restaurant thought fresh coffee would be standard fare, also no alternatives to cow's milk, also no ice available for a cold drink🤔,pot of tea served with a miniscule container of milk....
As a family we were well served and the food was excellent. The kids loved the starters and pudding and to keep then amused they brought out some paper and pencils.
Visited for the day to watch the 6 nations rugby - it was an accidental find and they were amazing. Welcoming, friendly and accommodating. We spent a lovely afternoon - food 1/2 time and good drinks and service.
Thank you
Wow, is all I can say about Billycan. The food was absolutely delicious. We had minimal wait, although it wasn't a busy time. The portions are plentiful & taste amazing. The staff are lovely & friendly. This has got to be the best place we have eaten in Tenby. It's in the centre of town so after a lazy day at the beach or day around the shops & sightseeing you can wander in & have a tasty meal.
Visited recently for my son's birthday as he wanted a steak and they have one on the kids menu. The food was good, although my daughter's steak was overcooked, however they did replace it and the second one was spot on.
There is parking to the rear, however the spaces are very small. There is some on road parking also available in the evenings after 6pm without restrictions.
The service and atmosphere was good, although a very large group came in half way through our meal and it was very loud then.
Overall a good meal and location
