Ordered a take away few weeks ago. We have had quite a few and was a very good customer. Mine had hardly any chicken in the dish. And my wife’s made her sick for 48 hours. I live very close and every time I went past. It was busy. I drove past one day and it’s quiet. Pop in. And the owner is preparing food with a cigarette hanging out of his mouth. It was unreal. And I’m going in to have a conversation about the last take away I’ve had. Sorry Pabloo but I’m coming into speak about the quality of your food. And your doing your self no favours. I will never return.

Travelling back from Fishguard in bank Holiday traffic and needed a late lunch. Very lucky to have fallen on Cafe Braz by chance. Panini, toastie and chips very good. Carrot cake and espresso excellent. What really made the experience was the waiting staff. They were personable, energetic and efficient. Cheered up a wet afternoon - thank you!

Brilliant seafood starters. Cosy atmosphere and great service. Varied menu encompassing Welsh specialities and tasty pub grub, nice cold beer and soft drinks. Definitely recommend the chips as they are very crispy. Mushy peas with a twist. We enjoyed our meal in the secluded den watched over by a giant grizzly bear. A must visit if you are in the area!

A nice old fashioned Inn just off the A40. Lots of character. The location is excellent and it is a good base to explore Pembrokeshire or mid Wales from. Stayed 3 nights. Nice people run the place. Make sure you check beforehand if the wifi is working, if that is important to you.

We ordered the halloumi open sandwich. Really looking forward to it, but really disappointed when it arrived on a small plate with 3 pieces of halloumi on a piece of TOAST with a few salad leaves and cabbage. £11.50! Absolute rip off. We won’t be returning.

If you’re looking for a warm Welsh welcome, you won’t find it here. Service with a smile is not on the menu. However if you want worthy ideals and hand-baked artisan goods at London prices, this is the place for you. I’m all in favour of sourcing locally and doing things properly, BUT when you are in a service industry, that does not mean you can get away with unhelpful staff who give the impression that they have better things to do than serve you. The location is good and the ambiance pleasant. My husband’s toasted cake, yoghourt and fruit were good, as was the small Viennese fancy which I had - paid extra - because they had only one croissant left to put in my Bakery Basket. The croissant I did have was very brown and rather tough, though the flavour was fine. There was a decent helping of good butter, though the homemade jam didn’t impress. No toasties were available for my friend at 2pm. All in all, I felt we paid through the nose for food served by young staff who would have preferred to be elsewhere. Perhaps the management could try more staff training. A smile costs nothing and goes a long way.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't recommend The Great Wall highly enough! From start to finish, this place delivers nothing short of excellence. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and consistently top-notch. Their signature dishes like the crispy duck and sweet and sour chicken are simply to die for! The portions are generous, and you can tell they use quality ingredients. What sets The Great Wall apart is the incredible customer service – always friendly, always welcoming. Even on busy nights, they make sure your food is ready on time, and everything is packaged neatly. The prices are more than reasonable, making it my go-to spot for a Chinese takeaway. If you're looking for authentic, delicious Chinese food, look no further than The Great Wall – it's a true gem! Best place to go while in Llandeilo
