Had a lovely meal. Service was excellent. Allowed time to sit and chat between courses. Nothing was too much trouble. Food was lovely with plenty of choices for all requirements.

Lovely food but I don’t know what the woman’s problem is on the front desk but she has got terrible attitude and customer service put me right off going there

Ordered takeaway from here for a treat and for my mission to try food from everywhere , the ratings were ok on just eat so thought it looked ok . The food was just awful I’m Sorry when I have to write bad reviews but it’s just not good enough when people pay a lot of money . We ordered different stuff to try , the single and double smash burgers were honestly cheap and not good at all 2 cheap pattys with plastic like cheese and a bit of brown lettuce the bun was the only acceptable part . The nachos were also not good unmelted cheese and watery salsa and a few jalapeños was it for toppings . The chips were soggy and unappetising. The worst was the deluxe hot dog , a burnt bratwurst in a baguette not a bun with sad little cut up pieces of bacon and more unmelted cheese bizzare toppings for a hot dog , the worst part of the dish was the mass amounts of soggy crispy onions that it was actually covered in . The smell when you opened the box was very unappetising. The cookies were fine but it’s hard to mess that up . Most of the food was thrown away .not sure if it’s cared about less because it’s takeaway and not eat in but still money and should be handled with same care. Won’t be ever trying again tbh it’s just not acceptable .

The Pizza Hut pizza was dreadful. Pizza all over the place in the box with hardly any topping. For £25 I was absolutely ripped off. Never again will I purchase food at Pizza Hut

I've called at this costas a number of times since its opened. Not sure what the situation is but in recent weeks the service has been very slow waiting at least 20mjns to get served in the sit down area. Definitely needs more staff..tables cluttered with uncleared tables. Management need to sort this chain up. Won't be coming again

I received a call from the Llanefni shop and it was an Indian man telling me he was from 3 mobile and asking me strange questions. Knew it was a scam and searched the number.

Great food, enjoyed alot and fast delivery the driver was kind and friendly

App wouldn't work properly on my daughters phone, server couldn't help either. Stood waiting for app to reset, eventually it worked. Food ok, tables uncleared by staff, after people didn't clear away their trays.

Food is decent enough but it's expensive for what you get there, the drinks are also a bit on the pricey side.

Not happy that I've paid for 1 adult and 1 child and staff didn't have the decency to tell me (or anyone else I'm sure!) That kids eat free!! Order via the app which was quick and easy. It was quite busy so the pizza did disappear quite quickly, it was replenished though. Food was ok, pizza was nice, pasta was very 'fake' but the salad bar needed a good tidy and freshen up. The place is a little run down and the toilets were awful- the toilet seats look like they've never been cleaned. I wouldn't return.

Enjoy popping in for cappocinos and scones but since new coffee machines installed the coffee is luke warm, ugh. Needs sorting out, plenty people complaining !!!Sad as love M&S.
