Had a fantastic evening for my husbands 50th ,large table booked ,food was outstanding and service amazing, had the best welcome from Sean and all the staff ,cannot recommend this place enough ,👏👏

Had a lovely meal. Service was excellent. Allowed time to sit and chat between courses. Nothing was too much trouble. Food was lovely with plenty of choices for all requirements.

Lovely food but I don’t know what the woman’s problem is on the front desk but she has got terrible attitude and customer service put me right off going there

Came through the drive through 10 mins ago. 2 x latte. One with 1 shot. First no 1 shot brought was given a cold adapted original watered down with cold milk or water. Unable to drink no telephone number as message said permantly closed. Not happy at all

This used to be my go to breakfast option, there's a jenkins everywhere, really convenient. Since the breakfast roll and coffee has gone up another quid, I'm reconsidering my options. The quality used to blow greggs out of the water, not anymore though.

App wouldn't work properly on my daughters phone, server couldn't help either. Stood waiting for app to reset, eventually it worked. Food ok, tables uncleared by staff, after people didn't clear away their trays.

Food is decent enough but it's expensive for what you get there, the drinks are also a bit on the pricey side.

Not happy that I've paid for 1 adult and 1 child and staff didn't have the decency to tell me (or anyone else I'm sure!) That kids eat free!! Order via the app which was quick and easy. It was quite busy so the pizza did disappear quite quickly, it was replenished though. Food was ok, pizza was nice, pasta was very 'fake' but the salad bar needed a good tidy and freshen up. The place is a little run down and the toilets were awful- the toilet seats look like they've never been cleaned. I wouldn't return.

Enjoy popping in for cappocinos and scones but since new coffee machines installed the coffee is luke warm, ugh. Needs sorting out, plenty people complaining !!!Sad as love M&S.
