Best Sunday Lunch around. My number 1 requirement always met. THEY SERVE THE FOOD HOT. A tad snug inside these premises but nice real ales and a good variety of top notch food. Booking is advised.

Great selection of amazing cakes as well as food and drinks, all at a reasonable price. Lovely 80's style decor and a warm welcome. Definitely a hidden treasure in Cwmbran town centre.

Just a few words to say about this fantastic little tea room.i am a bit bias because the young lady who owns this place is my daughter in law.she has started from nothing and is in the process of making this a lovely room to enjoy a fantastic snack and a cuppa.dont take my word for it pop in and once you’ve tried it you will definitely go back again GUARENTEED Cheers Terry Herbert

Popped in for a breakfast roll. Didn't know this place was here, roll was stunning

Had visitors who were passing one their way to mine so I suggested they stop and fetch food. When they arrived one of the mains was missing, which was a disappointment. The rest of the food was amazing g though especially the lamb which was a chef specialty. We phoned and had a moan about the missing dish and Saffron said they would see whatvyhey could do even though we are quite far out of their area. Well a little while later they came to mine with a full cash refund for all of the food! Everyone makes mistakes but what shows the caliber of a business is how they deal with mistakes. Even though they were incredibly busy on a Friday night they still went above and beyond to make amends. I am very impressed with Saffron Kitchen and the food really is as good as everyone says it is. Diolch

Food was late by only 5 minutes, we were informed beforehand of the delay, we had no issues with that. The food was hot and absolutely delicious. The delivery driver was really kind and friendly as well, which I really appreciate. I'd give more stars is it was possible 🌟

Good quality Fish and Chips restaurant or over the counter service. Also delivered to the door service provided. Exceptional service for a 5 year old coeliac for sausage and chips cooked all in own separate area. Well done Pages you got this well sorted for the customer. Next on list is to get the dairy free ice to top it off please.

Very busy, they said lunch deal and got medium size cappuccino but when they gave me it was less than half of the cup. So had to go back and ask them to add milk. Do not cheat in food when we pay for it.

Expensive prices and cheap ingredients. Nearly 30 pounds for 2 breakfasts and a coffee and tea. The service was ok expect the waiter dropping the butter into my egg on serving with no apology, the breakfast was not worth the money. Firstly the standard breakfast you cannot have half and half with beans and toms you have to pay 1.50 extra per item. The beans used are the cheapest beans you can purchase just taste watery. Black pudding was tiny and the sausages were quite greesy. Cappuccino was not the best. Although it was all cooked well. Would avoid and go to Owens which is much better and cheaper.

Never order from kebab king in Cwmbran. Food took nearly 2 hours to arrive and when it did it was stale and cold then was spoken too rudely on the phone. The man on the phone spoke to us like utter crap and hung the phone up. Terrible customer service and awful food!

Ordered through the uber eats app, delivery arrived, wrong order even though the app let's you select your ordered. So meal deal 9: 2 chicken fillet burgers 2 donner kebabs Chips & can. Option for sauce and salad. I recieved 2 chicken burgers with chips, 2 cans and a garlic bread. Called to say I'd recieved the wrong order, the man on the phone had a bad attitude saying its either a burger or kebab which isn't the case on the app and they accepted the order. Argued with me that its either or. Nowhere did it state garlic bread and just making it up as they go along. 100% will not be ordering again
