Had lunch here today. First visit to the Power Station ever, and decided to stay for lunch after my meeting. The young lady on the till (Tasha's colleague) was very friendly and welcoming, and nothing was too much trouble. She explained very clearly where to find the menu, how to order, checked the details and checked I was satisfied with the table I was sat at and that the food was to my satisfaction. I had an omelette with 1 filling (mushrooms on this occasion) at £3, with Baked Beans & two slices of toast at £1.80, and a mug of coffee at 80p. The tearoom was clean, spacious and light. There was also plenty of choice of papers to read whilst waiting for your food or eating it. It was a most pleasurable dining experience, and would have no hesitation to recommend it to others. Why not try it for yourselves?

This is a dog friendly restaurant that caters for all breakfast, lunch. Open from 9am until 4pm daily, Closed on a Tuesday. The food is scrumptious and so reasonable with large portions. Their ice cream is yummy. Sunday lunch is amazing and their evening menu is unbelievable given the quality and cost. Even on a budget you can justify eating here.

We've been going to Brown Bears for over a year. We have never had a bad experience. The coffee, cake and service are all excellent. A 5 score is not enough..they deserve 10 out of 10.
