Front row food in Torfaen

Top prices here and really small portions. Nothing worse than trying to remove raw egg from your breakfast roll and still being hurgry after your 6.50 breakfast. Would not recommend

Fries were greasy burger was the worst I’ve ever had and paid 11.50 including a small piece of cake standards are slipping won’t go there again so disappointed as had great food before

Was in the area and wanted to support a local business at lunch time rather than a chain cafe/restaurant. I knew of the place so popped it into the sat nav and off we went. We had the beef dinner and a latte each. The dinner did not disappoint! Generous helpings of everything and utterly delicious. Would go back if in the area again.

Came out looking for a breakfast van and was disappointed not to find one. But then I found Front Row Food and it was better than I could have hoped for on a van. Good clean good, reasonable prices and friendly, welcoming staff!

The festive special sounded stunning, but in reality triple cooked chips were hard, small portion, could barely find any turkey, tasteless and stupidly over priced at £7.50 , first visit wouldn't go again.

Foul food bin right next to the door smell was horrific !!

Had lunch at the Heritage Center Blaenavon today and it was lovely. Very busy. Lots of walkers and fitness groups. Lunch coffee great meal.

Lovely little gem and fair prices for delicious food. Definitely get the triple cooked chips!

Didn't have good due to overall confusion about food order. So disappointing visit 😔 such a shame .

Any orders you need to ring a week in advance lmao.. Twice in 2 weeks I rang at 11.45 ordering breakfast to be picked up at 12.30. 1st week of ringing order it was ready at 12.45. Today not even started to cook it at 12.35. For the people with half an hour lunch AVOID your dinner will be over before you even get you lunch. Should not give attitude you can only do what you can. Employ more staff as I wont be coming back ever again

The food was prepared while we waited. Tasty and fresh. Cooked exactly right. We've eaten in and had takeaway meal from here this week. Excellent value for money. Efficient friendly, helpful staff.

Called in for food today, whilst out and about with work. Wasn't sure what to have so went for something quick, which was sausage, egg & chips. The triple cooked chips were amazing fairplay, get yourselfs down there and enjoy, highly recommended. 10/10

Lovely veggie burger and home made chips

Took an hour to be delivered, coffee was watery the big ponty was not big enough for the price soggy toast. Was not worth £6.

Lovely food staff were very friendly and the cafe is first class some great memorably certainly recommend a visit.

The last year I've been going for food pretty regularly at Front Row Food. The food is always freshly cooked and always tastes amazing. I'm a slimming world member and it's amazing to have a cafe in the area who caters for those of us watching what we eat! The skinny scrum half breakfast or an omelette and salad for lunch. John also does jacket potatoes too! And just recently he's added pasta pots and overnight oats to his list of healthy meals! Oh and believe me his chips are amazing but it's the cheesecakes that are to die for! I'm not a cheesecake fan but I could easily eat John's they're out of this world amazing.

Another lunchtime special tried. Totally awesome. What genius came up with a roast dinner in a Yorkshire pud wrap? Someone with a sweet tooth homemade orange whirl cheesecake was the icing on the cake. Too top it off a latte with a dragon on top and amazing friendly service. PERFECTION!

Just a humble little cafe, but they do the job really well. Nice people serving up good, fresh food in generous portions, and at good prices. Absolutely nothing to object to. If all you're after is a bacon sandwich and a coffee, you can't fault it.

This is a great informal family run cafe offering good value food! There's a large selection of food from paninis and freshly prepared sandwiches to the 'full Ponty' all day breakfast, which I had. They also have a daily special hot meal. The cafe is rugby themed with memorabilia on the walls, and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Would highly recommend!
