The pancake bites were very very tasty and the burger was very nice but in the chicken burger there was a bit of chicken that was a bit off I don't know how to describe it but it was more chewy than it should have been with otherwise delicious

This is the best fish and chip shop for miles around. Been there many times and have never had a bad meal. Food is always fresh and tasty with plenty of it, shop is spotless and the staff always friendly and helpful.

Metalheads should know this place. The listed building has seen many local bands, and everyone cuts thier teeth here. Tony, the residents psycho, is fantasic, the place has barely changed in 30 Years (probably more) and Nothing is on tap. The Self-Policing heavy metal community has a sense of chivalry that is lost in the wider community and everyone feels safe.

1st time trying lovely visit and the food was 100%

Amazing food and pleasant friendly staff. Always a no brainer. I wish the chairs didn't make so much noise when people drag them across the floor. That would make it a little sound sensory friendly. I'm talking from an autistic point of view. Other than that can't fault it. Love the Sunday lunches. Quality food and lovely presentation. Service with a smile makes all the difference. No crappy radio playing. Melodic tunes which are not overwhelming playing and no loud invasive radio adverts. It's as close as I'm going to get to an autistic friendly cafe.

What a delight to discover this place by chance! So refreshing to have a good selection of gluten-free options, both sweet and savoury - thank you! Lovely atmosphere and much bigger than it looks from the outside, with more space further back and to the side as well as a delightful little garden. Only downside was having to pay 50p extra fro soya/oat milk - but still couldn't go down to 4 stars as everything else was so good.

Delicious and reasonably priced Thai food. Very friendly staff and efficient service. The Green curry was warming and wonderful.

Been a few times - my Asian wife rates it very highly (she takes some pleasing with Asian food!). They do get a bit confused sometimes but always friendly and a mellow cafe vibe means it's no bother. Just simple furnishings and good Asian food. Worth it.

Decided to have a breakfast, service was a bit slow food was hot but bacon and egg was a bit over done, price was reasonable but for the money I’ve had better elsewhere. Staff were friendly and helpful, establishment was clean but dated the chairs need to be replaced as didn’t seem too safe. For my visit there was nothing really special here and I would be unlikely to return.

Visited with my husband and newborn baby and had delicious food and fab service. Really recommend the chilli - it was so good!
