Orchard Coffeebar & Bistro in Neath Port Talbot

we waited quite a while for food , we didn't realise the cafe was based in neath baring in mind we are near Swansea city centre so was shocked that they offer to deliver this far , our order seemed to be delayed by a while and by this point we no longer wanted the food, the restaurant contacted us and explained they can't cancel it but only just eat can cancel it which is a first. hours have gone by the order has been marked delivered yet no refund? 9am ish order was placed

ordered the large breakfast so delious and piping hot my first order fron here and certainly won't be the last .

I have to say, I was very Inpressed. Top quality, plenty, fresh and hot. To be honest. I didn't think I could eat It all, but.....I managed. Lol. Definitely value for money. The delivery driver was really friendly and chirpy, too. Yum. Thanx guys. Xx

ordered the festive dinner and dessert for £25.. was expecting alot more for the price. wouldn't pay more than £15/18 for what was recieved

looked like the burger had been dropped or wiped on the floor before they sent it to me.

By the time my order got to me it was cold the driver was shouting asking me where I am then when he arrived he was very rude raising his voice and pointing his finger at me this what waste of money

Disappointed on this occasion. I paid for extra breakfast items, which I did not receive. The butter sachets were on top of toast, so had turned to liquid. The breakfast itself needed warming up. I am a regular customer, but was not happy with this order, sadly

What a wonderful place to have a breakfast & they serve other meals that are freshly made for you so it’s nice fresh & hot. We walked in & didn’t realise they were ready to close but they accommodated us & made us a fresh breakfast & toasty which was delicious. They are absolutely great & so friendly. Really lovely people aswell. Highly recommended plus they do Deliveries & Sunday roast. Had a few roast & they have been good

I had inadvertently sent my order to the next town where there is similar first line. Thanks to the staff in Orchard who sorted it all out. I've checked my address in my account and it is correct.I just don't understand how this happened. So thanks

My food was delayed 2 times and when it came it come in grease full drowning at the bottom I order the other day and was perfect this time nope it was bad fuming

This was one of nicest roast deliveries we have had. It all tasted homemade and fresh. If i had to say anything, i would have liked the option to have extras (roasties/yorkshires) and the gravy to be seperate. Thats just a personal preference though

Ordered a cheesecake which was placed in with hot food and was melted upon arrival and food was not up to usual standard

Toast was soggy and wet and hash browns where soggy and wet looks like dog food , wouldn’t even feed it to my dog , obviously the delivery driver is taking to many orders at once , terrible service

Quality of the food keeps us coming back time and time again, if they get anything wrong a phone call is all you need and they'll either replace the item they've forgotten to put in next time you order or you can request a similar priced item, both the lady and the gentleman have been polite and friendly when I've called and only had to call twice in the 40-50 times I've ordered from them in the last year or 2. Totally recommend them even when their late it's worth the wait.

Shocking, no1 answered the phone at the restaurant to update us, were now late to where we need to be, ordered at 11am, food arrived at 12.45 a absolute joke

Food and drinks were good as always, the only issue was it was delivered late.

First time here today with my little sidekick. The food was good and the lady serving was lovely. Really couldn't be more helpful. Food was prompt and hot. Small breakfast was £6.90 which I feel is steep, but it's the same everywhere at the moment. Possibly our new morning pre-school date spot. A few regulars swinging past to pick up coffee and teas to go. The dining area was spotless, and at around opening time, it was nice and quiet. Menu is all sign written for the special of the day as a Yorkshire Pudding filled with chicken beef or sausage. Sounds lovely! Definitely a return 5 Stars 🌟

food took two hours to arrive and when it did food was freezing cold, the bread of the toasty was burnt but the cheese hadn’t melted

Jacket potatoes were a bit of a let down, a lot of blackening to the insides and very dry. Bacon sandwich was nice, sausage sandwich was also nice. Always had breakfasts before which are always really nice. Think we shall stick to those.

Generally OK. more of a preference thing but the bacon was way over done, potatoes were under, hash was damp. Eggs, mushroom and BP were fine as were the sausages.

food was quite cold, portion of sauteed potatoes very small on breakfast, and only 3 out of 4 breakfasts had toast.

Roasters could do with being crispy But I'm picky

This is a great cafe with a good selection of meals at decent prices. The staff are extremely friendly and attentive, and the food is great, particularly for kids.

Had take away beef dinner. It was beautiful and worth every penny. Big servings.

Fab, well established café. Tasty meals (in pics: A cooked dinner with 3 veggie sausages plus a cheese omelette & chips with a side salad). Polite, friendly and accommodating staff. Relaxing atmosphere.

Soggy toast, 1 missing beans. Should be separate pots to stop soggy sausages and bacon. Sautéed potatoes no colour, hard and cold. Hash browns very soggy.

We have had a number of meals delivered for Sunday lunch and always been extremely satisfied. However, this week we were disappointed, the roast potatoes were inedible, having been cooked to a cinder almost.

First time here won't be the last fabulous food and the staff are very good

Very disappointing experience here today. Ordered 4 meals (including a child's meal). After 35 minutes I ask how much longer we would have to wait. They hadn't even started cooking our food at that point and it would be another 15-20 mins, excuse being that they were busy. Including us, there were 4 tables occupied, 2 of which came in after us, so if that is busy I dread to think how long we would have to wait if all tables were full. Left without eating.

Payed for extra roast potatoes but only got 1 ? Gravy was very powdery
