A lovely pot of tea in the best cafe in Neath this morning. Welcomed in by the host and tea served with a smile and a chat. Used this cafe for many years and would thoroughly recommend it for food and refreshments. A real community atmosphere.

A very warm & welcoming place to eat. Very friendly staff and the owner is always happy to go that extra mile with anything. Whenever I’m in Neath this is my reliable place to go for a great meal and one step further service.

Beautiful breakfast. Got the biggest one..everything was hot and lovely.Wasstuffed afterwards. Delivery was exactly as advertised (live just outside of Swansea centre) and driver was very polite. Would definitely get again. Thanks.

First time visiting with my son and I suffer with anxiety going it I new places but felt welcome soon as we walked in , the food is lovely and just enough the plates are not over filled . Will definitely be returning

Food in this cafe is beyond what it should be! The level of service is incredible nothing is ever to difficult. The Food is a reasonable amount and at a fair price whether it be dining inside or takeaway food is always delivered as it should be and the atmosphere within the business is very polite. Staff inside are really friendly and the delivery drivers are efficient at getting food to the customers on time! Highly recommend coming here.

Definitely worth the wait! Best beef dinner I’ve ordered out in a very long time and the beef fell apart in my mouth🤤 my daughter tried her very first burger and enjoyed it very much, steak was looked beautiful. Very impressed and will most definitely be ordering again

Breakfast was great as usual hence a 3 but the Sunday dinner was pretty awful apart from the meat. Gravy too watery and veg not great trying to use the whole plant is a good thing but I have limits as not a cow or other herbivore. I could go on but I won't as I love their breakfast

Have been waiting since before 1pm for my order and I spent £37 to be ignored when I’m phoning to see where the driver is, fuming.

we waited quite a while for food , we didn't realise the cafe was based in neath baring in mind we are near Swansea city centre so was shocked that they offer to deliver this far , our order seemed to be delayed by a while and by this point we no longer wanted the food, the restaurant contacted us and explained they can't cancel it but only just eat can cancel it which is a first. hours have gone by the order has been marked delivered yet no refund? 9am ish order was placed

I have to say, I was very Inpressed. Top quality, plenty, fresh and hot. To be honest. I didn't think I could eat It all, but.....I managed. Lol. Definitely value for money. The delivery driver was really friendly and chirpy, too. Yum. Thanx guys. Xx

By the time my order got to me it was cold the driver was shouting asking me where I am then when he arrived he was very rude raising his voice and pointing his finger at me this what waste of money

Disappointed on this occasion. I paid for extra breakfast items, which I did not receive. The butter sachets were on top of toast, so had turned to liquid. The breakfast itself needed warming up. I am a regular customer, but was not happy with this order, sadly

What a wonderful place to have a breakfast & they serve other meals that are freshly made for you so it’s nice fresh & hot. We walked in & didn’t realise they were ready to close but they accommodated us & made us a fresh breakfast & toasty which was delicious. They are absolutely great & so friendly. Really lovely people aswell. Highly recommended plus they do Deliveries & Sunday roast. Had a few roast & they have been good

I had inadvertently sent my order to the next town where there is similar first line. Thanks to the staff in Orchard who sorted it all out. I've checked my address in my account and it is correct.I just don't understand how this happened. So thanks

My food was delayed 2 times and when it came it come in grease full drowning at the bottom I order the other day and was perfect this time nope it was bad fuming

This was one of nicest roast deliveries we have had. It all tasted homemade and fresh. If i had to say anything, i would have liked the option to have extras (roasties/yorkshires) and the gravy to be seperate. Thats just a personal preference though

Ordered a cheesecake which was placed in with hot food and was melted upon arrival and food was not up to usual standard

Toast was soggy and wet and hash browns where soggy and wet looks like dog food , wouldn’t even feed it to my dog , obviously the delivery driver is taking to many orders at once , terrible service

Quality of the food keeps us coming back time and time again, if they get anything wrong a phone call is all you need and they'll either replace the item they've forgotten to put in next time you order or you can request a similar priced item, both the lady and the gentleman have been polite and friendly when I've called and only had to call twice in the 40-50 times I've ordered from them in the last year or 2. Totally recommend them even when their late it's worth the wait.

Shocking, no1 answered the phone at the restaurant to update us, were now late to where we need to be, ordered at 11am, food arrived at 12.45 a absolute joke

Food and drinks were good as always, the only issue was it was delivered late.

First time here today with my little sidekick. The food was good and the lady serving was lovely. Really couldn't be more helpful. Food was prompt and hot. Small breakfast was £6.90 which I feel is steep, but it's the same everywhere at the moment. Possibly our new morning pre-school date spot. A few regulars swinging past to pick up coffee and teas to go. The dining area was spotless, and at around opening time, it was nice and quiet. Menu is all sign written for the special of the day as a Yorkshire Pudding filled with chicken beef or sausage. Sounds lovely! Definitely a return 5 Stars 🌟
