Amazing food and atmosphere highly recommend if you like an Indian.

Loved the food and l8cation by the beach gives great views if by the window. Food was very tasty and plentiful. Staff were attentive but not interfering.

I tried the buffet here, and while the atmosphere was the only thing I genuinely liked, the food did not meet my expectations, especially considering the reviews. The entire meal was overly sweet instead of spicy, which made it feel far from authentic. Overall, I was quite disappointed.

First time here tonight and it was lovely. Thr potions are massive and the food was tasty 😋. The service was really good and staff were prompt once you've finished your courses. Would definitely recommend and will be back. To note, you put your car registration in once you go inside, you don't need to pay on the app as per the signs.

I had the food first time from this place. The food was really super amazing specially the beef kalai. And the important ℹ got the papal, Raita, salad for free. I have never seen any restaurant my self that they are giving free condiments. Overall my experience was fabulous. I will come tomorrow again. 🙏❤️

Wow, wonderful find! Firstly, great gluten free choices....not easy in the area. Secondly, seated in quiet area at our request due to chemo..much appreciated. Food was amazing. Cauliflower beautifully presented and piquant, Chicken beetroot korma similarly tasty and lentils added a moist texture. Oh, and Indian ice cream even passed husband's test as 'doesn't like sweets' The staff were friendly, professional and clearly dedicated to their business and customers. So a 'quick bite to eat' when my appetite is off-par turned into a meal to savour. Thank you so much

Some of the best Indian food we've ever had. Ordered loads of things including the karahi ghosht and beef palak paneer everything was delicious. Service was extremely quick. Staff were really polite 100% would recommend to absolutely anyone and everyone. Dietary requirements suitable for everyone too. Value for money. Get the Puri starter with beef 10/10.

2 of us went to the all you can eat buffettsunday the 4th August 2024. You get a free poppadom each. They were nice and fresh. The rest was disgusting. The food wasn't fresh. It had been sitting there a while. I would never recommend this place.

Went here last night and had a lovely time. The views from the restaurant were absolutely stunning, it was golden hour and throughout our date the colours of the sky just kept getting better and better. The food was lovely, It isn't quite my top 3 but top 5 around here for sure. The staff were so welcoming and caring, making sure we had the best experience.

Lovely Indian restaurant, highly recommend the buffet. Food is great and quality.

This place is very highly rated which indicates that the food is good. However, three of the dishes we ordered had chicken that was dry, sauce that was incredibly oily/watery so much so that we had to soak it up using tissue, and overall it had no taste. All of it was very bland to the point where the poppadoms had more flavour, and I wish I was joking. The rice also came in pretty small portions for the price.

Had Sunday lunch buffet -- food was very mediocre but suppose for the price can't expect anything great!!

Based on my first visit, the food was great and a lovely setting down on Aberavon Beach! One issue we had which took it down from a 5 star for me was the wait. We were waiting over 45 minutes for our mains after our starters. The staff were pointing at our table a few times, which ensured me that they were aware and on the case. However, we did not have any apology for the time we had to wait. This was our first visit, and I have heard amazing things, so I am assuming this was just a one-off. Update based on second visit. I am not sure I will return after tonight ... The service was a letdown as we did not feel entirely welcome, and this time the food was just OK, as the chicken was so dry in every dish, which was a shame.

Went to an event held at Cinnamon Kitchen this week, with around 40 attendees. Staff worked incredibly hard to ensure food was out promptly to all and were very attentive throughout. The food was lovely, good portions and value. Nice to see them supporting local charities as well 👏

I didn't mind the place till about 7 months back till myself and a mate got accused by a member of staff of leaving a mess which had nothing to do with us as the mess was there before we went in, without being disgusting the toilets were in the state when we arrived and then we got accused for the state. Seems like the staff like to point the finger, how about check to make sure the toilets are up to standard and not blocked when customers arrive rather then blame customers for the mess when when clearly it wasn't our fault and my mate reported the mess by the way. Oh yes as result I wouldn't want to come back, rude staff and I have noticed food started to go down hill a bit, shame as it used to be nice. Oh well lose a customer, gain another then lose another thats how it is.

The food was great. They even had gluten-free curry. The four of us had all different curries and side dishes. They also do a buffet. They only sell none alcohol free beer. The service was very good very helpful. You have to inform them about your car so you can get free parking.

Fully recommend @cinnamenkitchen. Delivery charge, fresh produce, hot when arrived, plenty of portions. Extras left. Takes cash and card. Very polite delivery person. Very fast delivery for me. Can pick up and sit in. Plenty of parking spaces. Will be recommending and ordering again. Excellent service once again Cinnamon Kitchen Pre Ordered in the day for delivery tonight as it's NYE. feeds 3 of us and plenty of food. Arrived 10 minutes after delivery time opened. Enjoyed our meal here. Good menu . Food was served hot and tasty. They don't serve alcohol so you can BYOB no corkage charge. Also they don't add service charge.

My wife and I love Cinnamon. A lovely favourite with fine cuisine and friendly staff. The sign of a great restaurant is that its always packed and if this is a criticism, I can also think of no higher compliment. As a T Totaller, I appreciate the fine range of non-alcohol beers.. for those of you who like a drink, you have to bring your own bottle. A fantastic place.

Food took ages again,arrived luke warm and chips undercooked, this is the 2nd time this has happened now ,this used to be our fav indian but its gone right down hill won't be ordering again will go elsewhere, shame really

What a fantastic place for food. Didn't take pictures because we were so busy eating and enjoying, 20 customers for a birthday and they did amazing. No food was bad. Service 10/10, food 10/10, Will be be going back.

This team know what they're doing. The food was really good and the service was good. It does not feel like the restaurant is more than a couple of years old - really clean, tidy and in a great state of decoration and repair. Well done! Good parking right outside - always a bonus. It was calm and comfortable on our early Saturday evening - no loud parties making us have to raise our voices. Negatives? No, not really. Even betters? Well, perhaps some minor twists on familiar menu dishes? Perhaps new weekly temptations from the Indian sub-continent? But I am being picky! Another plus - there's no alcohol licence so you can bring your own (non-spirit) drinks. I'm looking forward to going back for next time...

Food (Sunday Set Menu) was delicious. Various choices from the set menu and at a great value for money (less than £12 for a starter of a poppadom/chutney/chopped onion/mint yogurt, a main dish, a choice of sauce for the main, plus a side dish.

Certainly not Indian. Most dishes are bland and tasteless.

First visit to the Cinnamon Kitchen and it was decent. Food was plentiful and cooked well. The staff were polite and knowledgeable. The menu choices were good and staff were happy to advise on recommendations. Another positive was that there were plenty of parking spaces to choose from. A negative for me was the noise it got really quite loud to the point it was difficult to hear your own conversation on our table. Overall though a decent evening and I would probably go back.

The Cinnamon Kitchen is improving! Ive been here twice recently. Once with a large group of friends and once in a small group and on both occasions the food was really really good. Certainly better than when I went and left my last review. The staff were polite and when the bill came I was pleasantly suprised with the cost. Especially in the current economic situation I think the Cinnamon kitchen represents very good value. Well done to the owner and staff. Keep up the good work!!

First time visiting cinnamon kitchen in Port Talbot best Indian restaurant I have ever been to made me and my parents so well coming 100% be back. Staff are super friendly and give an amazing welcome.

A gorgeous place to visit and eat Indian cuisine. Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff with a great range of food options on the menu. An absolute bargain too..its bring your own alcohol which is handy, and a range of non alcoholic beverages available. Brilliant place for dates, small groups and they can cater for larger groups and gatherings.

My experience with cinnamon kitc hen is average. I don't understand why they are adding so much food color to the meet. As an I Indian, I would say the food is an average taste. The main issue Infound that they are adding so much of food color.

Cracking curry, bring your own beer as well, texaco garage just up the road.

Had the Sunday buffet - really poor. Great staff but poor food, really disappointed.

If I can give it 0 or negative stars I would give it. One of the worst restaurants for customer service. Do not go there if you can. We were late by 15 mins, there were 7 of us but the gentleman was so rude! The restaurant was not at all busy. Even if it was busy there is a way to treat people. People in hospitality trade should learn to be courteous with proper manners. Horrified!

Very disappointed today ! No alcohol fair enough , but Flat coke ! Sizzle chicken not good , stale pickles with pompadoms , buffet starter was cold ! Rest of buffet was ok , I vote with my feet , I don t complain , I just don t go back ! A pity because we ve enjoyed the meals over the years .

A very disappointing buffet tonight!! The starters were onion Bhajis, tikka chicken and samosas. All cold, tough and hard. The curry options were Madras, korma and Tikka massala. The Korma barely had chicken and the Tikka had none at all. The chips looked like they had been there all day. If it wasn't for the good service this would have been a 1 star.

No lamb pasanda on menu !!! Lamb tikka...but no other lamb dish available !! Very nice otherwise. Tasty.

We went on a Sunday evening and chose the buffet menu. Usual starters, onion Baji, spring roll type of thing, couple of other bits. Mains, chicken tikka, korma and a hotter one. Rice, chips, naan bread, few other things. Can still order off the main menu. They do not have an alcohol license but you can take your own. Worth popping in. Staff are attentive and pleasant

Just left Cinnamon Kitchen after attending a birthday meal. We were a group of 10 people and I have to say every meal was delicious. The service was outstanding, nothing to much trouble. Well done and thank you 🙏

We went to the restuarant as a family of four at 6:00pm. At some point, we ordered 2 naans with our curry. Later on, we asked for one more naan, they gave it. But when we asked for a fourth one, the chef refused to make it. Along with that, there was zero flavour in the butter chicken and prawn curry.

Very poor food again the chicken mix of undercooked and overcooked. The chicken tika masala very watery and very little taste this is has gone down hill since last September used to be fantastic but poor now let me down too many times for them to keep a loyal customer.staff are very friendly but food is just terrible 😢 also they forgot the tastiest thing on the menu the Mango Chutney 🥭 😢

As always, first class service from helpful experienced staff. And the food also first class, first time for me to have a sunday buffet there. But the food was great and as a vegetarian there was plenty of choice. Great place.

Walked in at 16.50 on a Sunday evening, twelve people dinning and at least 20 free tables, we were greeted and ask have you booked, no we replied well can you sit in the bar for 10 minutes, yes no problem we replied, 15 minutes later no movement, we asked why and were told I am busy doing this, I pointed out the restaurant was empty he just replied I'm busy, rude and obviously not happy in his work
