Waffle Town & Cafe in Neath Port Talbot

An hour and 30 minutes later.... food arrived. Smaller portions than they used to be. Disappointed. Wish they would just cancel the order if they can't deliver within times stated or don't have a driver. They moved the delivery time FOUR times. Poor.

Order did not show through just eat, and waffle Town had no care at all. No offer to chase up the order or to send another. Terrible never happens ordering from a proper organization like dominos

Apparently terrible, waffle town was disgusting the driver just drove off with my order just before he was too thick to follow a map and they didn’t even care! plus just eat hasn’t even given me a refund!!

First time visiting here. Its a cosy place and the staff were lovely. I visited with family and we all had the waffles 🧇. All freshly cooked while we were there. I highly recommend a visit.

My daughter has a bubble waffle every week as a treat. Great taste and good service.

Not sure why pay extra for the sauces when they are already over £9??.There was no toffee sauce on the banoffee waffle.just chocolate and I paid extra for the sauce.The Biscoff one was gorgeous.woyld get the Biscoff one again but not the banoffee as that one was disappointing and no toffee sauce.

Perfect for a quick bite before heading to The Gwyn or shopping in town. Friendly staff and a lovely selection 👌

I had a bacon roll and my daughter had a toastie. Both were lovely then we shared a Strawberry and Hazulnut waffle which was so yummy... we will be back.

Amazing best coffee ever in the UK lived abroad when visiting UK England and Wales never get a good coffee but the one oh yes best coffee in neath

I have been coming to waffle town for quite some time and the owner and staff have never failed to exceed expectations. Brilliant food, brilliant service and the owners are magnanimous people and always happy to engage in conversations when they have the time 😎 I 100% recommend trying waffle town out if you haven’t already.

Couldn't stretch to a waffle, but they looked lovely, did have a coffee and biscoff milkshake which was delicious. Staff were attentive and helpful, even saw the owner give a little girl a free drink which was sweet. Recommended if you're in the area 😊

Lovely breakfast here also the pancakes and waffles are stunning great coffee staff are really nice too.

Had the finest beef burge here that I can remember.. And don't get me started on the chips.. amazing.. the owner and staff are fantastic. If you're in Neath and you like a burger come here. 👍

My family and I came to visit my in-laws this week from Yorkshire, England. We've visited waffle town twice this week, as the waffles are amazing, and the manager is very friendly, and was great with our kids. We plan on coming here again
