Thai Cafe in Neath Port Talbot

Delicious and reasonably priced Thai food. Very friendly staff and efficient service. The Green curry was warming and wonderful.

Had lunch here again today and yet again can’t fault the food we both had different pork dishes and the meat was so tender . Rice was perfect as were the staff attentive and cheerful , just what was needed on a gloomy Neath day.

Delicious Thai food and service is second to none. Had many dishes, but my favourite is the Singapore noodles with vegetables and the Massaman. (Spotlessly clean too!)

Went here over the Easter Holiday weekend for lunch after reading reviews online. As the title says, the food was good (we had all Vegetarian), service was quick and was good value.

Met a friend there for lunch yesterday. Extremely good Thai food reasonably priced. Service was quick, staff were helpful and pleasant. Basic surroundings, it is after all in a Market, but the food more than makes up for that. Be aware that authentic Thai food like this has a lot of Chilli in it. They have no licence to sell alcohol, so only soft drinks are available.

This is a great place for a quick lunch. The food is as authentic Thai as you can get, fresh tasting, crunchy where it needs to be, with soft and yielding noodles in probably the best Pad Thai I have tasted. You can pay much more for Thai food in a posh gaff and it cannot better this. It really needs a visit. It is essentially a lunch venue, it's in Neath covered market and closes in the late afternoon.

In Neath again today and headed straight to the Thai Cafe in the indoor market. We love this place as it offers authentic Thai food at very reasonable prices with main courses at £5 each with efficient service and a lot of meals prepared to order.

We are frequent visitors to Neath and always make a bee line for this cafe located inside the indoor market. It is excellent quality food cooked by the friendly Thai ladies there and is really good value at £5 for the main meals and quick service too.

Really good value fast Thai food in the Neath market hall, ample size portions for lunch. Very clean, open plan kitchen. Take-away and eat in, plenty of seating.

This is always our first choice of lunch place when visiting Neath as we always get a friendly welcome and the food is excellent - cooked by genuine Thai chefs. All main dishes are now £5 and you don't have long to wait as some meal choices there are already prepared but if not, they are cooked quickly to order. Today I had Penang Curry and had an egg (50p) on top of the boiled rice as an extra - it was delicious.

First visit. I tried the 'prawn' pad kee mao which was actually king prawn. The dish was fantastic and must have had 20 different ingredients - very spicy! Staff are pleasant but can speak little English. The place is clean. Excellent value for money. I'll be back. My decision to eat at this establishment was informed by the displayed food hygiene rating of 5/5 (Good).

My partner and I visited this place for lunch. Although the staff were friendly the food was really disappointing. The chicken satay was bland and the sauce very watery. Our mains were advertised with chunks of pineapple, however we didn't see any pineapple and again the sauce was very watery. The rice was ok but overall I doubt we will be visiting again.

Visited after frequent previous orders.... had a dead maggot in my food... I can’t even think of eating there again!!!!!

I have been a regular at the Thai cafe on Neath Market since it opened The food is very good and authentic, having sampled all the meals and starters on the menu since they opened it's all delicious One complaint the plates are cold time to invest in a plate warmer I ate there today third time this week it's not a complaint just an observation 😋😋😋
