Had food from here tonight absolutely delicious and brilliant prices will never order from anywhere else again I had the chicken ball special could of fed all of my house 4 of us for only £8.00 even better when it tastes amazing 👏

Never had a bad experience but tonight was something else. Food was soggy and wet after waiting over two hours passed the selected time . Time kept changing on uber so I called them she said it was busy and they only started making it at 8pm didn't arrive until 8.40 then. Won't order again

Ordered the silion steak along with three orthers, second worst steak I've ever had. All steaks were at least 3/4 fat. Peppercorn sauce wasn't good either. Left there hungry and had toast when I got home...

Excellent Sunday lunch. Nothing fancy , just a good old fashioned,home cooked tasty lunch.Best home made gravy I ve tasted .!! We d return 😋😋 We would recommend.

They did well with the place, food was really good the service was amazing staff were friendly and attentive. However, I have noticed that out in the beer garden, which is also a nice touch but when you look into the river there is a lot of oil and contaminants going into our river which we have worked hard on to clean .

We fancied some chips saturday afternoon ( just gone) so we called in to this fish bar and I must say it was lovely to have them from there because as you all know I will only have food from a clean place and a clean building and this was a clean fish bar , plus they cook other take out meals and offer a delivery service so they got the lot going on and still friendly . My hubby had to wait for a fresh lot of chips which happens and they were well worth the short wait. We had a fishcake , pie, chips and a tub if gravy and omg they were absolutely beautiful. The service was great nothing to much for them with a good atmosphere so yes it well worth a stop you guys give it a go because with what we had it will not disappoint you. They gave us a menu leaflet and wow there is lots on there something for everyone so we are going to order something different next time to have a delivery service but I'm sure it will all be great i will come back and let you know how it goes as we live in tredegar and hopefully it will still be hot . DO NOT GO!!!!! Me and my boyfriend went there this evening for his birthday after booking a table. When we turned up all the doors were locked and no lights were on. I tried calling both numbers for the one line to go straight to user busy and the other to voicemail. I left a voicemail and sent a email but have not had any response. I am not sure if something has happened but online it now states “permanently closed” We were not made aware of this and drove half hour to the venue to be completely let down. Luckily we managed to get into a different restaurant but if we couldn’t then his birthday celebrations would have been ruined.

Great little place in the middle of Abertillery. We've had a few meals here and the staff are always pleased to see you and nothing is too much trouble. A wide range of choices for food and drinks. Food is prepared quickly and well presented. The fact that we keep going back tells it all we love the place and it is good value for money.

Delivery guy was great but didnt sent barbecue sauce, instead sent vile sweet and sour sauce. Tried to complain but no one answered the phone, most ended up in bin

A place that has a limited menu that it delivers very well, the food tastes amazing and I get here whenever I am in the neighbourhood.

Visited for Sunday lunch after a trip to the Bevan Stones. Very short menu but our waitress was knowledgeable and helpful. Me and my wife chose the beef and it was excellent. Two very large slices of good quality beef, cooked perfectly. Came with a huge Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, carrots, peas, broccoli and gravy to die for. We didn’t have starters but the puddings were very good and two courses were more than enough. Altogether excellent!

Welcoming coffee shop. Lots of soft drinks. Cheese and potato pie amazing. A local speciality. Similar to Anglesey Eggs without eggs. Wow . Perfect. All on one level apart from one to the toilet A must visit

Arrived at and they had run out of jacket potatoes which was crazy for a bank holiday. Ordered coronation chicken baguette with side salad and crisps. Well I had to search for the chicken and had 2 bits of crisps, side salad was a bit of lettuce slice of tomato no cucumber. Worst meal I have ever had. Couldn’t go back to raise an issue as it was packed and I didn’t want to queue again and gave my coffee go cold. Other people sitting by me ordered the same and their meal looked so much better even the couple said they couldn’t believe theirs to mine. If you are charging over £7 for a baguette then please make it the same as everyone’s. All I can think is the person in the kitchen was tired and just couldn’t be bothered to be working . Normally I give 5/5 but today you get -20 .
