Had food from here tonight absolutely delicious and brilliant prices will never order from anywhere else again I had the chicken ball special could of fed all of my house 4 of us for only £8.00 even better when it tastes amazing 👏

Would highly recommend them as the chips in a fish & Chip shop were the best around. Reasonable prices and good battered sausage and good fish.

They forgot the straws also when food arrived it was cold

Chips were all hard and wasn’t very nice at all had to go in the bin

chips was off colour,you could tell by the colour they were rewarmed from hours ago and tasted like grease.

Said "ordered delivered" and never arrived.

I ordered a 1/2 pounder chicken burger but on got a 1/4 but payed for the 1/2 ponder

Always been excellent but tonight the chips were terrible. Funny tasting and the texture of being warmed up.

Chicken curry rice and chips tasted and smelt perfume-y. Chicken did not taste like chicken and didn't look like it just square bits of meat that were hard to tell from the chips. The sauce covered everything so I couldn't have any of it. Large portion but after a few bites it's in the bin. The chicken wrap was OK but I had a bad taste in my mouth.

They rang to say that they didn’t have a corned beef pasty and would I like something else instead. So I chose a pie but they didn’t put it in the order! But the rest of the items that were delivered were lovely.

Called in yesterday for bag of chips. The service was friendly, even allowed me to bring the dog in while I ordered. The chips were very tasty. Highly recommended

Whilst the food was lovely, 2 cans of coke were missing. Called the shop and the man was very helpful, said that the cans were in a bag and would send the driver back. Driver came back with 1 can, not in a bag, and the other still missing. I gave up at this point. Shame, lovely food, let down by the delivery driver

Not sure if it’s a ‘just eat’ app issue but, I ordered a chicken burger but had no option for toppings, i.e salad, mayo etc. so assumed it’s standard. I received a chicken burger in a dry bun? Very disappointed 😕

Delivery girl was so pleasant, really efficient and called to ask if it would be ok to deliver 10 mins early. Excellent value meal - cod bites are literally a whole fillet of fish! Plenty of chips too. This meal actually serves us for 3 meals. Best I've ever tasted and we rarely order food in or eat food out. These are the only exception. Da iawn Conti.

Food out of this world as always

Burgers was really dry and bland, chips, onion rings and potato fritters soggy! Chinese curry sauce was awful, it had a funny tang to it, I’m never ordering from here again!! May as well had put £27 down the drain!! Do not recommend!

The meal arrived nice hot and tasty, could not fault it.

Selected vinegar when choosing item as would only allow salt or vinegar, not both, added note requesting salt and vinegar and it’s arrived with neither. Delivery took ages too.

Best fish and chips I’ve tasted for a long long time, very polite, will definitely buy here again..

First time ordering from here and was really disappointed. We ordered a share box with 2 burgers, large sausage, 2 cod bites and chips with irish. We also ordered a chicken curry with rice and 5 jalapeño bites. The sausage was very pale and not very hot so we were scepticle as to if it was even cooked. 2 burgers were bland. Cod bites also bland with soggy batter. It doesn't taste like they put any salt in the batter. Jalapeño bites for some reason were really sweet and left a taste in your mouth. Now for the chicken curry. It had no flavour. Chicken bites taste like unseasonal frozen diced chicken boiled in water. The rice had on odd flavour to it to but the chips were OK. Just a little disappointing and feel like we wasted good money because we didn't actually eat anything after the first couple of bites of each thing. Once we tasted it we didnt eat any more because it was so bland or simply not good.

Pale undercooked tasteless chips, we left most of them- dry tasteless burger (weird colour). Chicken breasts nice enough, delivery person couldn’t raise a smile when I answered the door- really miss good quality food and miss decent customer service, won’t use this place again.

Was a bit disappointed with the order. Usually the food is beautiful from here, but past few times I’ve noticed the quality has gone down hill. Was slightly late but was quite cold when arrived. So much grease that the batter on the fritters and chicken balls were soggy. The chips were also covered in grease and soggy. The gravy was lovely as always, but it was just so greasy and soggy it made me feel a bit unwell afterwards.

Absolutely great very generous medium portion of battered Cod with plenty of chips for 2 people battered sausage Crispy overall very good value for money would highly recommend this chipshop to all ( you won't be disappointed )

There wasn't much taste. The batter was soggy and fish dry. The chips were warm at best. Battered sausage was okay and the curry sauce was powdery

Old timey fish shop, enjoyable every time

Ordered food from here a few times and it was nice, had food a little while ago on national fish and chip day and it was awful, I thought they were just having a busy day, so I ordered food this evening and there was food missing from the order, they had to come back over with the other item, everything had gone cold by the time it arrived so it all went in the bin, total waste of money for a second time. If someone cannot do something simple like cook good food and get it out then its time to hang up the apron and stop taking people's money.
