Cafe 8 & Burger Boys Gwent in Blaenau Gwent

Never had a bad experience but tonight was something else. Food was soggy and wet after waiting over two hours passed the selected time . Time kept changing on uber so I called them she said it was busy and they only started making it at 8pm didn't arrive until 8.40 then. Won't order again

Waited nearly 2 hours, made 2 phone calls to find out what's going on, told the first time will be about 25-30 mins, rang back up 40 minutes later to find it wasn't even ready, everytime I have ordered from here it takes hours to arrive, this will be the last time I ever order from burger boys, ruined the night ended up having to cook at 10pm in the middle of a movie, slow laxy daisy terrible service 👎

Food was okay but was not hot by the time we got home which is 5 minutes away so that was a dissapointment loaded fries were soggy and they added items to my burger which i did not ask for lucky im not allergic to onions or there would of been major consequences. I dunno how they even advertise milkshakes nesquik with a bit of cream on the top i would say it is slightly overpriced for what you get.

Probably the best take-out burger I've ever had these guys know what they are doing.

Went here for food for a collection, arrived on time and we waited 40 minutes… didn’t have stuff in stock so staff were back and forth to the shop next door… food was cold and ordered buffalo bites, didn’t tell us and gave us a box of battered nuggets instead ( a family member can’t have batter so it was disappointing really) no one on front desk and no manager In store… staff were rude, over all not a very pleasant experience

Ordered a takeaway away , the food was delicious, my partner is celiac so they made a lettuce wrap for her burger , they couldn't be more helpful. Food was with us within 30 mins from phoning , definitely be using them again 5*

Nice and friendly place and staff!

I purchased a Big Belly Buster Breakfast and a Chicken, Tomato and Cheese Pesto panini. The hash browns on the breakfast were absolutely perfect. The sausages were perfectly seasoned, and tasted astronomical, the bacon was delicious, the eggs were a little less done than I make at home, however still tasted delicious! The panini was absolutely gorgeous also! Highly recommend ordering from this place!

Had food delivered, delivery guy said it had been waiting a while and apologised, but no need to. Was still hot enough and delicious. Will be ordering again

That was dirty, but in a good way 😏. Both the burgers and the loaded fries were great. Looking forward to trying what else they have to offer.

I had the terminator burger and chilli fries and my wife had the basic burger with signature sauce and chicken fries The best burger I’ve ever had !!!!

Came away for my birthday weekend decided to try here with the good reviews. So was expecting good things unfortunately found the burgers to be bland and dry, hardly any sauce on it, asked for pickles on my daughters burger she has autism and burgers have to have pickles on them they said it was fine got back to our accommodation to find no pickles. Nothing above average. While we was waiting they had forgot another customers drinks, lady at the counter didn't seem to know the menu well at all.

Not sure yet have never tried the food but people have said it's good value for money
