Ha sido un habitual aquí desde que abrió. Lamentablemente ha ido cuesta abajo a lo grande. Me tomé un desayuno y un café. El café servido luego informó al cocinero que había mordido y no debería tardar mucho. 20 minutos de espera antes de que el cocinero apareciera agarrando una bolsa Lidl con suministros. Finalmente se sirvió un rollo de tocino graso (café ahora terminado) después de una espera de 30 minutos. Tristemente siento que este lugar ha perdido el rumbo. ¡La comida es claramente promedio e injusta para esperar que el personal del sábado explique a los clientes que el cocinero no está en la cocina! No se apresurará a regresar, especialmente cuando tenga la elección de lugares en la carretera de Perth.

A very cute and well-kept hotel, new and very nice bathroom, good beds, breakfast good typical British and Continental breakfast… Great location, very short distances to the Old Course, pubs, center

The food here was lovely, and we weren't hurried at all. The staff were very obliging, and the pea soup was so good.

Panzerotti were delicious.get the fried one not the baked one.perfectly placed over from the Loch.dog friendly heated sheds to sit in outside of main restaurant.

Great little bar, Food is amazing, staff are brilliant. It's got a real community feeling when entering. Top tip if looking for food. Book early. It's always busy.

It seems to have had it’s time in the sun . 2016 -19 . Then I don’t know maybe there have been significant management changes and obviously the personal have changed . Now you get served by brats speaking American English and taking glee in conveying how many greedy price increases they have made . There used to be many friendly staff . The price quality ratio was fair . No longer do they offer tables to sit in . It sums up the hostile changes . I think the only people who will no keep going are Gaurdian readers who just go for the social status kudos . I bought a morning pastery being told it was fresh it tasted stale and worse then any supermarket one. I’m glad it cost three pounds only other products were ridiculously more expensive.

Great team providing a quality service, stayed for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. Nice menu and all prepared and presented nicely, all our group commented on how good the food is. Langholm is a nice friendly town and well worth a visit.

Been here a few times, it’s always had long waiting times but the place is a shambles. About 8 members of staff and no structure, they all do a bit of everything but don’t actually finish anything. Lack of control or structure leads to delays. Arrived and no order taken after the 20 p mins. Table next to us even said they’re before us. We then get one drink but had to ask for my coffee twice. The lady apologies, starts making it and wanders off again. Food comes, baked potato dry and table next to us said the same. We had to ask two seperate waitresses for condiments. Sat waiting to eat our meal. Table next to us get theirs and the waitress drops half their chips on the table and walks off. No replacement or apology. Then go to pay and stand with again no apology for the wait whilst 3 of them around the till. Showing a girl how to use it but 3 of you! Will not be back!!?

I really can't fault anything after our visit. The food was fantastic, the staff were attentive, friendly, the atmosphere was great, live music too. Loved it

We had our friends visiting from Luxembourg and again they asked to get dinner from Saffron! we all have dietary restrictions but we all managed to find dishes we could eat! Clean plates all round and we all loved the taste and quality of the dishes! We would recommend Saffron 100% and again 10/10 for taste and quality
