We ended up picking our order up due to waiting time

there's been a strange taste on the panini every order

food is good and always on time and still hot by the time it arrives! amazing

Never ended up getting the order, made a mistake with the location of where I ordered, notified them and told nothing I could do

food was freezing when arrived. waited over an hour and the baked potato didn't even have beans on it which we requested. I'm looking for a full refund

2 hours late told it had left and would be 5 mins. 40 mins later still nothing, phoned again to be told he was seconds away then infact that aparently i asked for money back so food hadnt left

ordered at 8.30 never showed till 10... was stone cold 🥶 and I'm literally 5 mins away... for the price I paid I could have walked to their shop and been home...with a HOT meal... Will not try again!

Quite a long wait for food but that was confirmed at the time of order so can't complain. Food was nice & fresh & wrapped up really well. Nice wee hangover cure.

If you take the 2 slice of cake out how can you charge £22.30 for 2 small average wraps & nearly £5 for large chips & it was the portion size of a small McDonald’s fries it was disgusting the portion size I was given it wasn’t even a child portion altogether paying nearly £30 for 2 wraps 2 slice of dry cake & 1 small tiny portion of chips please avoid this place NOW only decent thing was the delivery driver

The cake wasn’t worth £3 at all for a slice like that it fell apart into the box and the tiny kids meal for 5 pound was just soggy soft mush

Really disappointed. Can deal with waiting almost two hours for food, but not when the food arrives looking and tasting like it was cooked almost two hours ago and left to sit while waiting on a delivery driver.

Diabolical food, asked for no beans- got them. Sausage brick hard, tattie scone burnt, beans cold. Ordered at 10.20- received it after 2 phone calls at 12.30 no communication from anyone. If I could give this poor attempt at food a zero rating, I would STAY CLEAR!!!!!

My order was 50 minutes late. It won’t let me select it on the options above. Ordered in plenty of time before I had to go out but unfortunately had to leave for work. This was half an hour after the timeframe for delivery ended.

Nice wee cafe. It was my first time visiting with family for lunch and will definitely go back again. The Mac and cheese was fantastic and the coffee was spot on. Very reasonably priced for what we had.

Great food as always. I had to take my food out with me to an appointment due to longer delivery time. This isn't usually an issue though and did not impact the food, it was sent out fresh and hot. Still my favourite cafe 👌

Used to use this cafe all the time during lock down. It used to be a great wee gem of a place with great food but now the standard has dropped the left few times iv ordered from here. Also charging a pound extra for a small bit of side salad with a toasty which clearly states on the menu that it's toasties with salads yet its never put in. Also a pound extra for cheese, I understand this would be an extra in some sandwiches but still expensive enough for a bit of grated cheese. Chips were soggy and tasted like they were cardboard. Probably the worst order iv got from here ever and paying crazy money for it aswell to make it worse for a toastie a panini and a portion of chips. Don't like writing bad reviews but this place has just gone to the dogs and getting too expensive. I won't be back 👋

food is freezing. cheese on the nachos is solid. curry sauce is hard now. chips are soggy. how this is acceptable is beyond me.

Breakfast was lovely still hot when delivered but best was the tuna salad roll my wife ordered she is very fussy and for once in my time with her she never moaned so that is a big MAGIC keep up the good work Christine 👍😎

I ordered two baked potatoes & when they arrived, they were really cold inside, it's very disappointed we had to reheat them again l didn't expect to have to heat them up again

Food was freezing cold , and had a layer of thick fatty white grease over it .It was un edible. Binned as it was a breakfast pack !!!!!

This was by far the worst food ive recieved ordering online, my soup had no heat in it at all, chips were half cooked so still hard but also cold and soggy, both wraps were burnt, soggy and cold. £26 for the full order to go in the bin. It was inedible.

Ordered at 12.45, chased at 1.50 and was told it had just left. Finally arrived at 2.30. lovely soup but really not worth the wait with zero care or apology. Won't be bothering again

Toastie was a bit burnt for my taste, I don't like it blackened. Was still edible though and filling was delicious. Roll was perfect and delivery was great. I would've just liked the toast a litlle less done. Its usually perfect(customer of almost 3 years) so this is likely a one off.

food hasn’t even been delivered

Food was really nice and still absolutely roasting when we got it, they were having slight delivery issues but couldn’t have been any nicer about it, thanks for the extras as a sorry ❤️ couldn’t fault the place! X
